Bryce and his team worked on a project in our front yard. They removed an existing planter in front of our windows, removed the roses, grass, and other plants and removed concrete. They also had to reroute the irrigation. In its place, they installed new pavers and artificial turf. In front of our fence, they installed a planter, and put new flowers and rocks. Everything turned out beautifully. The Roth Landscaping crews always arrived early each day and provided great communication throughout the process. They were respectful of our property and the overall value we received was worth the price. We would use them for future landscaping projects; probably work in our backyard next. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the landscaping services provided at my property by Bryce Rothweiler at Roth Landscaping. Unfortunately, the work did not meet the standards that were outlined in our initial agreement and fell short of what I reasonably expected from a "professional" landscaping service, I gave him the opportunity that being *Not Licensed Landscaping company. Specifically, not enough cement was put for the red wood posts to be held in place, it leans over with the lights, my lights fell (pictures attached), after I called/texted Bryce didn't bother coming out to help nor apologized because anyone could've been out in our backyard and got hurt, and yet said it would be an additional charge to fix, and left debris was left behind. I raised my concerns with Bryce on-site, text, and call but the response was vague, and no action was taken. I had selected your company based on your assurances of quality, but the outcome has been disappointing and not reflective of the level of service I was promised. Unprofessional and no resolution.
