As someone else said earlier, they care about the delivery people more than walk ins. Tonight, they forgot to start my pizza. After a 25 minute wait, she said it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. We were excited to see round table had opened up in the bay hill shopping center. But boy was it a disappointment. We went on a Friday night at 5:45. Only two employees. Both looked so over worked and overwhelmed. They didn't even acknowledged any customers when walking in. Which while we waited for our pizza to dine in. We saw at least 5 different customers walk in and walk right out after waiting 5 mins with no interaction from the staff. We ordered half kind Arthur and half pepperoni with pineapple. When the guy brought over our pizza he asked if we needed peppers and cheese and plates and we said yes please. He turned around. Walked back into the kitchen and continued to make pizzas. Never giving us plates to eat while dining in. I had to get up and ask for the plates. Now for the pizza. What a lame looking pizza. I wish I took a photo. It was 2/3 pepperoni and 1/3 King Arthur, definitely not half and half. and the pepperoni side had maybe a total of 8 pepperonis on it. Safe to say we won't be going back. I called in my order and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I got there, and there was a crowd, and the staff was only serving the food delivery people and ignoring everyone picking up; several people in front of me had ordered an hour or more before, and their orders were not ready. I asked about my order and the guy sifted through a pile of receipts and finally found my order. It was 45 minutes since placing my order, and they had not even started it. The food was great, hot and ready to eat, I got 3 pizzas different kind and everything was good, service great no issue at at.

So went here for my dinner and I had to look up menu because the menu was not working so I just got a small pizza for me and my husband and I said can I please get a salad and the Cashier lady her name was Iliana looked at me and went No very rude and I almost turned away and was gonna cancel my order. I understand that technology isn't up to par all the time. The way she was was very unprofessional and I would never treat my customers that way. This review is specifically for a pick up order and service. Per their policy, they will only accept orders 2 weeks ahead of a pick-up date. I placed an order 2 weeks ago to have pizzas ready by 11:30am for pick up today, and the pizzas have not even started cooking at 12:00pm. I scheduled this pickup time specifically to align with a work lunch event, and they have completely missed the contractual time for delivery. The manager is not present to speak with about reviving a refund/discount for the inconvenience and failing to deliver the order at the agreed upon pickup time. The person working the register has not been very helpful nor apologetic in rectifying the situation. As of 12:10pm, I am still waiting for my order to be completed for pickup. I would not recommend this place if you are planning to call ahead and expect your order to be ready on time. read more

I was disappointed with Round Table Pizza, San Bruno for not honoring their advertised Summer Specials of $19.99 Large Maui Zaui or Hawaiian Pizzas? On the reverse of the printed Summer Flyer, there is the advertised "Everyday Summer Specials" of Any Large 1-Topping Pizza for $9.99 or Any Large Specialty Pizza for $19.99. My ad is for the South San Francisco, Brisbane and San Bruno locations. The fine print showed the dates 5/29/23 - 8/27/23. I placed my order for a Large Maui Zaui before the expiration date on 8/24/23. They refused to honor the flyer saying that the discount was for a Limited Time Only and they had discontinued and cancelled the ad. We spoke with Manager, Maria Aldana to no avail. She tried to sell me the same pizza at $26.99. Clearly false advertising, deceptive, and dishonorable business practice. See attached photos. read more

The pizza was fine, but that was probably the worst customer service I've received in a while. The younger woman working the register was being extremely short and rude to customers. She had me come back up to pay because "the other register is busy and this one can't do it," when my order wasn't even ready, which made no sense. When ordering I had to tell her it was "to go" about 5 times and she gave me dirty looks each time she asked again. Wouldn't go back just because of this. read more

Terrible Service. Went in this evening and ordered 2 pizzas and was told by the cashier our food would be ready in 15mins. I waited for my pizzas in store and I sat and watched all 3 workers talking/gossiping for 10mins before one of them even started on my pizza! I was ready to cancel my order and ask for a refund but my kids were hungry and excited for their pizza that I decided to wait. But the entire wait all they did was talk and as she was preparing my pizza she would continually stop and engage in the conversation. Very frustrating!
