The support staff do the actual eye tests and don't bother to listen to any responses during the vision tests. They seem to have minimal training. The doctor presents as caring, speaks very little, sends in the prescriptions and leaves the receptionist to tell you medication procedures and dosages. A mixed bag type of experience.

A lot of my friends and family members had lasik eye correction with Dr. Samir. They recommended me that I only go to him. Usually during business hours they are busy but thankfully my appointment was at 6pm which was perfect after work hours. I did not wait that long. The technician took me in and performed the necessary eye exams it took about 20 min. After that, I saw the Dr.samir who asked me if I have any complications or concerns. He also informed me the process of the lasik eye procedure. He showed me the machine and gave me a quote. He gave me a brochure to read more into it. He told me when I'm comfortable to do the lasik eye correction then to call and schedule an appointment. Hopefully, in Jan 2017 I will do the procedure. Overall, the clinic was clean. My visit was at the beginning of March, 2022. I was told I had a Medicare deductible balance of just under $100 and that needed to be paid before the doctor would see me. I paid the amount requested and I have documented evidence that this satisfied my Medicare deductible. When I received additional bills towards my deductible, Medicare informed me that nothing had been submitted by this practice and I was advised to request my money back. I did so but was refused! Subsequently, Dr. Seidman submitted a fraudulent claim to Medicare, never mentioning that I had paid the balance of my deductible, or that I had paid any monies at all, for that matter! I am still waiting for a check reimbursing me the $98.34 I paid at this office. Medicare is aware of the deception. Dr. Seidman has lost me as a patient. This is all just not worth my time and aggravation. She has yet to inform her biller to make this right. Is it possible that perhaps she is unaware of this whole mess?
