New siding was also installed on this job, very shoddy work was done by non qualified installers. They came back twice to try and correct mistakes made but did not fix the issues to my satisfaction. One other issue was materials were left behind in a disaryed mess on driveway and yard that I had to clean up. Contractor came back later wanting leftover materials that were paid for by my insurance company.

Michael Napper, owner/operator of NapperCraft Home Improvement, is the absolute best! He's been…read moreworking for me for almost 20 years (when the need arises), and I will never hire anyone else to work on my/my family member's homes! I'm so happy that Michael has decided to *officially* branch out on his own, because I have projects I've been putting off until he became available, lol. From small jobs like fixing a door casing, to large home remodels, he's incredibly skilled at anything you throw at him! If he doesn't know how to do something, he will tell you, but will also do the research to figure out how to do it correctly (a sign of true integrity, in my opinion!). I've referred Michael to so many people over the years, most importantly several members of my own family. Everyone I've ever referred him to has had nothing but great things to say about him/his work! If you want a reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, professional, personable handyman/carpenter/etc., you've found your guy! It definitely helps that Michael is also a true artist...his woodworking skills (self-taught), are incredible! He generally just has a great eye for how to do things and make them look amazing...even if you don't have that artistic eye, yourself. I'd highly recommend giving Michael a call ASAP to set up an estimate! I have no doubt that he will become increasingly busy once people realize how terrific his work is. I know that I have a LONG list of projects, and am just waiting for him to have time to come to my area to get everything started! Thanks for all of your hard work over the years, Michael! ~Emily Rodda

Let me give the best review ever for Jeff Arthur and his professional team -…read moreWhile I actually never met him .. I hired him remotely (from California) for my mother's drive way in Indiana. I chose him because he was great with quote/ follow up/and price was very reasonable for project. It was a long old gravel road and it updated the look of the farm to look like a million bucks - (I will post photos) The reason he gets highest praise is my mother is beyond difficult to please and extremely particular about if he would do "straight lines" / her "surrounding plants/grass" "would it be thick enough/wide enough" .. and all the other questions 57 questions she asked me - He passed with flying colors- CALL this guy for your paving needs -
