Granted lines were long with the post Christmas shopping. However, they didn't have a way of managing it and it ended up with a whole lot of really frustrated customers. I knew what I wanted when I walked into the store. I picked up a pair of pants and walked up to the register. I was third in line. There were two registers going. There was a longer line at the other register; I picked the shorter one. By the time they finished the person at the front of my line, they were probably 10 people behind me and an equal number at the other register. What did the cashier do when it's my turn? She calls for the person in the other line. That person then told me that there was only one line when she got in line. What?! We had all been standing there for at least 20 minutes. If there was only one line, they were 20 people who were never told that by anybody. This is not OK. I know a bunch of us, myself included, walked out of the store. It's no way to treat guests.

Are you gonna bring the other shoes up and I said I'm still deciding she did this more than once may be very uncomfortable given the fact that I love Ross Ross is one of my favorite stores to shop at and you're gonna make the comment more than once made me feel like I was stealing very uncomfortable. My family and I decided against shoes that day since we couldn't find any of that work and didn't like feeling like criminals I did bring up the shoes that I did not end up getting. I know how it works. If you decide not to get the shoes you bring them back up there and they put sensors on them but the fact that more than once this employee made the comment, maybe feel extremely uncomfortable. I would never steal from a store and the fact that she was asking me more than once just made it very uncomfortable I hope who's ever in charge will talk to this lady about how she needs to approach people not ask more than once.
