Exceptional pickup experience! We ordered a large All Meat Lovers Pizza, an individual salad, and a King Chocolate Chip Cookie -- and every item was spot on! Parking was a breeze, and the moment we walked in, the restaurant smelled amazing and looked spotless. We were kindly greeted by the staff, and one of them quickly checked on our pickup order without us even asking -- such great service! I loved that I was able to customize my salad right at the bar -- it was clean, fresh, and packed with healthy options to make it just right. Now, the King Chocolate Chip Cookie... oh my! Warm, soft, moist, and filled with quality chocolate chips. I took a bite and instantly smiled. My honey, who's definitely a food critic, had a taste and gave it a solid 10/10! Even though we did takeout, we noticed the restaurant had lots of seating, beer on tap, an arcade, and super clean restrooms -- definitely a welcoming environment for those dining in. The staff is top-tier, and the attention to detail made our quick stop feel special. Highly recommend this location, we will be back for sure! read more

Missed all the jalapeños when I ordered whole online they only gave half pineapple somehow and changed my sauces. Worst part? I ordered on doordash an order for pick up would have been about $70 but instead I paid over 140 to have it delivered and they sent it to the furthest store which charged me again extra for being so far away instead of the court st location about 3 miles from my house in pasco. This place ordering on doordash was a total scam!! read more

sad day.... I love around Table Pizza. Sundays are my splurge day and I've been waiting for pizza all week. I ordered a small pizza and 1 trip salad. the salad bar was empty and I asked if they could fill it back up. they say NO.... we're too busy and short staffed. I then waited 45 minutes for a small pizza. I asked about the pizza 40 minutes in and a different employee told me the cashier should have told me they are 45 minutes behind. instead of taking responsibility they passed the buck and totally rude. I will NEVER back. read more

I walk in the restaurant I know my order is not ready yet. But I had to use the bathroom. So then I walk in heading to the bathroom and then. Thear a young lady yelling "EXCUSE ME SIR" "EXCUSE ME SIR" I turn around She's like "CAN I HELP YOU?" I give her my Samuel L Jackson face! "I have an order to pick up I'm just using the bathroom calm down!!" GeeZ Young lady, you need to chill out!! read more

The food is great, but the back room was filthy and the young man at the counter wearing dark, dark sunglasses at night, was beyond unfriendly. Thete were 3 of us, all senior citizens in our 70's. I asked him if they had wine and he replied that only if I had an ID. I laughed because of my age and he simply said, "show me it" very rudely. I ask what kind they hadand if they had Pinot Gegio, he didn't know what it was or what they had. I finally said give me a white wine, any kind. He never once was pleasant or friendly and never thanked us. I am from California, way up North in a town called Red Bluff, our Round Table is always so courteous and friendly. They treat us like we our family and friends. I left this man a small tip, and wish now I had not. I cannot express how rude he was. I would never come back here. The only thing I can think about the fact that he hasn't been fired, is, the owner of this franchise has a hard time finding help. read more

Once upon a time, Round Table's salad bar was our "go to" place for lunch. This place is not the same now that Columbia Industries owns it. The staff is unprofessional and doesn't give a shit. Today, the salad bar was mildly messy. I can overlook that. It happens. But when my husband mentioned that the breadsticks were stone cold he was informed that "they'd only been out for ten minutes." I asked him if that meant "too bad--eat them" or if they'd be bringing out more. He was pretty sure it was the later....but they never bothered to replenish. The place was quiet, so it's not like they were too busy. If you've had RTP breadsticks....you know they're delicious when hot and not worth eating when they're cold. read more

I've missed this place. It's been so long since I have had this delicious pizza and salad bar. I was in town this weekend so we came. The man working was so kind and friendly. The place was clean and the food was great. The salad bar quality was perfect and the pizza was delicious. Really hit the spot. read more

The food has normally been on time and very good. Today was not the case. It was a large order 7 pizzas and 2 salads to be delivered at 12:15-12:30, I called at 12:35 and they realized they forgot to put in the order, making me look bad. Last time for the Clearwater location. The discount t given for tardiness doesn't feed people. read more

