I asked for some instructions on how to fix it. I was expecting a step-by-step explanation. Instead, Tim offered to come to my residence to fix it! He came out and didn't charge anything for this repair. I am extremely satisfied with this company...not only their craftsmanship, but also quality and customer focus!

Fresh Perspective Renovation & Remodel…read more After two years of the pandemic and lumber prices skyrocketing, we finally decided to tear down the old deck and build a new one. We searched contractors and most of them had mediocre references. We came across FPRandR through recommendations and, in the end, thoroughly liked our decision. The crew was very professional: their estimate was within out price range, they went through what needed to be done and bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied. The work was always top-notched. We recommend them highly!

I would give zero stars if I could! The work is terrible, he lied about costs, had my countertop…read morebut told me it was special order so it'd take 3 weeks to come in. I found out he charged me $350 for a countertop that was $40. He quoted me a price including the countertop, but then charged me again for the labor and countertop. He never showed up when he told me he was going to, had a billion excuses, always on Mondays. He brought his wife and small child into my home without my knowledge or consent twice. You couldn't ever get an exact time on when they were going to show up, if they showed up. He said he was going to refund my money but wouldn't say when and now he won't answer my text messages. We paid him in full and he left my kitchen unfinished! I fired him after I found out he had my countertop for 4 weeks and just left us hanging. And $350 for a $40 countertop was the last straw! We now have to hire someone to finish the kitchen even though we paid for the whole thing already! He was supposed to match the paint we used in 2 bathrooms and hallway to paint the kitchen, he did not. So now our kitchen is a different color and it stands out pretty bad. It was supposed to be a bright white, it's cream colored, it will have to be repainted to match the rest of the rooms. There's countertops on both sides of the stove. The right side is an inch shorter than the left side and the right side is not level. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable and shoddy work! BEWARE!!!

The project included help with design and scope, bidding the project, selecting subcontractors and materials, and the actual construction. Bailey & Weiler worked with me up front to control costs and keep the scope in my budget. We had no cost overruns during the project, and came in slightly below the original budget. The quality was first class--a true high-end project. I strongly recommend Bailey and Weiler!

Bailey and Weiler are a world-class team who provide access to sophisticated vision in both design…read moreand execution while simultaneously maintaining a commitment to personal service through ongoing communication and care. We appreciated each step of the remodel process as the team from Bailey and Weiler were respectful of our budgetary requirements and offered options that met our mutual goals for design. The team listened and supported us through personal planning sessions where we never felt rushed and always felt heard. A remodel would normally be a miserable experience when you are living in the home at the time of construction; however, the team at Bailey and Weiler made intentional planning decisions to respect our situation and honor our space and time. The individuals with whom we worked with became friends who we missed once the process was completed! We love our new space and I still catch my breath when I open the door into our "new" home. I still can't believe we have the opportunity to live in this beautiful and functional space that is all a direct result of the design and build process that was led by our dear friends at Bailey and Weiler. Bailey and Weiler genuinely care about your construction or remodel and work tirelessly to ensure that the end result is breathtaking! We couldn't be happier and are so thankful to each member of the Bailey and Weiler team.

Repaired walls,…read moreposts, doorways, and doors, painted walls, installed new lighting, fixed cracks, tiled the kitchen floor and walls, installed appliances, installed and moved outlets, changed door knobs and hinges, and on and on. He is meticulous in his work (also meaning he doesn't rush a job) and won't skimp on a job even if he puts in twice the time he estimated just to make sure that it's perfect. Brian previously worked as a window installer and can actually build a whole building if you need him to. He was open to every job we threw at him except carpet installation (best to leave that to the guys who do it everyday and work for the carpet company) and wood floor refinishing (you need specific, expensive equipment to do this job that he doesn't own). We're hiring Brian to do all the work to renovate the house we're moving into, also, including building an entertainment center for us and a fence and shed out back. And he's really nice and laid back. I strongly recommend Brian Reynolds!

I asked this company to come in and clean our house, which we are currently renovating. The cost…read morewas $135 for two hours of *deep cleaning*. I communicated that the renovations weren't finished, so it was a weird job. They came at 9am and I showed them around and tipped them over 60% knowing it would be a tough two hours. Mind you this house is under 1k square feet, so it's tiny, but it's very cluttered and had a tiny bit of renovation mess. We did tidy quite a bit before they came. At 10:28 I got a text that they were done and had left. Thinking they must have just gotten done early, I went home. The bathroom was COMPLETELY untouched. The kitchen was barely cleaned. They did an excellent job on the floors, but that's literally all. Yes, the floors were bad. It's also only 800 square feet and I can mop it in 20 minutes. I paid $200 for an hour and a half of sweeping and mopping five small rooms total. When I emailed them to ask about it, they offered to come back, however I was out of town the next week. They said that the cleaners didn't know anyone lived in the house, and that's why they didn't do the most important rooms. The house is clearly occupied. They also denied only doing 1.5 hours, even though I sent screen shots. After I declined the offer to come back the next week because I'd be traveling, they stopped communication altogether. I'm finding more and more uncleaned things as time goes on, and calling cleaning floors only a "deep clean" is outrageous. Total waste of $200.

Micky Brafford and his Dream Builders crew did an amazing job for us in building a Mother-in-law…read moreaddition to our house. They were extremely patient and understanding with us throughout the building and changes process - more so than most builders would have been. They were persistent in helping us obtain the matching brick for the addition (no small feat as it turned out). They were superb in managing the construction timeline and the subcontractors they used were top-notch pros. Their recommendations and advice on what could or should be done was solid. They had to perform a couple of "hacks" to make a custom door for an unplanned storage area - their experience and expertise came through as the finished access looks like it was supposed to be there. The fit, finish and appearance of the addition is nothing short of fantastic. We also had Dream Builders re-roof and re-side the entire house. Not only does the whole house look new but the way the addition is attached to the house (exterior) and the way it transitions from the hallway to the new room (interior) is smooth with unbroken lines. If you never saw the house before you wouldn't know this was added on to the home later. A lot of builders are busy these days. I am confident Dream Builders is busy because they are the best in this area. If you are thinking about building, we would advise you to contact Micky Brafford immediately. We have had working experience with 6 builders in 2 states over almost 30 years. Dream Builders has been, hands-down, the best experience and Dream Builders has delivered the best results.

Can not say the same for our insurance adjusters but that's a different review. :-) Tim kept in contact with us over the two month period (the wait was due to the insurance company, not RR). He spoke to the insurance company multiple times to try to help us move the process along and even met with the adjuster at our house in case they had questions. When we received the estimate from our insurance company saying what they would cover, Tim caught that they did not include shingles on the estimate, making it appear our out of pocket was going to be MUCH higher than what we thought. He saved us SO much money-we are highly satisfied with Tim! When we finally got everything in order, we let Tim know and he had the crew at our house the NEXT day! The guys were very friendly, fast and did a great job on our roof. Highly recommend Tim and Rapid Roofing.
