I hate this place and so do so many doordash drivers here in town they have a tablet and get orders customers place and they ignore it and when a dasher comes in for the pizza they haven't even started it yet this has happened to me about 10/12 times I've gone to get a DoorDash order from them I went in for a order on October 31 at about 7:50 pm doordash said the order was placed at about 7:15 they called the restaurant and doordash said that the person didn't really care they told me it would be 20-25 Minutes since the customer tipped good I waited when I got the pizza I told her u know this is your customer and it's not write that they have to wait 30 more minutes she said sorry but we don't care about doordash orders we have the tablet on silent, and every time a Dasher comes in we look at the tablet and place the order we don't care this is why I never eat here read more

It's a good Round Table. The place is kept clean and the pizzas keep coming during buffet hours. Good salad bar too. It's California style pizza. East Coast people tend to think of such as very mediocre. They have their own beer garden, with at least 20 brands on tap. I like the fact they offer European beers, and not 20 California beers I've never heard of, that all taste like Sierra Nevada. I am not wild about the playground, as it seems to inspire kids to run around the dining area. What a stupid idea to associate a playground with eating. What does that teach children in terms of non-pizza meals? The management could do a better job of keeping kids on the one side of the building, near the playground. I seriously cannot believe how bad customer service was tonight. I put an order in three hours before I needed it delivered for it only arrive 40 minutes late and then completely cold and every time I called you all to find out where the order was I kept getting told to 10 minutes 10 minutes more. Give it another 10 minutes. By the time it arrived I had hungry children and a family waiting for food. It was ice cold so at that point we're just microwaving our food and when I called to get a refund the manager would rather haggle instead of excepting responsibility that the order was messed up tonight and that bad customer service was done. In the end we ended up just getting replacement food sent to us because the manager didn't want to just give a refund and accept responsibility. But because we had things we had to do that food is now going to sit and get cold before anyone else can eat it which will be another hour later or whenever we get time. That is why the order was put in early we had things to do but instead we had to sit there and wait for you all to get your stuff together. Horrible customer service tonight. I am so disappointed in a place that we have been using for so long. read more

i came here with my family i think they have the best pizza in town and you get what you pay for here the food is worth the price. i came in last thursday and the cashier, ashley, was very kind and even recommended me the garlic twist which ended up being so good. i will be returning. read more

The pizza was delicious, the delivery was on time, the delivery driver was polite & he provided us with paper plates, Parmesan cheese and chilly flakes, And they actually put EXTRA cheese when I paid extra for it which was awesome since other pizza places here in town don't! I came back recently. The food is great as always. I recommend the Parmesan twists and Mango Habanero classic wings. The restaurant looks very nice and has massive party room. There's an in game arcade that's really fun. For kids. The service has notably improved and is amazing now. The employees are really nice and very attentive. read more

Had family at Round table for my daughter 8th birthday party.Order 5 xl pizza 12 soda drinks 3 water and 2 salads! When placing my order at desk , RUDE MANAGER (lady) reminded me that if she saw people sharing a salad she would have to charge me extra and no kids were allowed to get water on their own for they might get soda intead of water. I didnt appreciate that one bit. She also mentioned the owners were looking thru cameras??? Saying that when they stated making 20 hr they have to be vigilant and make more money so they get more hours?? Again, I was confused and I bit angry. I told her to charge me twice for the sodas and Salads , that I didn't need to hear that!! Turns out, what should have been a nice afternoon with the family , made me feel awful. Extremely disappointed! I order from here at least one or twice a week and today when I tried to place an order for delivery over the phone they totally blew me off. First they told me they weren't accepting anymore orders for delivery-- only carry out. No worries at all I tried to place an order and the girl hung up on my face!! I called back and told her I was trying to place an order and that she had hung up on my face. Instead of a simply "sorry about that", or trying to make amends she just proceeded to take my order! There seems to be some new people in charge because this place has went down hill and fast. You don't get acknowledged and when you are they are very rude. Poor service. I have ordered pizza from Round Table multiple times. The last two times I have had there pizza I was highly disappointed. The pizza was underdone, toppings very skimpy. I decided to try one last time on Halloween. I had a coupon for a discount on my pizza plus I had a coupon from the loyalty rewards for free garlic twists.. I called and ordered. I told the girl I also had a coupon for the twists. She told me to give her the code which I redeemed off my phone. After I did that the manager says I can not do that. I explained I had already redeemed code off my phone. He said I could get a coupon for the next time. He said I could not use two coupons after the employee on the phone asked for the code. I haven't been here since the before the pandemic but went yesterday and boy was I disappointed. We got coupons and decided to get a pizza I don't usually go since they are pricey. Called it in and the male employee was not very friendly, I asked to do a 1/2 one topping and everywhere else I go to is fine with that with no extra charge this place charges 1.50 not that's a lot it's the fact that they charge at all. Then when I completed my order he asked if I wanted it now or later who do you know orders a pizza and says I will be there later hmm not me. I was excited to try Round Table. I tried for 3 days to call in an order with no luck. No one ever answered or call would go to automated voicemail. Finally, I was able to place an order yesterday. The lady answered Round Table pizza and I said, Hello I would like to order a Medium combination pizza. Is that the King Arthur? She responded very rudely yeah! So then she paused and was like is that all? I said, Yes and how long will it take? She replied, well is this delivery or take out? I said, pickup. Oh 20 mins. Long pause. Then she asked for name and phone number? Again awkward silence. I said ok thank you goodbye. Staff definitely needs training in customer service and taking phone orders. When I went to pickup my pizza and waiting in line. One staff member squeezed by me in line without saying excuse me.and If she went to the left of me there was plenty of room for her to walk. Used to go to the 3-4 star Mountain Mike's Pizza but so happy round Table Pizza is open and conveniently close to my house! It is delicious made to order with ALL the high standards you expect from RT. Don't listen to bad reviews-they must've had other things going on (like lack of communication or poor listening skills-overall a$&hole affliction etc.) cannot comment on dine in-we never have, just not interested in loud beer drinkers or sports teams parties... I have had a roller coaster of experiences with this place but that being said my last experience was top notch. The manager went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I have returned twice to this establishment. Our last visit was a week ago. The place was packed. I ordered a large pizza with the white sauce. The sauce was very salty and the pizza was undercooked. Management must keep an eye on quality control. When this place gets slammed, the employees can not keep up and the quality suffers. Too much inconsistency. Absolutely terrible experience! Me and my family love round table and have always eaten here when we want pizza. We ordered pizza at 6pm and after an hour we got notification that there is a 30 min delay because they don't have enough drivers so they need to door dash people their orders. We understood given short staffing and a busy Friday it's the nature of the beast now a days. The delivery driver shows up at 730 leaves the pizza at the door and doesn't ring the door bell or nothing our neighbors called to tell us that pizza was delivered 20 min earlier so now pizza is cold. We reached out to the manger and she apologized for everything and to make it right offered to send us some wings and extra ranch(ranch we paid for but never got on the initial order). That was at 735 or so and they call us at 8:05 and ask us what kind of wings we would like so we told her. Over an hour had past and still no sign of the driver. We just called again at 9:30 and the excuse was that they ran out of whatever so it was never even made to begin with and offered to send us some other flavor. At this point no one from my family will ever order from this specific round table again. We can get better service and faster orders from a small pizza shop like me and Ed's in town. This is extremely disappointing all they had to do was follow through with the make it right wings and we would be solid right now but even that second chance was disregarded. I'm in customer service and get that it's not a fun industry to be in since Covid but you get a second chance at redemption to make things right you make it right and this didn't happen today. read more
