Crew of 4 arrived on time and were efficient with set up, removal, and clean up over 2 days. The service I got was priced well compared to several others in the East Bay which was important for me. Communication with Dan was smooth and easy, and I appreciated that he walked me through the process and answered all my questions. It gave me piece of mind that things were done professionally, safely, and properly for both myself and their team's health. Note: it takes ~10 days to get the air district permit unless you pay extra for expedited service, so that the minimum wait time before abatement can start. Keep that in mind for scheduling purposes

After describing the job, I was given a verbal quote of roughly how much it would cost. Of the 4 quotes, one was several thousand higher than the other 3. The moment I explained that I smelled dog urine in the carpet, he immediately dismissed me, repeatedly telling me he'd "been doing this for 30 years" instead of actually listening to what I was saying. The most disturbing part of the visit was that he eventually stopped speaking to me entirely and directed his attention only to the man who was with me. He even walked away from me in the middle of our conversation. I left feeling belittled, ignored and treated as though my opinion didn't matter. Based on the way he interacted with me, I found his behavior toward me as a woman deeply disrespectful. He also wore his outside shoes throughout my home, insisted the issue was candle residue despite there being no candle wax, and then left before completing the job. The carpet issue was never resolved. If your first instinct when a customer raises a concern is to dismiss them, talk over them, ignore them and walk away without finishing the work, you have no business providing customer service. This was an appalling experience and I would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere.
