Poor planning, lack of communication, unfriendly project manager, and an insulting discount to "make it right." The rest of the staff was nice but overall the shower is beautiful but what a headache to get to this point. Don't let all the good reviews fool you! We talked to several people while our shower remodel was going on and they all cringed when they heard we were using Pritchett. We wish we were forewarned and went with someone else. We won't be using Pritchett again.

This was / is an insurance job and I am left to pick up the pieces. I have gone over 6 months without a living room. I have had no communication or cooperation with Pritchett brothers. I commented on an advertisement they had on their Facebook page about storm damage and how they could fix you up quick .. my comment was removed and I am no longer able to comment on any of their posts. I feel cheated and this situation has caused me lots of stress. I am contemplating hiring an attorney to get to the bottom of it all !!

New siding was also installed on this job, very shoddy work was done by non qualified installers.They came back twice to try and correct mistakes made but did not fix the issues to my satisfaction. One other issue was materials were left behind in a disaryed mess on driveway and yard that I had to clean up. Contractor came back later wanting leftover materials that were paid for by my insurance company.

Now if you are like me you have dealt with contractors that haven't shown up, won't call you back or just weren't very professional. Marty, the owner, is one of the rare breeds of contractors that does what he says he is going to do when he says he is going to do it. That's rare these days unfortunately. The landscaping he did for me turned out amazing and I couldn't have been more pleased. The tree job he did today, in my opinion was a tricky tree. I had a dead tree very close to the garage and he took it down like a surgeon....amazing to watch and his clean up team did such a good job it's as if it was never there. Can't recommend Marty and his team high enough. Very professional, polite and a pleasure to do business with.

They came in and expertly cleaned up the entire mess. There was a slight problem when a cut section of tree got into the building. The crew that did the job were awesome. They were quick, tidy, and POLITE. Our roof was over 30 years old & definitely needed replacing. They removed the old roof, put up the new roof on our home, our shed, and even our dog house! In one day! We are thrilled with the result! Would highly recommend. My husband ran into one of the owners of AMI yesterday, and he told my husband that their roofing crew have been with them for years, and they are "like family". To me, that is the most important thing- and now I'm 110% positive we made the right decision to go with AMI.
