She then informed me they are not responsible for any wear and tear damage to my property, Then she told me to take my business elsewhere, that her supervisor was aware and that no damage was done. I had a prescription for a 30-40 compression stocking. I went to Lynch Home Medical Supply in Erie Pa on 03/08/23 to order my stocking and they said it would take 15 days about, it's written on the slip. I called three times to check on it. The first time they said 10 more days, than 3 more days. Than on 03/30/23 I called for the third time and Tim Lynch got on the phone and said it's on back order till April 26, 2023. or do you want another color? I told them from the start I didn't care what color. Tim Lynch just ordered my compression stocking almost 30 days after I was in the store. He asked me to call him once I received it. He is under a breach of contract if he does not deliver. Right Tim?

When my lift chair arrived the delivery person showed me how to use it. When they left I attempted to get in the chair and realized it's 6 in higher than what my measurements are. I was not able to sit in the chair properly. I have a cyst on my spine that's pressed against my nerves. It made it impossible for me to be able to wiggle in It to get back to where I need to. I immediately called Blackburn's to let them know that the chair isn't going to work. The guys were still in my area and I asked for them to come and get the chair. I never saw them I didn't receive a phone call from them the next day so I called to ask why they haven't picked my chair up and the lady who dealt with me during the measurements didn't know what to say. She transferred me to someone else. And then that person transferred me again. I ended up talking to the office manager. She told me that my chair was not returnable. Basically it's sold as is and they don't accept returns. So I'm stuck with a big old chair that's sitting in my living room obstructing my way to go down my hallway. All I wanted was for them to come and get it and not charge my insurance company for a chair I can't sit in. And they refused to do it. I don't know what to do at this point because I'm so disappointed in the service I received. This is the experience I had. You might not experience the same thing.
