Like other reviews have mentioned there are 2 areas for sundries and baked goods. You walk into the main area (sundries) and during COVID times there is a little line up area to go into the bakery. The bakery staff helps monitor the line and calls you into the bakery area when the area is clear enough in order to practice social distancing. The bakery is pretty fantastic, and worth the short wait. There is a large display case of homemade sweets, bars, and pastries, as well as a whole other savory section with things like empanadas. I love that there are also fresh and frozen breads, cookies, homemade dishes and soups. We've tried a variety of the sweets squares and loved every bite. We also tried a frozen chicken pot pie, which was delicious and the perfect size for 2 adults. Love the variety of apple ciders, tons of jam jars, special mustards, grilling spices and fresh produce. We even found a huge metal bin of extra virgin olive oil on sale. I always seem to find something special and delicious!

They offer amazing baked goods: pies, quiche, square bars, muffins, bread, truffles, donuts, cakes,…read morejams, etc. They also offer many more homemade sauces and spreads. You can find both frozen and fresh pies here. I always come here for treats and have tried many of their square bars and they have never disappointed me. They bake amazing pumpkin and banana breads which are good for weekends; trust me you will run out of them really soon.

This is the PERFECT summer activity to get you out of the city on a sunny day. I heard that they…read morehave 7 different varieties of strawberries from someone in my group, and I got to sample 2. One of them is the usual strawberry that you would see in supermarkets - big, red, and super juicy. Make sure you go for the ones with red tips and not white! That would ensure that the strawberry is more sweet rather than tart. The bigger variety could be found by the patches with the yellow flags, which on this day were supposedly the "faster picking ones", probably because they were so big that they quickly fill the 1-liter buckets. The other variety that I got to sample were very small - about 1-2cm large - very red, and very sweet. Those were my favorite. They are closer to the entrance with the orange flags. As for pricing, you can bring your own containers - make sure you know the volume! - or buy them for a very affordable price there. The strawberries are sold for $3/liter, and they offer 1L plastic baskets, 3L paper baskets, and a bigger crate. On the way out, don't forget to stop by the small shop! They have fresh veggies and other fruits in there, as well as preserves, salsa, and even baked goods. I bought 6 pecan butter tarts for the road, and they barely made it home, they were soooooo good and gooey!

Attention to the owners. Your new building looks amazing but what your contractor failed to…read moremention was that polished concrete is slippery as hell when wet. While your Romaine lettuce was edible, the trip to your new location cost me not only 7 hours in the ER room at Brantford General Hospital today but also the 12.00 in parking I paid for that privilege. Thankfully I did not have a concussion but it was a painful long day of waiting to be seen for help today. Besides having a rug for customers to walk on, I would suggest you get your construction crew back to rough up your floors especially the wee ramp upon exiting. Good luck with your future, but I will not be returning EVER!!!
