We used to go to this Round Table a few times a week. We haven't been back in about 6 months however. Why you ask? Because they got rid of $5 pitchers of Sierra Nevada. I know it's probably not their fault, it's a big chain and they just do what The Man tells them. I'm protesting though damn it. And it's not like all we would go there for was the beer. Well, we kind of did. It was always our plan anyway. But after the first pitcher... we'd decide we were hungry, and order a bunch of food along with the second pitcher. Now, anytime we think of going to round table, instead I call and ask if the $5 Pitchers are back. When they say no, I politely tell them I'll be back when the $5 pitchers are back. I do this about once a week. read more

Ordered on a Friday night... Pizza was terrible! It was the wrong crust and made us both ill in the morning... I called back the next day and an employee hung up on me when I asked for the manager. Had my wife call back and got a manager. The only reason why I gave 2 stars is because the manager was actually professional, unlike his employee that hung up on me. The manager did refund our order and apologized for the terrible experience. Will be looking for the refunded charge. Although we appreciate the refund, that will be the last time we order from chico round table. read more

I have come to this round table location many times and always have a nice experience. The new way of serving with servers thrills me. The staff is always very pleasing and the manager as well. I had questions about the menu and the manager personally came out to help me (as they were busy and my server was with a big party). The staff is well run, a reflection of a good manager! Always my first choice for pizza near my house! read more

If I could give this location Zero stars I would. Went there for dinner this evening walked in was not that busy saw bunch of employees milling around back behind the take-out counter after standing at the wait to be seated sign for a while the bartender finally asked if we wanted a table or both told him it didn't matter one of us to where we could sit got to the table it was gross i had to wipe it down myself. We waited and watched them seat other people that came in after us watched them take their drink orders and their food order still had not provided us any service finally my wife had to go to the bar to order our drinks which the kid working the bar did great great service from him finally got our order in submitted a complaint online then the manager before our food came out came rushing to our table with an employee and toe mask down accosted us calling me a liar about the service we received so my wife and I offered to pay for our meal which he declined by saying we do not want rude people in our restaurant so we got up and left and will never go back read more

Love it here! The pizza is ALWAYS fantastic but if pizza is not your thing there is much more on the menu to choose from. The manager Jarrod is a great guy that genuinely cares about his employees and it shows in how happy and hard-working his staff is. He is also a huge support in our community. Thanks Jarrod. read more

This is the best Round Table my family has been to! Great table service, fast great pizza and anyone with kids, like me, will love the Clubhouse game room!! I'm really impressed with the new and improved Round Table Pizza read more

We reserved a room for a graduation party, we had grade service by Kayla. I would highly recommend for any kind of party. The best pizza and fun atmosphere read more

First of all, Round Table pizzas are all that are awesome - great sauce, delicious crust, toppings - the perfect pizza. And I've found that the people working at the Pillsbury location are friendly, helpful, and eager to please. This is my kid's top choice for his birthday party and other special occasions. read more

This clubhouse is one of the best places to go for a casual group dinner/drinks! Its a fair balance between adult atmosphere and kid-friendly. There are games and prizes but not over the top like a chucke cheese! Parents can have a good time watching some of the big names in sports while enjoying one of the multiple selections of beers and drinks! The servers are always so nice and they pay attention to their tables. They go out of their way to make the customers happy. They are helpful and knowledgeable of the menu. There is a mango mimosa that is AMAZING and they squeeze fresh orange juice into it! Way over and beyond for a Round Table Pizza. I love remodel on the place, its the same great food with a nice facelift to make the atmosphere up to date and comfortable. We go there as a family for school functions as well as dinners. Chico is lucky to have a clubhouse!! One star less because of the menu prices but you get what you pay for! read more

OK, its pizza. So why do I need a waitperson? Really confused by this business model. I would really like to not be obligated to pay a tip to a person just for bringing a pizza over. And on top paying a premium for the Round Table brand name. This is the reason I won't go to this location unless I have to for a birthday party, etc. read more

This place is all-around fantastic! We come here often because of the good food, excellent service and great beer selection. Jarrod Riggins is a superb manager and a great guy. His employees from Justin on down are excellent! Recently we held an event with 30 graduate students from Chico State, and Jarrod made sure it was a huge success. We had our own room, our own server (Bailey - fantastic as always), pizzas, appetizers, and drinks for 90 minutes. It was great, and everyone really enjoyed themselves. We will definitely be here again next year. Thank you Jarrod, Bailey, and everyone else for all your hard work, attention, and friendliness! read more

