Repaired walls,…read moreposts, doorways, and doors, painted walls, installed new lighting, fixed cracks, tiled the kitchen floor and walls, installed appliances, installed and moved outlets, changed door knobs and hinges, and on and on. He is meticulous in his work (also meaning he doesn't rush a job) and won't skimp on a job even if he puts in twice the time he estimated just to make sure that it's perfect. Brian previously worked as a window installer and can actually build a whole building if you need him to. He was open to every job we threw at him except carpet installation (best to leave that to the guys who do it everyday and work for the carpet company) and wood floor refinishing (you need specific, expensive equipment to do this job that he doesn't own). We're hiring Brian to do all the work to renovate the house we're moving into, also, including building an entertainment center for us and a fence and shed out back. And he's really nice and laid back. I strongly recommend Brian Reynolds!

James at Mavericks Remodeling was recommended to help me when my house went through an insurance…read moredisaster. He stepped in and dealt with the mold and leak situation then stayed committed to the project to fully get the house back to living condition. He is fully trained in mold and it's remediation. He had to take over my project and fix what contractors before him did wrong. So James found the reason for the mold, remediated the house and put the house back together. We had to gut my house and Janes was able to handle the whole project. I trust James with knowing the full details of mold and water damage. I waited on him to be free to work on my house because I didn't trust any other mold tech in southern half of the state. He went above and beyond to fix the house. Plus he is stays to the end of his commitment. I have had several bad contractors on my project before James came on the job. James was able to fix their mistakes. James is a trust worthy contractor. They are hard to find anymore. He is a good one don't hesitate to use him!

The installation did happen a few weeks later than we originally thought it would, but that was likely due to a miscommunication, and does not change our opinion that Tommy D's is first rate. Chris and Bill arrived this morning, on time, in the snow and did a fantastic job installing six new high efficiency windows on our front porch. Watching these guys work, you can see that they are knowledgeable and care about the workmanship that they put into the job. The final result is beautiful. They also took the time to show us how to use the hinges on the windows so that you can clean the outside of the window from inside the house. Terrific work, friendly and skilled workmen, a beautiful high efficiency product. AND a local company. Very happy we chose Tommy D's.