Had a King Arthur"s Supreme & a Chicken Alfred. The Alfredo was good except didn't like the spinach. The pizza had good flavor and the meats had good spice. The crust was headed in the right direction, but could have been a bit crisper. Also they have a salad bar. The salad bin was empty, but when notified they stocked it up in a timely manner. Wasn't sure what to expect from a Round Table. Plenty of seating. There's a game room in the back, didn't check it out. read more

Clean and friendly service. This is a family friendly environment, and our children had fun. The pizza is tasty, and the wings flavorful. Thank you for the great service! read more

We usually love round table pizza but tonight was a complete shock. We ordered a pizza for delivery with an original wait time of 35 minutes. An hour pass we call and get rude service and we're told it was the next out and would be there soon!! Another hour passed and we called again to just cancel the order and we're met with rude and unprofessional service. I would definitely no longer recommend round table pizza! I can't believe they were not even understanding when we wanted to cancel our order if they would not be bringing it for close to three hours! It's just ridiculous!! Their only saving grace was them finally agreeing to give us our pizza for free. read more

I would award Round Table Pizza in general - or rather, "in theory" - with a robust 5-Star review; for amongst the innumerable inauthentic pizza chains litter the American dietary landscape, there are next to none that that reheat back to their former night's prime state of molten perfection as well as Round Table Pizza. Maybe it's the ancient recipe carved into the actual round table of Camelot that does the trick, or a modern marvel of cookery magic that came to be in some dude's half-baked oven by accident - regardless, it's still incredible on day 4 resurrected in a toaster oven; that is, if you have the iron will to not eat it all by then... When it gets done, it's done right, even for the high price. Sadly, this Round Table misses the mark. The hours are incorrect, they are grumpy if you call within an hour of closing, and already close at 9pm. If you don't want to make pizza during the last hour, then change the hours. If you're open I assume I can buy pizza. And don't be mad at me for asking to buy some. It's the only reason you exist - me eating your pizza. I shouldn't be insulted cause I wanna buy a pie 45-minutes before closing - especially when I'm willing to pick it up. This store misses the mark, and this is a recurring problem over the course of several years. I've finally been craving Maui Zaui enough to write a review after being turned away before closing time. I would have called sooner but was ranting to a friend about the flavors in the Maui Zaui, only to call with 35-mins to closing and be denied - they won't even pick up the phone. Ugh. Sad day. read more

Car too fast? Girlfriend too pretty? Nearly as provocative as 'too much pizza?' Of course there is never too much pizza. Funny thing about pizza. Somehow, its the only food that "foodies," food snobs, and those who have ever attempted to appear sophisticated accept that the Americanized version (not authentic) is better. Any other Italian dish, Chinese, Sushi, Thai, you name it - well, Its NEVER better than "authentic" and they love to tell you about it. If one ever pontificates this in your presence, point out this inconsistency. Ive eaten it in Naples, Italy, the city credited with its birthplace. And It was pretty bland for my tastes. Cheese doesnt cover the entire crust, The sauce is used sparingly. I did enjoy the crust. I think Abby's pizza is the best pizza on the planet. RTP is as good as its going to get in this town. Now, if we can do something about the price, I can bump you up a star. Why must I need to sponser a car wash, give blood and pawn half my shit just to purchase one? JEEZ! read more

Good pizza, has that special taste that only certain pizza recipes have, but they're inconsistent in quality and much too expensive. I've gotten burnt pizzas, soggy pizzas, pizzas with practically 150% sauce and nothing else, and pizzas that are dripping with grease. I've also had the perfect ratio'd, delicious, can't-get-it-anywhere-else-pizzas here, that make me give them 4 stars instead of a 2. As a company, they don't seem that eager to draw in customers. I never see a single sale, coupon or deal that's less than 25 bucks, and their employees seem young and like there's a high turnover rate. (Which might explain the lack of consistency in pizzas) The few good pizzas I've gotten leave me giving them a 4 instead of a 2, but I seldom give them my business anymore. Too inconsistent, makes the higher price tag unreasonable. read more

