If I could give this place negative stars I would. The one star is for the new hire cashier who was the nicest. We walk in and he really really made our day. He was so friendly. He made sure to tell us he was training. We ordered the lunch buffet and we needed a kids drink to go - the manager/owner Instantly came up and scolded him right in front of us and then asked us "where is the kid" 1. You never scold your employee in front of customers and 2. It was TO GO the kid was not here. Regardless the interaction made me so uncomfortable. It didn't stop there. I saw him scream at him afterwards in the back. And I saw him ask him so rudely to take over a pizza to a customer and then shoed him away. I have seen a lot of things happened between managers and employees but that by far was one of the worst interactions I've ever seen in my entire life to the point where it made me so uncomfortable to be there. My sister went over to ask for his name and he wouldn't tell us and we told him just so he was aware that other people were talking about it as well. The way he was speaking to his employees was unacceptable and he said thank you for your feedback wouldn't give us his name and then continued to be rude to his employees. I was shocked at the lack of unprofessionalism that this man had and I know for a fact that anywhere in Tracy would be happy to have that guy is the employee because he was so nice. He finally gave us his name and addressed himself as "frank" This was about 11:30 on October 31st 2019 We didn't catch the new hires name but thank you for making our day! read more

The 2 girls working were extremely rude to us. We were just driving through town with our daughters and ordered a small pizza we ask that it had artichoke on it and mushroom when I went to pick the pizza up the artichoke heart was not on it so I kindly spoke up and said I don't see any artichoke hearts, The one girl said you didn't order artichoke hearts. I said I did want them though. The second girl went to check us out and my husband asked if she had heard about the artichoke hearts then the girl said ...."yes I heard, I just chose not to listen to you, and let's just keep it that way". (We were here March 1st at 1:00.) This rude comment was heard by both my young daughters. I told them to please never treat a customer that bad. I am just leaving this review because if I were the owner of this round Table, I would want to have an employee that actually cared about their customers. He could've she is much better customer Service, All we want is for the artichoke hearts paid for them and they did not charge it but that was not even offer she just said she was choosing to not listen to us‍‍ read more

I wish I could give them less stars. I absolutely love Round Table - but the service I received from this location was embarrassing for the Round Table name. We called before closing, and they answered the phone stating they were closed and that the oven was already off. They were pretty adamant to not serve us, DURING BUSINESS HOURS. read more

Probably the worst experience ever.. Get an email for 20% off, decide that it's be a good diversion from running around and wait for it... They can't accept the coupon code even though it says online or in person.. But, they'll give us 15%... Bait and switch?.. Mountain Mike's was happy to accept their coupon from my phone too! read more

Well again...this place is the worst! Try and call and just rings.. call again and they take the phone off the hook ! Who's the manager

I will say this pizza place has went down in service and the pizza is not good. I went there to order a pizza yesterday evening. I walked to front desk nobody was there and the young girl in the back was still making pizzas. However, I had to wait for the front desk person at the counter for several minutes. I was shown my pizza and it looked okay from the visual point. We got home to eat out pizza it was the nasty pizza I ever had from this place. It was meat lovers with Triple pepperoni. The pizza was not good and destroyed our stomachs. This place service has gone down and the pizza is not good. The best round table is on Mac Arthur not this place. And the girls working there have attitudes and service is horrible....... read more

I previously had a bad experience with Round Table, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and once again here I am with the same issue waiting over TWO hours for my order. Unbelievable, if they are running behind for what ever the reason just say that! Don't lie to your customers stating the wait is 30-45 minutes. Be honest & if the customers decides to move forward that's their choice. read more

Wife and I ordered a Large Specialty pizza on a Saturday evening. This Round Table is less than a mile and a half away from where we live. The pizza arrived (COLD). On top of that, we requested it to be extra crispy, which it was not even close to being crispy yet alone Extra crispy. Called the store and asked for a manager. The manager that answered was named (Leslie). She immediately had a sarcastic toned after making my complaint, insinuating that I was being dishonest and was trying to get something for free. She told me that in order to get my pizza replaced I would have to wait another half an hour and do an exchange upon delivery. And went on to say if my pizza is really cold, then it should not be any slices missing or eaten. I told her she was unprofessional and should offer me a later date for a compensation of my order, due do the pizza being cold and not made Crisp as requested. Her exact reply was, "Oh no, we don't do that!" And I told her well that would be good customer service to correct the mistake your company made. She said well, "that's all I can offer you" and I could hear her laughing. So per her instructions, when the new pizza arrived, this time it was warm but still not crispy. Aaaargh!!! Frustrating night. Anyway we did the exchange and accepted the new pizza because we had gotten really hungry by that time. Wow! Leslie was sarcastic, rude, unprofessional, annoying and unfit to be a manager, if she really was the manager. Doesn't seem like manager material. Good managers find a way to keep their customers. read more

