Upon home inspection, when buying our house in Louisville, we were told the roof was easily 25…read moreyears old and should be replaced. We were desperate to get an estimate to negotiate the price of the house, so our realtor recommended we call Scott Barnes at Urgent care Roofing. He met me at the house within an hour of my desperate call and gave me the estimate which I thought was extremely reasonable. We were able to use that estimate to lower the price of the house. Fast forward 3 years, (it took us that long to finally get to replacing the roof) I called Scott, who remembered me, was at our house next day with a very similar price. He had a cancellation and was at our house the following day in between rainy stormy days, with his amazingly efficient crew. within 12 hours our old roof was down rotted wood replaced (with photos) and new shingles perfectly placed. Poor planning, lack of communication, unfriendly project manager, and an insulting discount to "make it right." The rest of the staff was nice but overall the shower is beautiful but what a headache to get to this point. Don't let all the good reviews fool you! We talked to several people while our shower remodel was going on and they all cringed when they heard we were using Pritchett. We wish we were forewarned and went with someone else. We won't be using Pritchett again.

This was / is an insurance job and I am left to pick up the pieces. I have gone over 6 months without a living room. I have had no communication or cooperation with Pritchett brothers. I commented on an advertisement they had on their Facebook page about storm damage and how they could fix you up quick .. my comment was removed and I am no longer able to comment on any of their posts. I feel cheated and this situation has caused me lots of stress. I am contemplating hiring an attorney to get to the bottom of it all !!
