They did finally mail it to me 2-day shipping for no charge, but not until I insisted. The supervisor was so rude she made me cry. Today I waited on hold for 30 minutes during my work day to talk to someone about my bill. There were 10 people on hold before me. Finally there was one person before me. Then the automated system said "there is no one to take your call. Please call back later". I reached out electronically and discovered that when they sent out the bill they had not even tried to submit it to my insurance. The kind girl on the line said they get at least 20 complaints per day about this. Things seemed to go downhill for them a few years ago. Their billing is terrible.