Okay so my boyfriend had a really bad experience with a Round Table pizza before, food wise. However, I'd never had their food. So since this is in a different city, we decided to opt to give it a shot. That was a mistake. We placed an order for delivery around 9:42pm. Was told it'd be an hour or so. That was fine. However, it then came around to 11:10pm and still no one had arrived. He called them even though it was past closing time to see if anyone would pick up and to see what had happened. Someone did and said that the driver said there was no one home and had returned to the store. We were home the entire time. Now granted our complex can be really confusing to locate the correct building. But with ANY delivery place, if there's no one answering or there's issues with locating the place, you've provided them with a phone number to call in case help is needed. Which we had. We never were called, not one time. Now I'm sitting here at 11:36pm writing this with still no food, no call, nothing. Keep in mind we live about 5 minutes from the store. While I'm sure a call to the store tomorrow will get us a prompt refund - the issue still remains that the service was just not up to par. Your delivery service and the ability to call for directions or if someone is supposedly not answering should be a given. With everything closed except for Shari's, we'll have to find food elsewhere. This was not a pleasant experience at all. And I'm not sure I'll be willing to give it a try again. read more

I really enjoy Round Table! They have a great lunch special: personal pizza and salad bar for like $7.99. Pizza is unique (as far as chains go) and fresh. Service was fast and friendly and the place was clean as a whistle. There is a lot of seating in here. Great place for birthday parties (there's a banquet room). They could easily handle a busload of kiddos in town for a sporting event. BEST PART: They have an arcade. With an air hockey table. Need I say more? read more

Went to the Round table for a lunch with family after a funeral service. We were expecting to have wonderful pizza and wings. Instead we got soggy and sopping in grease pizza. It didn't have any taste to it and it was stomach turning. I'm writing this an hour after eating half a piece of pizza and my stomach is still hurting. Hoping to not get sick tonight. Oh and too add on to the the awful food all of the tables and chairs were dirty and sticky. You could not touch the table without your hand literally getting stuck to it. We asked them to wipe down our tables. Mind you we have a group of 20+ people and had about 6 tables pushed together. When our tables were wiped down they only wiped down one table very quickly and never came back with to clean the other tables. After she wiped down our table it was still sticky. Very dissatisfied. I was very disappointed especially because I work at pizza place. read more

I have ordered another two times, once, very fast, like lighting. Well the other was not a slam Dunk on timing, but my tummy was in the mood for #Yummy......... I change my opinion of this particular restaurant in the Round Table chain, not because of the food, but when I asked the manager why they didn't shovel the sidewalks per city ordinance she was a real Smart A??. The way I see it, if they do not care about the seniors, kids, disabled and general public falling on the icy walks, they may not care, if I get sick because of a violation of a health code. Never Again. read more

The product line is good- probably some of the best pizza in town. Ah, but why the lousy rating? I was in the restaurant the other day and watched in horror as the general manager dressed down an off-duty employee attempting to have a quick meal before he clocked on. His crime? when he went to pay for his food (a pick-up order), the price was higher than he was used to paying, so he politely asked the young lady behind the till (apparently a manager in training, based on what happened next) why the price was different than what he usually paid for the same thing. She explained it to him (something about his employee discount applying to only one of the items he ordered), he handed his debit card to her, and paid for his meal. He mentioned he would keep it in mind for future orders and not order the garlic parmesan twists in addition to his personal pizza. He was handed his personal pizza and garlic parmesan twists and he went over to the bar to sit down and eat his meal. The GM then laid into him- in front of all us customers- because he dared to do that. She told him he was to never question a manager for any reason whatsoever, and that "when one of my managers tells you 'that's the price', you pay it without question. Understand?" It appears that, as an employee, he is not allowed to ask a question than any normal customer would ask when the price he or she was expecting to pay was far less than what the actual bill came to. As a customer in her store, he is not allowed to be a consumer- his money doesn't get the same respect as a normal customer's money. My question is: since the employee was a customer, why in the world would you treat him like that? Furthermore, that employee was on his own time- you should be paying for it if you're going to talk with him about work-related things. Furthermore, you should be discussing with him in PRIVATE- this is easily one of the most disrespectful things I've seen an employer do to an employee in my life. If this is how they treat the people who handle the food, is it really worth eating? For me, I know that, no matter how much I like their pizza, I'll never eat there again. You probably shouldn't, either- with their treatment of their employees (who handle the food) being what it is, can you really trust the food? read more

