Yesterday, I was in a crunch for time and couldn't make it to the store from deep on the San Gabriel Valley where I reside, but really needed some new gear to play in. I called the store around 7:00 pm and was greeted by Christina! I asked if it would be possible to set up an uber package to be delivered to me if I placed an online order within the hour. She said it absolutely was and proceed to ask me if I had particular things I had in mind and she would start pulling the items in requested sizes. I proceeded to place my order and called her back to let her know I had paid and to expect the order to come through. A few minutes later, she called me back and told me the order was ready to be picked up and to call the uber I covered that cost, which I was more than willing to do. She put together the perfect surprise box and had all the styles I had purchased in my order. Thank you Christina for being so helpful, attentive, and friendly in all our conversations. I don't run into exceptional customer service as much as in past times, but you reminded me that it is most definitely an achievable thing. I would have liked to go into the store myself, but placing the online order anddm getting it delivered was an easy process and I had my items in no time. Definitely worth considering if you live a bit of a distance from Silverlake. I feel fortunate to have been brought to the store over a decade ago and to this day remains my go to place for leather gear, toys, cock rings... you name it. Very bad attitude. I asked for prices because I knew the tag was discounted and the lady wouldnt bother to look at it and said $65. I had to turn the tag around for her to give me a new price. I let it go I went upstairs and bought more merchandise and when I was cashing out the same lady had such a negative attitude. I ended up paying and I asked an employee at the exit and it turns out the owner was treating me like crap. I spend $189 dollars and I had no idea the owner was the one treating me like this. I've been a frequent patron to this store and their other store, Lustern. I love that they have a large selection of products and their prices seem fair. That being said, they always seem to be missing common brand lubes or something else that I am trying to find that seems like a common item, but that's every adult store tbh. The real kicker is the woman that works here, whom I believe is the owner. Not very friendly with a distasteful attitude. All the other employees are friendly, even her daughter that works at the other location is pretty cool. They have some cute things which I bought and at a decent price. I got a thong for 20$ but they had some for cheaper. Definitely going to come back to get more.
