Best pizza and best people at this location. I've been going to this spot for years and never had even a small issue. The ownership is remarkable and they are going strong till this moment. BIG thank you to Ed, he's a staple of professionalism and curiosity that makes me come back. KEEP IT UP! read more

I am incredibly frustrated with the Laguna Niguel location. Their online ordering system is completely unreliable. Multiple times I have placed orders online, only to show up at the restaurant and find out the order was never even started or received in their system. Worse than the broken technology is the shocking lack of customer service. I recently placed a delivery order that failed to arrive by the promised time. After waiting an extra half hour past the delivery window, I had to leave. When the late delivery driver finally showed up after I was gone, I called the store to request a refund for the food I never received. Instead of an apology, the store staff completely lost their professionalism and cursed me out over the phone And refused to refund. I have called the FAT Brands corporate complaint line multiple times over the last few weeks to report this hostile behavior and have been completely ignored with zero callbacks. Apparently, corporate only cares about automated reviews and public optics, so I am leaving this here. Fix your local store management and return my money. I have been a loyal customer of this Round Table Pizza Laguna niguel franchise for 25 years--dating back to their original location across the street and prior went to the Laguna Hills location. but the service in Laguna niguel has cratered so badly that I now actively drive all the way to Mission Viejo just to get a pizza. read more

Stopped by randomly on my way back to HB and got the pleasure to meet Ed. Super nice gent. I had a kind of special order pizza and he made it perfectly. Just for the customer service alone you should patron here if you can. Wish they had a place up my way! read more

Round Table should pull their contract! This place is awful no thanks to customer service! On top of that their pizza suffers horribly. Go to Lake Forest or Mission Viejo locations! It's worth the drive and superior Pizza! Ray No - No and his mom was terrible too... That's why they took her franchise away! read more

In agreeable with others, this place is disgustingly alarming. While my interaction with employee was vague, it's was noticeable. Arrived for pickup, didn't know where my order was. Then it was there. Then they forgot items. Let me tell you this. That pizza, smelled awful. Have you smelt bad pizza? I never have. This was bad. Should have been my next clue. Nope, proceeded to eat a piece. It was rancid. Actually rancid. Sour tomatoes and rotten fish. Pizza sauce was atrocious. It tasted like rotten tomatoes with a pinch of salt. They didn't even try to disguise it. There was no other flavor profile. No seasoning, no robust flavors. Just rancid tomato and salt. I added anchovies to mine. When done right, it's phenomenal. These were not done right. Anchovies were rotten and expired. Complete mush and stunk like no other. Anchovies are great on pizza, they don't have a fishy scent or rancid scent, when fresh or even stored properly. Further, if you even remotely expect a crust, even after reading this, good luck. They conserve crust. It's just a slab of dough layered in sauce and toppings that aren't fresh. I can see why no one says "let's get round table" because it's awful. I'm grateful I got a 50% coupon for a pizza before ordering. Had I spent $35 for a single pizza, I'd be livid. read more

Worst pizza that I've had in a while. The pizza was flavorless even after sprinkling pepper and garlic salt on it. Also, the bottom of the pizza was burnt and the bottom of the crust looked like the large crisp crackers that you get in either Mediterranean/Middle Eastern supermarkets. I'm glad that I only bought the smallest pizza that you can buy there. The guy working at the register said my name incorrectly, but he was nice. There isn't any ambiance, for this is a Togo only location. There isn't any place to sit. read more

The review below is not a five star but a one star review. The best I can do is reiterate that in terms of quality and health, Whole Foods is the place to go for pizza. As far as chain pizzerias go, Fresh Brothers and Blaze, right across the street from Round Table, have awesome customer service and variety of crusts/pizzas. From top down, this Round Table is the lesser choice for good pizza. read more

Burned black pizza and wrong pizza out of 2 ordered pizza. I ordered a personal cheese pizza for my little daughter and a Chicken Garlic pizza with cheese-stuffed-crust from the store in Laguna Niguel, CA - La Paz Rd. They burned the cheese pizza so bad that I had to drive back and have it changed. When I came back I realized they gave me the Chicken Garlic without ordered crust that they charged me for. $50 bucks for ..ed up order. read more