This is hands down the best pizza in town! The king arthur supreme is just as it sounds. Supreme pizza fit for a king. Only order to go so can't comment on service or atmosphere. Round Table is our guilty pleasure when we dont feel like driving anywhere. These guys always do us right and we have been loyal for a few years now. We have only actually dined in once so it is hard to compare the places effectively but they still deseve some cudos. Delivery is always ahead of schedule and usually the pizzas and breadsticks are spot on. The only time we dined in the place was not very busy and was clean. We placed our order straight away at the counter and the kids took off for the game room. At least it kept them occupied :). The bathrooms where tidy and the table in the back was clean. They had a lot of room in back. I think they may host partys or gatherings there. The place was just as you would expect for a pizza joint. The waitstaff behind the counter was cordial and helpful enough. We have always gotten our pizza quickly and still piping hot, so their delivery group is quick and effective. They are a tad spendy for the amount of food you get comparatively. However, they pack toppings on quite a bit better than most chains I have eaten at. The parmesan twists are generally very good. My wife cant get enough of them. They are doughy with a nice flavor of garlic and parmesan and go great with the sides of dip. I love the spicier flavor of thier marinara so I take those while the wife comfiscates the ranch. The pizza is my favorite chain. The crust is more of a medium thickness and when done right compliments the amount of toppings perfectly. The sauce is what does it for me. One of the best flavors around. Generally the toppings are portioned out very well. All things considered, I really think this shop is better than a lot of the local pizza places and we will continue to get our deliverys from here in the future. I am not sure if the other Round Tables are as good as this one because we havent had the opportunity to try the another one yet. In the future we may try to hit another one up but for now this one has my vote as one of my favorites (especially for delivery). read more

We are regulars at the Round Table in Kennewick. Their pizza is always excellent, full of high quality toppings, and cooked perfectly. Very rude young man and lady behind the counter. I bought my six year old daughter an all you can eat salad bar and myself a small pizza. I helped her get the first plate and she went back for seconds. The man told her the salad bar wasn't free and that she couldn't have it!!! She was so scared she was hiding under the table. He proceeded to argue with me that I didn't buy the salad bar for her. Then, the lady told my son he couldn't roll a bouncy ball across the table to his friend because it would bounce onto the floor. Why do you even have an arcade if you can't be kind to the children? Why sell bouncy balls if you don't want them in there? Never going there again to get treated like crap and pay top dollar for cold pizza. read more

I am the Round Table King. I've love RTP since the early 80s. I am at a minimum of 500+ lifetime personal pizza orders, not including work orders. I lived on the stuff through college. When I was little, Round Table was the best place to go for pizza, and just like the rest of the world, it's just not the same. My most recent trip was on a weekday so thankfully not too busy. The salad bar was stocked well for the most part but the salad itself was soaking wet and made your whole salad a bit hard to eat. The pizza we ordered was okay, very greasy but not the worst I've ever had. The thing that is bringing this down to a 2 star review is the lack of professionalism from one of the managers. While I was getting a salad standing near the kitchen I could hear the manager screaming at his employees something along the lines of "Blind people work better than you guys, stop screwing this up every time!". Now I understand frustration with your employees, but this made things very awkward. The guys in the back we're hanging their heads while trying to truck on and the customers that heard this just felt bad for them. Maybe next time he has a problem with his employees he should have a staff meeting to discuss this instead of screaming at them in front of customers. Bottom line is the food is just okay. read more
