I ordered some pollen bee nests on June 6th/2023 and today on June 9th my order arrived from them. I have never done business with them before but I am going to look to see what other things they carry that I can order as a small family run operation their speed of delivery was unheard of and I like supporting Canadian business when possible. Every gardener should have a couple of Mason Bee Nests available to help these bees nest. They are harmless to humans and I am allergic to stinging insects. A first rate business and a pleasure to do business with a company that goes above and beyond in customer service.

After some research, we found that Harpers had the plants for a great price and it was a quick short drive away - perfect excuse for a road trip to Hamilton. We pre-ordered everything online ahead of time. They were doing front-door pick up so it was really convenient. I'm happy to see that the staff were practicing social distancing and took the necessary measures for everyone's safety. We took a quick walk through the nursery just to see what other selections they had and I have to say, that this is a great one stop shop for any gardening needs. Soil, tools, plant food, pots... anything you can think of they have it. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. It felt nice to be in a community space and not a big superstore like Lowes or Home Depot where you have to go chase down someone to get help. These are the kinds of businesses we should be supporting always, not just through a pandemic. I can't wait to order some more greens from Harpers. I always enjoy a good road trip!