I was up in Tracy on Business today and I was cruising my Weekend Whip. It was around lunch time and I was a little famished . So I stopped into this Round table for the $6.99 Lunch Buffet . The Lunch Buffet is all you can eat Pizza and Salad Bar. I was able to pay with Discover Card and Opted for an Optional Soda. The Place was Clean and had LCD TVs for Entertainment. I liked that they kept the Pizza's Stocked . I think Round table makes a good production Pizza. They alternated Thin Crust and Thick Crust Pizza's. I enjoyed the Combo's ,Pepperoni , All Meat and the Ham and Pineapple Pizza's. The Salad bar was enjoyable. It was freshly stocked . It's a great deal at $6.99 . read more

I would have to agree with some of the other postings from other people...the customer service here is not the best. They seem very cranky...and seem to not get orders right. We ordered out pizza online, so we didn't have to deal with someone. I personally so dont like Round Table ,,,i prefer mountain mikes..but the BF likes RT so we buy the pizza here. The delivery took longer than stated, but he apologized saying it was supper busy for a Friday night, no biggie. I think the quality in general went down for Round Table. I ordered the hand-tossed pizza with 3 toppings. The crust was decent but the overall pizza presentation and texture was like a one of Little Ceasar's $5. The ullltimate disappointment is the cheese distibution-I'm shocked .. the cheese was barely on the pizza, if there any. And the red sauce was disgusting. The pizza we ordered hardly had any toppings... I don't think I will order from here again...overly priced and quality is poor. read more

I ordered two large pizzas and a miniature pizza at 5:48 today I called at 7:30 because it wasn't here and then the person proceeds to tell me oh were you expecting it soon I'm here I put it in at 5:58 and he tells me well it's gonna be at least another half hour are you joking right now because this is absolutely ridiculous I paid $75 and I'm gonna wait 2 1/2 hours for pizza for a pizza place that's five minutes up the street. The manager was extremely unhelpful oh well I'm sorry well guess what that's not gonna cut it and I'm not gonna stop I'm literally gonna complain on every actual message board there is read more

Last Sunday we ordered from this location and they totally screwed up our order. Since we were so busy getting a birthday party together we didn't notice till we opened the boxes that the pizza order was all wrong. We ordered a large half king Arthur Supreme and a Half Hawaiian, Instead they gave us pepperoni and salami and half Hawaiian. Totally not what we ordered. Came in for the pizza buffet at about noon. We were a party of 3 and there were several parties of 2 to 5 using 9 tables. Pretty busy I thought so the pizzas must be coming out pretty fast. Boy was I wrong! There were 4 different pizzas out but were already at half or less. Pretty much after 10 mins, the only thing left was cheese pizza, cheese bites, and cinnamon bites. They put 1 pizza out and nearly everyone there went for it. Needless to say not everyone got a slice of it since some took more than 1 slice. It wasn't until 40 min later that 1 more pizza was put out. We filled up on salad rather than pizza but not by choice. Wasn't impressed with this pizza buffet. Pizza- was pretty greasy. Salad Bar- very fresh and more items than at another pizza buffet we normally go to. read more

Used to go atleast 1 time a week to feed a family of 4 and typically spend over 60.00 per visit, we would always eat in and take leftover home salad pizza and drinks. Food has always been ok for a chain pizza joint. HOWEVER The customer servise at the round table on nagle is PATHETIC, We have Delt with pizza mix ups dirty dishes being issued for customers then the last straw. The young girl that tells us she is the manager that is put into place of representing ROUND TABLE PIZZA Needs to be disciplined about saying rude comments infront of the customers Mocking special needs people in front of the the familys with that special need. Argumentive attitudes torwards the customer, Dirty eating area. If the dirty eating area is a mess what does the kitchen look like. I will never patronize a round table pizza ever again LIFELONG BOYCOTT I would give round table a minus 5 if I could. read more

The only reason I'm giving this Round Table three stars is because I think their pizza's are better than most in Tracy. This is the only Pro. Cons: The location is horrible. There's never enough parking and when you do find a spot, you better have your can opener ready to get in and out of your car. The service is hit and miss. Some days its great. Other days it sucks. The lunch buffet is acceptable, but on more than one occasion, I had to ask one of the employee's to re-stock or make more of an item. Their way too expensive. Here's the biggy. They DON'T deliver everywhere in Tracy. So for folks like me who live in the cities Southeast area, we have to make the 6 mile trek to pick-up the pizza. 6 miles not a big deal you might say. Well, it is. That 6 miles, combined with the traffic and traffic lights turns that 6 miles into a 20 to 25 minute trip. That's a pretty long time for a pizza to ride without a pizza warmer. read more

. I visited round table yesterday and was very surprised that the cashier or the cooks did not have mask neither did the customers when I approach the cashier and order my food I asked the cashier where is your mask and where is the sign on the door that upon entering each customer should wear a mask. This place is terribly run. I ordered my pizza online and received confirmation it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived at the confirmed timed and was told it would be another 15 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes I inquired about the status of my order and was told it would be another 20 minutes. That'll be a no from me Round Table. Thanks for wasting an hour of my day and never getting my order together. I won't be back read more

