Their website offered free quotes, and I had questioned that over the phone. They were quick to send someone out to assess the situation. Upon arrival, the job seemed harder then expected too quote, so I was told they would gather the correct personnel and be back out to the site. Upon second arrival, they had assessed the area for roughly an hour. Gave me my options of either trying to find the leak, or just replace the entire line. I asked for a quote for both options. A few days passed and I received a detailed quote of what I had asked for. Its been a few years now but i believe we were quoted $120 an hour for labor.I agreed we would just replace the entire line, rather then go through the hassle of trying to find the leak. I was not home the day they had broken ground. Upon breaking ground at 9am. They found the leak immediately, rather then letting me know they patched the leak and cleaned the area and left. I received a call around 11am saying the job was finished. I was surprised, they said they just went ahead and patched the line which we didn't agree too, however I was glad the job was finished. Until we got the bill of over $800. The bill was not itemized and had a very quick due date. We don't let bills go unpaid, so we mailed a check when we got it. I did the math of the 2 hours at the labor rate they quoted us. And couldn't figure out how it was that high of a bill. At that pricing I would have rather had the line replaced as we talked about just to be on the safe side. After paying the bill, I emailed the guy who got me the quote was generous enough to give me an itemized bill. There I saw where we had paid for the quote and the time it took to send the guys out. Their quote was not even close to what we were charged. I wrote back confused, and got a response that was less then sub par. Somewhat along the lines of " we are a Christian company, we've been in business for over x amount of years. We value our customers." That was the last I ever heard from them. Just wanted to post this. I will say they did do good work, just didn't stay true to their quote and didn't communicate as I expected them to do. This was also a project done 2 years ago.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Worst customer service in my life. We hired them for master bathroom…read morerenovation. They sent a guy who spoke little English who said he could demo the bathroom in half a day. He proceeded to cut two water lines and LEAVE 20 min later without telling me (I was in the house). I called Riverway, they said he was overwhelmed and can't do the job and they can send someone else Tuesday. (This was Friday). I needed our water main back on, the girl on phone said she can send someone OR my crew can turn it back on "either way". My crew turned it on. Hours later I get home and realize my basement is flooded and ceiling busted through under the shower. Riverway owner was horrible on the phone to me!! "Your crew turned the main back on so legally I don't have to pay for this!" Terrible tone and attitude to me so my husband then took over. Riverway refused to pay for the service master cleanup/fans and has now ghosted us! All over $3,000 worth of repairs. I've texted owner multiple times and he will not respond so we have to pay for it ourselves. I'm telling everyone I know to never ever ever use Riverway!!!!

Around 4:30 we contacted them only to find out they got held up on another job and someone will be here on Wednesday between 9am and 11am. After setting there all day the day before the second TECH shows up on time, walks in and askes the problem. Our unit needs three things but the main one is the blower will not restart unless I am there to spin it and get it going. He looks at the heater, takes a picture of the door with the make and serial number on it and says I will have to check on parts and get back with you. That was 2 WEEKS AND THREE DAYS AGO! To this day I still haven't heard back from them, and my blower runs 24 hours a day because if it goes off there will be no heat. The other parts I would have been fine waiting on but how hard is it to come up with a blower, really? Thats the business they are in. Maybe it wasn't a big enough job to waste their time. I do not recommend them.

This morning I walked into the kitchen and discovered that water was leaking from under the kitchen…read moresink. Within two hours Commercial Service had a plumber at our house. He discovered two sources of the leaking water, fixed one immediately and restored water supply to the rest of our house. He recommended a new kitchen faucet to replace ours, which was part of the problem, checked local availability and I was able to pick it up on my way home from a medical appointment. Soon after I got home, another Commercial Service plumber arrived, installed the faucet and double checked to make sure that the dishwasher wasn't part of the problem. Before the second plumber arrived, the first plumber had contacted a mitigation company and they sent a rep to evaluate the situation. By the middle of the afternoon they began the work of drying out the areas that had been affected by the leak. The scheduler at Commercial Service was very kind and did all he could to orchestrate this much appreciated help. We are very satisfied and very grateful!

The part was ordered and installed. The issue (pilot light would not stay lit) began to reoccur. When the issue reoccurred for the third time I called another company and they came to the center. It was NEVER a thermocouple issue. Today I received a bill for a trip that they stated on the phone that they would NOT charge us for. Paying this bill today will not have cost me $1,050.00 for something they NEVER fixed. I will never use this company again. Very very disappointed.

I contacted them while purchasing a home, with an existing professional inspection report identifying the plumbing problems. I wanted a repair estimate based on those findings, not another diagnostic visit, but was quoted $89. The company should clarify whether its free estimates exclude paid diagnostic visits and whether it will provide repair pricing from an existing inspection report without an additional fee.