I go to Round Table a lot in San Diego. It's pretty much our favorite pizza place. While recently visiting my Mom, we tried this location for the first time. I was disappointed with the order when got home. The main issue was that everything in yellow on the attached receipt was missing from the pizza/order. It also had a ton of sauce for which I am not a fan. When I told them about it, they were annoyed and argumentative, but did say they would issue a refund for the missing items. However, the refund "would take 3 days to process as they had to phone it in". Uhh ok? It's been 2 weeks now and no refund was received. Total BS. Won't be going back to again. read more

Round Table Pizza has been my favorite delivery place since I was a little kid. I've only ordered at this particular location (never ordered delivery), but the food is exactly what you would expect - the best! Ross was very friendly and recommended the cinnamon twists, which were really good (never had those before). We'll be back for sure! read more

I hate to do this but I'm so disappointed. Last time i ordered from you it was AMAZING, I'm not sure what happened this time but my garlic bread was burnt and my pizza was so rock hard. My husband had talk to the owner i don't know if it's because we ordered before they were closing or what happened but we were so sad it was like night and day from last time to this time. Super sad because we were all raving about it last time. Hopefully just a bad day but we couldn't even finish it it was so hard for our toddler and us. Customer service was amazing were really friendly that's why it's such a bummer. read more

I have placed 5 different orders (Door Dash) for lemon pepper wings and only the first order was filled properly. The next 3 were plain wings and the last (yesterday) had some sort of hot sauce which made the wings inedible. I kept ordering in hopes of receiving the correct order because the lemon pepper wings were fantastic. I will not order, for delivery, again. read more

I've been a fan of Round Table pizza for decades. My enjoyment began in the '80s in Santa Cruz/Capitola at the 41st Avenue store. Now I've been ordering from this local store in a strip mall for several years and the workers have always been polite & create excellent tasting pies. It's a small place, one inside table and no seating outside so it's basic to-go. I live not too far away, I always order online for pick-up and never had a problem, so I can't speak to delivery. I order a large extra crispy regular crust & it's always a great pie. read more

We ordered pizzas for Monday Night football with an expected time of delivery, according to the app at 9:00 pm. They took the credit card payment and billed the card (I receive text notices from my bank). Then at 9:15 PM we called. Verizone said their phone wasn't working. So, hungry and the game now over, we decided to drive down to the store to check on the order. They closed at 8:30 pm! How screwed up are they. Now we've paid for two pizzas and neither arrived but they were paid. Ever since this store was purchased a while back it has gone downhill. I'm not going back and they will for sure receive a call from me. And I'll probably let the franchise know as well. We tried using their app and it just didnt work and we are very angry. What's happened to customer service. Maybe i need to ask their AI Solution for that. I stopped using them as much since the buyout... I'll likely not use them again and will tell all my follers on social media about my their terrible service. read more

I go online and order 2 pizzas. total comes to 48 dollars. Then delivery fee. then taxes. then tip. Now Im at 58 dollars.. for 2 pizzas. That isnt my gripe. I call over to make sure they include ranch with my delivery. The guy tells me that if I paid online, he cant change my order. I told him I wasnt trying to change my order, I just wanted to make sure we got some ranch and some pepper flakes. He tells me he cant because they charge for ranch. I dont even have a problem paying for the ranch at this point but he tells he cant charge me for it because I already paid... I tell him "What the heck man, I just spent nearly 60 dollars on 2 pizzas.. you cant include a side of ranch?!" he tells me NO! Un-real. Been going to round table for years. You just lost a customer for life over 30 cents worth of ranch. read more

Found a little hair in my personal pizza and trying not to take it personally... Pick up process was quick... 10 minutes mac The original garlic and chicken is my fav. Personal size is 7.99 and not a good deal for 4 small pieces but I was craving it. 3 parm garlic twist breads will cost you 3.99 which is more than a buck each... you could get a garlic bread from the market for better value The food when hungry can easily be devoured Its not bad in fact I pulled the hair out and moved to the next piece with eyes closed... To top it off my name was printed as Mudy. 3 stars for a range of emotions (making me laugh, cry and say mmm in one sitting) Ugh found a black curly hair embedded in my garlic twist. So gross.
