i was visiting stillwater to take some senior photos for graduation. i was on the ok state campus for the most part & round house bakery was a location that we visited for their decor. outside of that, it was on my mind to support + get a treat (especially being local). after the staff being nice + accepting from the moment we walked in, i was even quicker to get something along with the fact with all that they had on display. the colors of pink & gold hit me hard the moment i walked in, the exterior was opposite (more on the white & black end). there's a nice area in the front that's stationed with a set of chairs + table. now let's get to the important stuff, the goods!! one thing that initially stood out to me the most was the brioche cinnamon roll. people who truly know me, know that anything cinnamon roll/cinnamon roll-related is an automatic for me, with the other treats that were present, that's all that i wanted. at the very end, i saw the cinnamon swirl blondie & that's what i ended up getting. the combination of a blondie bar with cinnamon sugar & cream cheese, think of it like a hybrid with a cinnamon roll. it was super good & the type of sweetness that was really sweet in a good way, nothing overbearing. i didn't consume it until i got back to tulsa & it was super fresh to the point & i didn't have to heat it up or anything, i know it would've went well with coffee. outside of what i got, there were plenty of cupcakes to choose from. they had donuts & cookies as well. there were empty slots on display, which indicated to me that there were even more to choose from & more than likely sold out (we went around noon). good experience overall, a spot that i'll always have in mind whenever i catch myself in stillwater. read more

Lovely pastry shop with comfortable seating inside and out. Very expensive, but...what isn't? Friendly, helpful staff and pretty tasty cakes. You can sit around all day, just like Starbucks. Except it's nicer, and it's local. read more

Such a pretty atmosphere and amazing lattes. My barista with the name Brielle was so sweet and gave me exactly what I wanted.

The coffee is weak. The cinnamon rolls are real yeast rolls which I love but they are dinky. The decor is 40s - 50s vibe which is very cute. The seating is comfortable and relaxing. My biggest complaint is if you want to have a vintage vibe the help staff and management should at least smile and be welcoming. read more

I wanted to love this place. The decor is absolutely beautiful. Servers are typically pleasant and friendly. I really appreciate the natural flavors and ingredients in the shaved ice and Italian soda and I'm willing to pay more for it. The baked goods are beautifully showcased. It's obvious they use quality ingredients but honestly the baked goods are hit or miss. At $6 for a cupcake there should be a little more cake, mostly icing, which is surprising because the cake should be less expensive to make than the icing. My daughter had the cookies and cream cupcake today and the flavor profile can only be described as "sweet" with barely a 1/2 inch of cake. The white velvet "cookie" was cakey and doughy. My daughter likes the pretzels but $6 for a salty bun is a bit much. BUT the real icing on the cake was the 50 cent charge for cream in my coffee, and with that I had to ask for more because I only got a splash. read more

Kayla and the Round House Bakery team did a fabulous job on our wedding cake. I struggled to find anyone in the OKC metro area who would do a gluten free wedding cake, so the wedding planner recommended Round House and I'm glad she did! We had a cake as well as several pastry towers (many GF options and a few that weren't), and all were delicious. The Round House crew was easy to work with, and we didn't encounter any unpleasant surprises along the way with pricing, availability, etc. We've been back a few times for other cakes, donuts, tarts, and macarons, and have been pleased each time. read more

I went in about a week ago and the "manager" (I believe) kicked me in the face and told me I was fat for trying to order a cake. The "manager" was also yelling at the staff when I walked in , the mistreatment of customers and staff is absolutely horrendous and I will not be returning unless that is rectified. read more

First of all, everyone that works at Round House is super friendly. Each time I go in they have amazing cheesecake bars ! Always light and not a heavy consistency, which I love ! But, if you've never tried their macarons you simply must ! I admit I'm a macaron snob and have had tons of macarons in tons of cities/towns. I have never ever had such perfection !! Roundhouse made my wedding cake. I had a very simple wedding but one of the things I really wanted to stand out and decided to splurge on was my wedding cake. It was very disappointing. The cake did not rise or something it was very dense. Did not taste good at all. Had a doughy flour taste. Was one of the heaviest densest cakes I've ever picked up. No one complimented the taste. My guest would take some bites and threw it away. Was a complete waste of money. The outside was simple. Anyone could have made it. Every time I make a payment on my credit card I feel sick about it. My cousin ordered her daughter a birthday cake from this place last month and not only was the taste awful it looked awful. Was not at all like the pictures she showed to them. I am not a complainer but decided I needed to save others that may be considering using this place. read more

So I am giving this bakery 1 star because I ordered a cake for my grand daughter and was very specific about what I wanted. I asked for bright bold colors in a Minnie Mouse theme. I spoke at length to Abby about all of this and it was also on my original invoice that was sent to me in my email. I showed this to the 2 young women I was talking to, and they sort of just shrugged their shoulder. AND THEN proceeded to throw Abby under the bus, saying she was new and she will have to be trained about how to communicate with bakers. I then said no, this isn't Abbys fault it was yours. I paid for a bright bold birthday cake and got a muted color cake that belongs in a wedding or baby shower. It's a pretty cake but nit at all what I wanted. I will say they apologized and tried to make it more of what I wanted, but it didn't make much difference. I am really upset and very disappointed. I won't be coming back. And I am especially frustrated that they totally blamed the whole thing on Abby and took no responsibility themselves. So this is what I got from the bakery, as inspiration photos..... and this what I got. I'm again saying this is pretty. But not for a 2 year old. ANO MOST DEFINITELY NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!!! NEVER BEEN MORE DISSAPOINTED! I EVEN CRIED IN THE STORE.. NEVER AGAIN. Does this look like a Minnie Mouse cake to you? YEAH, ME EITHER!!! I kind of think y'all forgot I was coming and you just threw something together and thought I would go with it.. You ruined my day and the thought I had for my granddaughter. The place has a nice atmosphere and all but the desserts were meh. I got a red velvet cupcake and a white velvet cupcake. Both tasted good but it was far from what red/white velvet is supposed to taste like. Both had a strong lemon flavor... others I was with also agreed that it tasted like lemon. Still good but it was a bit disappointing because I was expecting... red velvet not lemon. read more
