Very bad, unprofessional with WM pharmacy W Ridge rd Erie PA. Went to pick up a prescription that…read moreI'd been filling there for 15 months, same dosage. As soon as I paid, I discovered they only filled it for 1/2 the proper dosage. It gets lots worse from there.... Girl came over to talk to me and was NOT interested in helping me. She kept yelling "I didn't fill the prescription ", and "that's how the Dr sent over the prescription ". She did not CARE to lift a finger by taking two seconds to doublecheck her computer. Nor did the other 8-10 people there. There was NO teamwork. This was appalling. And there was NO manager there either. So while I stood there, I called the Dr office myself. The nurse neither confirmed or denied any mistake. She sent over a new perscription right away to WM. I shopped for an hour and came back only to be told they would not have it ready until after they close for lunch! So I had to make a 2nd trip back to pick up the proper prescription. I'm sure they discovered it was their mistake immediately, but I was being punished for speaking out, advocating for myself . Unbelievable!! Three days later I called the manager and she said it was the WM pharmacy mistake and they had called the Dr office to apologize. NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL ME.!! It's not okay that WM left me assuming the Dr office made the mistake. If you make a mistake. OWN UP to it. You would think that pharmacy members would take pride in their work, when they handle drugs that people ingest, and drugs only work if the dosage is correct !!! It could have so easily all been avoided. WORST experience ever . I'll never TRUST this WM pharmacy .........ever!

Than another girl gets on phone and says there not accepting new customers. Too bad for them.

Even when I was too sick to pick up my own medication three different people that I pick up my medication for me told me that they are very rude. Although doing your job and making sure that things were described as necessary step in the right time frame it was always done in a very disheartening manner. You don't need to talk down to people to ask questions necessary to do your job . I would recommend going with your mail order or a reputable big box pharmacy. Never thought I would hear myself say that. There are a few small local pharmacies left in the area.