The place looks amazing! I really like the set up. Everything is clean and modern. I'm not too happy with the self-service going away. I would be okay with it if it were organized. I went there a couple of times with co-workers. We had to ask for utensils, were told we couldn't separate checks, then were told we could. Drinks take a long time to get. Wait person disappeared a few times and didn't check up on us. I think it is mostly because the employees aren't trained to be wait persons. Plus, a few people were standing behind the registers talking. Not sure what they were doing, but it didn't look productive. So, that made it frustrating. There is room for improvement, which I hope happens because the place looks great and I love their lunch buffet. read more

Atmosphere is good but kind of noisy :/ a lot of kids!!! Place really nice and it has a drinking bar ;). Wings and salad bar very good, pizza its just OK! Overall good service. read more

Went in to get some pizza and drinks only to see one of the employees ( presumably the manager ) visibly intoxicated. He was talking about other employees in a very inappropriate way and yelling as well. Would not recommend to anyone with children. read more

I have always loved RT.. I love the lunch specials and the fact that they renovated this location. chill place you can order be served and let the younger kids play so you can enjoy your beer with your pizza read more

Worst pizza in my entire life! Soggy, to much sauce, xtra cheese was all in the middle, garlic chicken there was only one chunk of chicken per piece. The taste was tolerable. This was in Chico. read more

This particular place is wonderful for large groups with kids. They have areas that can be reserved for team parties, or birthdays. They have fund games for the kids that suck up all your quarters, and then they get tickets to redeem for worthless garbage. The food is typical Round Table; nothing exciting. read more

This is always a good choice for pizza. The food is always consistent and the customer service is on point! Our waitress Melissa answered my random, confusing questions with a smile. She was fantastic. With a bar for the adults and the game room for the kiddies, it's a perfect place for the whole family. read more

I and my family went here to this Round Table last Saturday for a childs bday party. Food was great, server was awesome ( even though one of the bday rooms wasn't used) sever, a young lady, treated our group as awesome as she did the reserved party rooms. I read most of the reviews and people why are you going to a place where you KNOW children will be running around having lots of fun! Go where the little buggers won't be and then you can complain whern parent (s) bring in a screaming, yelling, crying child(ren). read more

Thanks for the nice people like Jarrod Riggins, manager, who supported our local community organization, the Chico Creek Nature Center. We appreciate the prize coupons to use at our fund raising Carnival. Also great service on pizza and salad bar. read more

$36 for one large pizza? No other items? Half veggie half Hawaiian. Lack luster. You have to be kidding me. I could have bought two steaks at the store or at a semi decent restaurant. Lower your prices Round Table. You're not a 5 star place. read more

I wish I could give negative stars a friend that was with me ordered wings and they gave them to someone else then we had to wait over an hour for a simple pepperoni pizza multiple tables came in after us and all got there pizza before us honestly this location gives round table a bad name. read more

I have had nothing but the best experiences here. I order delivery typically after long work days...and they always come through quicker than expected. Often my delivery driver is Steven and he's the friendliest person I've ever met. It's just always a good experience. And Dominos sucks ass. They can't even bring the right dipping sauce. Round Table on Pillsbury and Steven forever. You guys have your shit together and it's amazing. read more

I love pizza. There are lots of TV to watch, games to keep the kids busy and the burgers are pretty good. Cold beers a plus! The employees are really good with the kids too. read more

I came here for a birthday party today with my children. We arrived late, and rather than hone in n the food still available to the guests who had been timely, we decided to order a separate pizza for our little family. Service was absolutely awful. I don't know if the server attending our table was also assigned to the birthday party or what. Either way, it took more than half an hour to place our order, because the server would never come to our table. We kept signaling him, he'd acknowledge us, and indicate he'd be right back. Of course, he never was right back. It took us another half hour to get our food and another to get our check when we were done. We spent almost two hours at Round Table, which was the last thing we wanted to do. read more

I come here for the salad bar, I never order pizza. The pizza seems overpriced. The salad bar is exceptional. I get a huge salad bar to go for under 6.00. It is always clean and the veggies are fresh and stocked. The ranch is delicious. The servers and cashiers are always friendly. Best salad bar in town! read more

Man..people are picking this place apart. It's a new change people!!! It takes a minute to get it figured out right, calm down. Overall, it's a wonderful change. The bar is beautiful...and clean. I was shocked they served burgers, which turned out to be fantastic. Perhaps service was slightly slower, but if you want the old RTP..go to the other 2 in town! Great family place and great place to sit at the bar and watch some football. As for beer prices...not much different than everywhere else in town..about $4 for the norm. They are limited on their wine selection, so I do hope that changes, but I make due. Try it out, and be open-minded to the Changed Round Table!!! read more

Our server was great. The pizza was good. The salad bar needed to be stocked and the ranch dressing seems to be watered down. Overall it was good, but they didn't seem like they were ready for a busy Friday evening read more

