New siding was also installed on this job, very shoddy work was done by non qualified installers.They came back twice to try and correct mistakes made but did not fix the issues to my satisfaction. One other issue was materials were left behind in a disaryed mess on driveway and yard that I had to clean up. Contractor came back later wanting leftover materials that were paid for by my insurance company.

Poor planning, lack of communication, unfriendly project manager, and an insulting discount to "make it right." The rest of the staff was nice but overall the shower is beautiful but what a headache to get to this point. Don't let all the good reviews fool you! We talked to several people while our shower remodel was going on and they all cringed when they heard we were using Pritchett. We wish we were forewarned and went with someone else. We won't be using Pritchett again.

This was / is an insurance job and I am left to pick up the pieces. I have gone over 6 months without a living room. I have had no communication or cooperation with Pritchett brothers. I commented on an advertisement they had on their Facebook page about storm damage and how they could fix you up quick .. my comment was removed and I am no longer able to comment on any of their posts. I feel cheated and this situation has caused me lots of stress. I am contemplating hiring an attorney to get to the bottom of it all !!

They do what they tell you they will and when say they say they will and even add in extras our hot water heater was leaking my husband got hurt at work and has bad wrists and couldnt fix it he mentioned it to Amos & Andy and next day they had fixed it for him never charged him anything and we never even asked them too. They are professional beyond belief and would recommend them to anyone family or friends and if they can't do it they will help you find someone who can. The insulation installers even stayed late and did some extra work helping us seal up an opening access to the roof that wasn't of any use! We shopped around and the office gave us a quote that was very reasonable! Nico came out to measure and took the time to show me the state minimum thickness of insulation, and their company standard was actually thicker!
