2 stars for salad, zero stars for the single pizza during the buffet We keep seeing the lunch buffet signs so we bit the bullet today for lunch on a Friday. It's 12pm noon and no one else is here. The salad looks decent, has some fun stuff like fresh lettuce, beets, mushrooms. Then they bring out one combo pizza. One combo pizza. What kind of buffet is this. Didn't ask or didn't offer pizza preference. You think buffet, more options right? Wrong. Not sure I'll be coming back here again. I'm good bro. read more

I can't believe it. I'm literally sitting inside waiting for my order to be made all over again because some delivery guy took my order and left. Basically, they took the wrong order. I'm so annoyed. The place looks better in terms of the remodel but they already screwed up with my order which is NOT a good look. I understand errors happen but I'm just ticked off especially since I'm hungry and expected much better from this place after their "grand opening". Also, the past manager from before, this kind woman, was much faster and more efficient with her team from back then. The old team was much quicker to me. read more

Zero stars for garbage shack AKA Dusco Bay Round Table!! Huge mistake again ordering round table. Ordered a double play pepperoni. Took well over an hour to arrive. Figured we would give it another try since we heard it had new ownership. Opened the box and the pizza was weird. Thicker than normal round table. Oddly the crust was a perfect round circle. I'm betting it was a frozen dough disk. Normally round table crust is thinner and has bubbles on top from the crust rising in the oven. None here! Dough was thick and lifeless. Hardly any pepperoni on this one too. So much for double play. Owner should take a look at picture on website or perhaps they are too concerned with cutting corners to care. Save yourselves some money. Go to Safeway and get a frozen red Barron throw the pizza away and eat the cardboard box. You'll be better off. It's awful that little Cesar's and dominos are several steps ahead of this garbage. read more

I will NEVER come here again. I order a Supreme Pizza on the website. What was delivered was a plain cheese. I called to say there was a mistake. The manager literally yelled at me and told me it was all my fault because I had unchecked all toppings on the website. I said- no on my digital receipt it shows I ordered a supreme. He then yells that it doesn't matter what pizza I paid for or ordered by name, all toppings were "unchecked" on his screen. I then said, if someone ordered and paid more for a supreme pizza why wouldn't you call and make sure that removing all toppings they paid for is correct before giving them a cheese pizza. He said, "I don't have to call anyone. It's your fault. Your using my the apps wrong". When I asked him to please stop yelling at me he hung up on me. No apology for the mix up. No explaining that maybe it was a glitch. He yelled at me and hung up on me. Never ever ever would I order another pizza from here. read more

This place feels like a scam. Next time, bring a measuring tape because they've definitely changed the portion sizes while raising the prices. I ordered a large, and it was nowhere near large, especially for $30. Expensive and pretty underwhelming. read more

Came here at 1pm on a weekday for lunch. The lunch special included half empty salad bar, drink dispenser empty, and dude told me "to pick something else, this is not a buffet". I ended up drinking water. The iceberg lettuce was near empty and he told me was enough for me. Only lettuce heads and a few sad looking pieces (also no hard boiled eggs, olives, cucumbers, croutons, macaroni salad). Like what? The attitude too. I'll go elsewhere and spread the word about this place. Why did I pay $16.50 to get lettuce, water and personal pizza? To the owner: is this what you want your business to be like for your customers? read more

i've been a lifetime Round Table customer. This location is just not cutting it I ordered a pan pepperoni pizza well done with extra sauce. They got exactly none of it right. 1) they used thin crust and just added some extra cheese (not pan) 2) There was no heavy sauce (no extra sauce) 3) It was under cooked, I took it back and they over cooked it This is a clown car of an operation that should be embarrassed by this happening Do better Disco Bay Round Table... Yes the reviews are true. Ate there yesterday and there was no pizza made for the lunch buffet and yes the worker was rude and when we asked where's the pizza he just said combo or pepperoni?! Most Round Tables have multiple pizzas for a selection. My friend asked for a Hawaiian pizza to be made so the guy makes one pizza half Hawaiian and half combo. There were four guys in the restaurant why would you just make one pizza? It was about noon so more people showed up and they all asked him the same question where's the pizza. So then me makes one more pizza. If you have all day to wait and don't mind rude service then this is the place for you. read more

My husband, mother-in-law, son and I decided to have the lunch buffet after our son's promotion ceremony. The employee was very kind and made a personal pepperoni pizza for our son. There was a supreme, cheese and bbq chicken pizza. We all liked the bbq chicken pizza. The salad toppings were fresh and plentiful. We had a very pleasant promotion celebration. read more

Pizza wasn't ready until 25 minutes after my promise time. Staff was unprofessional and rude. When I asked for a refund due to the inconvenience, they all of a sudden said that they no longer speak English. read more

Owner is so rude. Food is never ready when it's supposed to be. He told me I had a complicated order because on the garlic supreme I asked to switch large pepperonis to mini ones and to take off sausage. 2 normal requests and my order took 15 minutes longer???. I think he just doesn't pay attention to orders coming in and had to blame it on someone besides himself. Don't recommend read more

Hours need to be updated online and/ or speak with the closing staff about not closing early. Website and Yelp both said they're open until 11pm Friday and Saturday. I went in at 9:45 pm on a Friday to place an order and everything was already cleaned up and put away. Cashier informed me they closed in 10 minutes (which would be almost 10pm) after asking me "how can I help"? If you aren't taking orders during your specified hours of operation, you can't help and should have said "sorry we're closing". Another customer was there complaining about a separate issue that required the staff to try and contact the store manager, who wasn't onsite. Clearly some additional issues happening with this location. Food is typically decent during past visits. read more

Hot pizza ! This place has changed ! Five stars ! Looks like new ownership and remodel went on.

The chicken garlic gourmet is the bomb. It's my favorite chain restaurant pizza. I made the mistake of ordering pan crust (may have mixed that up with another chain's buttery pan pizza), and it was way too doughy. I need to make a mental note the regular crust is what I want at RT. I like how they show you your pizza to confirm it's correct before walking out the door with it. I don't like how I was charged almost 10% more when I picked up my pizza than my online receipt and I don't know why because it isn't a detailed receipt. I didn't notice this until I got home and just happened to cross check it in a moment of boredom. Next time I'll check that before walking out the door too. read more

Never again. I appreciate that business is changing, but customer service should not. Already far and away the most expensive pizza place in our area, I ordered off an attractive text special; after an hour when I asked the counter staff what happened to my order (with a 30-45 minute delivery estimate), they blamed it on DoorDash. When I asked why DoorDash was involved as I ordered directly from the store, I was put on hold and then transferred twice before someone finally said my order was now being remade and would be another hour. The order then came 10 minutes later. The order had clearly been sitting for some time. I called again to ask if this was really remade and was told I was being rude. I asked for the manager, he corrected me to say he was the "general" manager and that they don't deliver anymore, it all runs through DoorDash. When I asked why they advertise delivery when they don't he cut me off and said it's just the way it is now. It was just a bad experience all around and no one involved gave a lick about customer service. The "general manager" has no business in this business. We don't have many dining options in DB and for our family this is no longer one, just the way it is now I guess. read more

Amazing service!!!! New management is very nice. They gave my son a cookie for his birthday. Wish I sent this out sooner.

The owners are not so polite on the phone or in person. We come I. To pick up our food and they have their kids running all around and even in the back with the with in the kitchen.