Saturday evening June 24 2017 Never again-----the most awful pizza I have ever had. Words can't describe how bad it was. We ordred Delivery & the only positive was the young man that brought this mess to our door. He was polite, clean cut & pleasant. Too bad he left before we opened the box or I would have asked him to take it back. Would you like extra cheese? Always say no or be prepared to pay extra too. The whole experience was atrocious & they will never, never see another dime of my money. It was like wet bread with tasteless melted cheese & it went in the garbage. read more

Customer Service goes along way in this location does not disappoint I really appreciate beyond words how the employees go out of their way to make sure my family has a fun great stress free time, The employees are very accommodating to Toddlers which is priceless, the blonde girl and gentlemen are the ones who helped us. I should have gotten their names because they definitely deserve a pat on the back thank you again for a fun afterschool treat read more

I'm not sure what it is about this particular location, but EVERY SINGLE TIME I've eaten there I've gotten sick. I've tried to avoid going there but my lovely wife likes it so I oblige. I've tried different food items, thinking that it was something in a certain item but no matter what I get I end up being sick. Today I went there for a work going away party for an employee. I stayed away from the food but had TWO cups of iced tea. When I got back to work, I promptly proceeded to evacuate the iced tea from my face, quite forcibly. I seriously hope there's nothing nasty going on there but what else am I to think? Another interesting datum is that, at the time of this writing, the Butte County Department of Health DID NOT have an inspection report for this particular location, despite it having been recently remodeled. Very curious, indeed, and kind of sketchy. Stay away from this place if you like your guts on the inside of your body. read more

I went to this location on a Friday at 5:30 looking to entertain my eight year old while maybe catching a piece of the final four women's game between UCONN and Mississippi State. First thing I noticed is that every single TV was playing every single sporting event except the Women's Final Four game. Not cool. YET, everything changed when my server turned one TV to the game and handled my section like a CHAMP! Ruben R. At the Chico location is THE MAN. When I tell you that this location at 5:30 on a Friday is a hot mess, it is. The staff handled it. Good job! Thank you SUPER RUBEN! read more

The new Clubhouse style is really stepping up a few notches for your regular pizza place. Definitely thinking outside the box and trying a new thing is paying off. This has become our new Sunday family place! Same great Round Table pizza with a few choice additions to the menu to satisfy other tastes. It's a great place for families. The kids can play at the game room and adults enjoy pizza or burgers with sports bar ambiance. Way to step up your game Round Table. read more

Being absolutely new to Chico, CA, and having a group of 9 people, 4 being kids 1, 5, 7 and 8 years old, I thought, incorrectly, that the whole group could eat pizza, and have a good time while being in the place. The place was booming loud at about 7 PM on a Thursday. The arcade, which was located very close to our table, was crammed with kids of all ages. The noise coming from the place made normal conversation literally impossible. The younger part of our group did not mind, of course, as long as money was provided so they could accumulate as many tickets their little hands could hold, blowing currency at a very alarming rate, the 1 year old the exception as he was having fun hitting every one with the formula milk of his baby bottle. Chaos reigning as the following food was ordered: XLarge Hawaian Pizza, $36+? Pizza had a nice dough, came with Canadian Bacon, Pineapple, Bacon bits, and cheese. Easy to eat, the problem was very little was consumed. 4 Stars. XLarge Combination Pizza, $36+?, Peppers, Sausage, Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Onions, etc? This one was no big deal, dough soggy, lacking some quality preparation and ingredients. 3 Stars. 2 Sandwiches, Turkey and Ham, $8+? each. They came with Onion Rings and French Fries, respectively. Thumbs up on both according to the ones that ate them. 4 Stars. Salad Plate, $7? Like most salad bars. 3 Stars. Strawberry Margarita, $8? Expensive and not that great. 3 Stars. Sodas, $3 each, with refills. 3 Stars. Total was about $118 plus 15% gratuity. Very expensive, prices in Chico as high as they please. 3 Stars read more

Great dinner!! Love the burgers here!! Great service Drake and Jonah!! Jarrod the manager is always happy and manages his team really well!

I used to go to this Roundtable all the time, this is the third time since they changed into a pub. The pizza was still the same, but the service was really bad. The atmosphere is awful. Children's birthday parties in a sports bar with a game room thrown in. They need to decide what they are going to be. A bar or a little kids party palace, the combination is just wrong on so many levels. read more

To begin with the $18.99 large coupon with tax came out to around $22.50. Well I do math and our tax rate doesn't even come close to that! They refunded me the difference when I brought it to their attention. Then they sent the pizza I was there to pick up out for delivery WHILE I was sitting there! When I finally raised a stink after 40 minutes, they figured out what went wrong and I had to insist they make it right. So I get a free pizza next time. Not sure there's gonna be a next time... read more
