This location struggles with theft as nearly all the things you would come for: antiperspirant, decent smelling soap was actually locked up. The soap not locked up smelled awful. I grabbed a 12 dollar big thing of ivory bars as I didn't want to smell like gross cocoa butter or what ever the other weird scents were and didn't want to wait for someone to open the locked area. Prices high Accessibility to items timely Disliked the time there. But served my ourpose. Spent 50+ for four things that should have cost 35. Cost of convenience I guess. Still overpriced.

I attempted to tell the front store service about this but he continued to just hang up on me. After waiting ten minutes on hold a woman was able to transfer me over and again I was put on hold for 25 minutes then they hung up. Due to a change in phone numbers I am unable to look up my information on the app and again unable to receive messages or voicemails. Ive wasted two separate breaks, at work, then the entire bus ride back to town trying to work with CVS on East 12th street just to get hung up on. Working with the CVS on East 12th is nothing but frustrations.
