The Pros: I actually found a large selection of items the day I was in, from housewares and rugs, to doggie toys and clothing. I even found a cool end table that was super unique. The Cons: On a busy Saturday afternoon in February they only had 2-3 cashiers working and a line that wound around 3 times and overflowed into the women's clothing. It took 20-30 minutes to get through the line. The cashier that was checking me out was awful, she had my bag sitting on the floor and kept throwing my items into it. She was rude and unfriendly. If they are making that much revenue on a Saturday to have at least 30 people waiting to check out, you'd think they could hire one more cashier. Terrible customer service. read more

This store is infuriating. They're either following you all over the store (as if I'm gonna shoplift from Ross? Don't be ridiculous) or there is a clearly stuck line and employees won't lift a finger to speed up the checkout process. Plus the prices aren't much lower than retail, and are sometimes higher than retail stores. It defeats the point to be this inflated with returns and seconds. read more

This location is ridiculous, either they have incompetent manager who can't do scheduling or this store does not care about making profit . Who schedules 1 cashier to work on a Saturday afternoon ? This Ross has more people standing around or pretending to be busy by touching the hangers then helping with sales. Worst location ever , would not recommend read more

Went there on 03/21/2018 at 7:30pm. They had one lady cashiering and the line was huge, I couldn't believe it!! The women that work here are not friendly at, all very rude. The store is always a mess it's like the workers don't care of clothes just pile up on the clothes racks. The only good thing good I can say about this store is they have some good buys in the men's section. Shirts, shoes, hats. read more

It's either a hit or miss on items. Most of the time, they don't have a wide selection on jeans, shoes, nor kids stuff. Toys are always opened or the box they come in is damaged... who would ever gift someone a ripped box? There's always long lines, though... Meh, I come to this location when I really have to. read more

A cashier seems to dislike her job. My teens decided to go to Ross to buy clothes for their school, and they filled the cart; we were waiting in line to pay like everyone else, and when the cashier finished with the customer in front of us, I was expecting her to call us, but I noticed that she saw our cart and apparently she did not like it and started to clean the counter, it took several minutes but since I was talking to my children, I didn't care until one of my kids told me, "Mom, Mom, come over to the cashier" I thought she had called us, but because I wasn't paying attention, I hadn't heard her; Then I went ahead to her, and as soon as we started to put things over the counter, she very curtly told us that she was not ready for us. I replied, "Oh, I'm sorry, my son thought we could pass," and she repeated to me with a bad attitude that she was not ready and we had to go back in the line until she calls us; so we went back to the line! and in a few seconds later she called us! Then she asked me "Everything was fine!!" to which I replied that everything was fine, except for her bad attitude! "and then with a worse attitude she said "can you remove the hangers from the clothes so we can finish quickly? I replied, "NO! I'm not in a hurry, and you are being paid for that work; I am the customer who is paying for the items! Also, because of her attitude, she did not deserve that I bother to help her! I feel bad saying that; I'm not that person. I always help is the grocery stores to put my items in bags. But this woman really upset me! Immediately she made an announcement saying to the customers that to make the lines faster, they need to remove the hanger from the clothes and there were racks to leave the hangers. Apparently, around the area where we need to line up to pay is a sign that says that, but neither my children nor I noticed; I am very sure that many others not have seen that sign, So if the owner is reading this review: Ensure that the store demands are very obvious so all customers know them and decide whether to go to another place where they give us our value as customers or stays to receive worse treatment than an employee that even though it is an outlet store you are making business with my money. read more

This Ross is pretty picked over. And those types of Ross' tend to be the worst kind of Ross'. Too many people inside battling for the same things with no intention of searching for stuff in anything other than a jungle fashion. The staff is average. They aren't going to go above and beyond the call of duty. The store is not very clean. The parking lot outside has a lot of parking though so you won't have to worry about not finding a space. And Big Lots is next door if you need any general items. All in all, I probably won't return to this store unless I'm desperate and feel like mingling where the Wild Things roam. read more

I was desperately searching for an adapter I needed and Ross did not have it. Feeling defeated, a woman (she was security or something) went online and helped me locate a place that had the adapter I desperately needed. THANK YOU, Ross. Did not expect service like this. A+. read more

When you buy from a cheap crap store, expect to get just that = CRAP. We purchased a hard cover suitcase from a sister store in LA, took the suitcase on a total of 2 trips and the wheel broke off (in our possession, by just standing it up, not the airlines fault). A wheel should not juts fall off when you stand up a packed suitcase, yet the store is not allowing a return for a faulty item. CRAP STORE = CRAP ITEMS read more

Love the store BUT the staff are trashy. The gals cashing people out don't have good customer service.. they are to busy talking to the security guy and texting on their phones then Acknowlege the customers. Word of advice the gal with the Piercings on her face with dark black dirty hair should NOT be up front. Poor attitude along with the other gal.... Again like the store just not this crew. Please Train your team on great customer service. Come in the day!! Not between 6pm-8pm like they say when the cats away the mice will play.. need adults in the store! read more

This is a basic Ross, which is to say that if you hit it right, you might find some good deals on good stuff. Otherwise, it's your typical bargain-basement hunting expedition. The parking lot is a particularly awful brand of hellacious. There is a Big Lots next door, though, which makes it easy to blend your budget-crazed shopping spree into one stop. read more

I like this Ross best because it has a large assortment of items. Others just aren't as big. I rarely leave empty handed.

This Ross is worse then a thrift store. Never anything here. I spent 50$ on sheets that were over a thousand thread count. I don't think so, all balled up and falling apart already. Keep in mind, Ross buys defective things to resell. Good place for picture frames and candles. I probably won't be back. I've tried this place several times and always end up disappointed. Mostly junk here....and bad shoes. Store very picked over, rude staff and messy store. No thanks. read more

I found my self disappointed with the lack of selection and merchandise at this location. It felt to me like it was a newly opened store just waiting for the product to be stocked. I don't see myself returning to this location for this reason. read more

Have been to this store a few times; like to buy my purses here, but not such a good selection. The shoe selection is not so good and is always a mess. Went in last week (11/11/14) to look for a coat since it's been snowy and cold. A hurricane must have just whipped through since the majority of coats/jackets were on the floor or thrown on top of the racks. Since I didn't want to deal with the mess, I made my way over to the shoe section ... bad call. The majority of boots and shoes were on the floor; you couldn't even walk down the aisles. According to one cashier, "We're short of help." Is that really an excuse Ross? Especially when you have 2 cashiers and no one in line. Not a good experience. read more

My mom and i went last night around 9p, rudest staff I have encountered in a long time, especially the young cashier. I sure won't be coming back. Several mothers let their kids play soccer in the isles, and run around yelling and screaming. The entire visit was painful! read more