We had a soccer party here, so we reserved enough dove for 60 people, ordered 11 pizzas, 48 wings, 50 drinks total. Derek told me that everything would be discounted 15%. I had to place my food order over the phone and pay a day before and was told that the drinks needed to be paid the day of the party. Day if we go to our for the drinks and was told by Derik himself that there was no more discount to be applied to the "50" drinks I was purchasing. My husband and I were upset to hear this after already spending $380 on pizza was told that the $160 we were spending in drinks was not going to be discounted. Like hello I could have paid for everything at once but was told I had to do it their way and still get the discount both times. That's not it! They gave us 48 bone in wings instead of boneless so had to remake that. We had a party of 60 people and gave us 10 plates at a time and got upset every time we asked for pizza. About 5 cups had holes I'm in them so the drinks spilt on those people or the on the ground. Not one member of the staff was friendly not even a smile was to be seen on any of their faces. What is going on here Round Table?? What kind of staff are you hiring? These employees did not provide great service nor made the environment a friendly or comfortable one. I was especially disappointed with Derek, being that he is the manager he should have made our experience a great one. The one star is for the clean bathrooms that was the only plus! read more

So I love the taste of this pizza but every time I go in there it's SO DIRTY! The guy in there that brought our plates out them down face down! Probably the last time I'll go to that one... I'll try the one on Tracy Blvd next time. I attached some pics of the floor, I forgot to get one of the ripped up seats. It's pretty bad in there. Also once, a chick on register was being very condescending and curt. Ugh - you're lucky your pizza tastes amazing. read more

This place hires rude people. I called to place a large order to be delivered, was placed on hold by a snippy female. Waited 3-4 minutes then someone picked up the phone, I said Hello and they hung up on me. I called back and I got the snippy female again and she asked me to hold and I said "no, I was on hold and got hung up on", she said I'm taking someone else's order...of course you are, you hung up on me! Same thing happened a month ago when I made an order. This place is just asking to not have business! If I could have given it a zero I would have! read more

They make my pizza wrong literally every time I order. Being lactose intolerant, I order a pizza with no cheese. I know this isn't typical for pizza at all, so I understand a few misses but it's every time. At least now they will send another one instead of making me take the incorrect one back to the store in order to get a correct order. read more

Traveler Tip: 15% discount if you present your hotel room key. (I was informed by the hotel - the discount was honored). For a chain pizza place, this wasn't bad. I won't try and compare this place against a NY/Chicago style restaurant - not fair as this is a chain. Good ingredients - reflected in the price of the pizza. Good sit down for the family if you want something casual. Several TV sets playing sports game. There is a room for children (kids videos). Note to the restaurant: a little slow in busing away the dirty dishes and silverware after patrons leave. I observed several tables untouched for an extended period. read more

Ordered their new stuffed crust pizza. Pizza showed up an hour later and was not correct. I called, immediately was told DO NOT eat the pizza, not one slice. Food was decent but staff is dumb as a rocks! Lol. Guy took our order. Happily paid 40$ for a medium pizza, wings and one beer. Asked for Togo, so the guy for whatever reason gives us two plates. So we just automatically assumed it was for the salad buffet because why would someone give us hard plates 30 mins before our Togo pizza is ready? Lol. So he watched us get our salad. We ate , And we are sitting patiently, and next thing you know some idiotic young white girl came and completely spoiled our hunger saying it was not ok to get salad. She completely b******* at us. Think it was more of an employee Issue. Her boss should be yelling at her not us! Bad service! read more

Ordered from this place a couple of months ago through Grub Hub. Did not receive the pizza... after calling back the staff gave me the typical customer service runaround (BS) and never delivered. I got the money back from grub hub. I thought maybe they have their own delivery drivers and don't like to use GrubHub due to its fees. Fair enough. Ordered another time last week using their website and once again no pizza. Called and it seems they weren't checking their system and gave another excuse that it usually takes 1.5 hours not 1 hour like it says on the eta of the order. We waited then and after 40 minutes later the pizza arrived cold with the driver apologizing for the delay. The food itself was not worth the $40/pizza. This is a horrible and embarrassing experience. read more

Round Table is not what it used to be. Terrible service. Embarrassing! How do you order one pizza and it's not right? No special requests, it wasn't even a super busy Friday night. Unfortunately, we ordered delivery. Discovered pizza was wrong, they would not re-deliver, only offered a 50% coupon on our next order. Why would we order from them again? Finally spoke to Manager, who promised a refund. That was July 15, it's now end of August and no refund. I've been contacting Manager Shadi every 2 weeks for updates, and all I get are lame excuses. There are many other pizza places, and much better by the way. Round Table, I'd say step up your game, but as for me, you've lost me as a customer. read more

It took one hour and 50 minutes to get a medium pizza delivered. It was bad enough when they told me 80 minutes but to have to rearrange plans to accommodate a simple delivery is ridiculous. My husbands favorite pizza is round table. That's the only reason we buy this over priced sub par pizza. Tonight I ordered a XL pepperoni. Took an hour. Expected for a Saturday night. Open the box and half of the pizza goes up with the lid. Then drops. Leaving behind all the cheese and pepperoni on the box top. Great! I called and spoke with the manager. She was nice enough and offered to remake it. We didn't want to wait another hour, so told her that wasn't needed. She gave us 20% off next order. Not decided if we will use it or not.
