First of all, I feel sorry for the story the ladies who's working the register. 3 of them with a huge line going all the way back to about half way to the middle of the store. So kudos ladies for keeping up and not stressing. Now, with that said, the store itself looks like after a major key event (aka, it's trashed). Understandably, it does happened but it does look like it has been neglected for a while (which comes safety concerns when items are left on the floors and you will get customers who don't pay attention to their surroundings. Was in the neighborhood. Cant recall how many times I happened to be "shopping" in this area. As of yesterday, this ROSS store seems like as if it was strike by lightning or a tornado just tossed the area to shambles. At least I managed to get something that I need. There are better ROSS stores in Denver metro area if you want to find something at a bargain price. I guess its all depends on the manager on duty, the location on where the ROSS is located that will determine my shopping experience needs for bargain stuffs. Oh well. *sigh* read more

I love Ross, but this is one of my least favorite stores for several reasons. The biggest being the terrible customer service. There have been several time when I've seen 4 workers standing behind the registers, including the managers, yet only one person will be checking people out while the others stand around. I never see anyone walking through the store helping customers or picking up. The store is always a mess, with clothes and random items on the floor or not where they're supposed to be. I went to the ross which is on 104th and i 25th, there are very good clothes but there is a lady whose name is Christina and I asked her if she could help me and she was very sarcastic and unprofessional it was disrespectful because I was kind with her and she was the opposite. read more

Use to love shopping here but due to high shoplifting apparently they have these specific tags on the clothes now, all great except they leave a rather large puncture hole in anything you would purchase. As a consumer I find this disturbing that if you want anything more than $10.00 here you will leave with it damaged and not compensated for said damages. Wont be shopping here anymore. read more

What a pit! I walked in to get some cheap blow-dry serum and was greeted by filthy floors, carts, clothes and other items flung everywhere, children screaming from all directions and a checkout line that wound back and forth five times. Found four pairs of brand jeans for the price of one full price pair. Shoes were a little sparse on popular sizes, and I needed fall / winter business casual. This store is the dirtiest, most unorganized Ross I personally have been to. Dressing rooms are filthy! You get your own clothes dirty plus the new ones you are trying on dirty due the floor appearing as if they only clean it once a year at best. They need to have some serious customer service training as the cashiers and management just don't seem to care. read more

Ross on 104th Avenue needs to address a very rude hostess at entrance (May 5th at 7:00pm). After waiting at an empty return station for 15 minutes, asked hostess at entrance if the station would be staffed. She said to wait. After another 20 minutes, and a long customer line to the regular cashiers, asked her again if the station marked returns would be filled. She rudely and loudly said "be patient, be patient, just be patient!...If you can't be patient, just leave the store!" We were introducing our visiting family to the Ross store, and were mortified by the unseemly response from a Ross store customer greeter. After another wait, and stilll nobody at returns, we then made our way to a regular cashier, who attended us with courtesy, and seeming regret for the way we had been treated by the customer greeter. As regular Ross customers we know this was not typical Ross staff behavior, but hope management will address the issue. Wrong person for a position which should be helpful and respectful of customers. read more

Went to this Ross since we came to Denver to go to Cinzetties. I love Ross here in Cheyenne. But this one really was awful. There was merchandise all over the floor. Shelves were in complete disorder. Clothes on the floor under all the racks. Abandoned carts blocking aisles. With all this mess going on I saw a manager making sure the line things up to the registers were straight. I've seen Goodwill's cleaner than this store. read more

I will NEVER EVER shop at this Ross at the Northglenn Marketplace again!! Went there with my Mom and 5 year old daughter who had to hold open the door because they didn't have an automatic push button. (My Mom is in a transport chair) Well there was a huge hump and I couldn't get moms chair over it. So I turned the chair around and tried going in backwards, well that didn't work either. Mom had to stand up, almost fell and grabbed the door to pull herself up. Meanwhile, 2 very strong looking capable men who were employees (one a loss prevention officer) were standing right at the entrance watching the entire thing then had the nerve to say "hi how ya doin" after we finally managed to get in. Needless to say we let them know we would not be spending money at their store and left. I was sooo mad!!!! read more

Out of all honesty, if you come in the morning as soon as the doors open the store is so beautiful, now if you were to come later the afternoon let's say about 12/1 p.m. of course the store is gonna be messy, this ross is the 2nd popular ross in the state of colorado. Also as for children screaming that is not ross' fault that's the parents for not teaching there children right. I've always got amazing customer service, found what I needed, and also what is so nice about this store is the line, it may be super duper long but hey you'll be standing the max in line for like 8 minutes it's no biggy. I give this store 5 stars because the sales associates bust their asses and it's not there fault that when someone drops a pair of shoes they're not right there so catch them before they hit the ground. People need to have a little bit more consideration about this store. Just like I said it's number 2 in colorado, give them a break. read more

Wednesday July 2, 2014 I went to the store located on 104th by Melody Drive in Northglenn, CO. I parked in front of the store. I was worried my car would not start as it had been parked several weeks while on vacation. I attempted to start it without luck. The battery was dead. I entered the store and asked the security guard if I could call my wife and have her pick me up. I was told it was not store policy to let people use the phone and besides they had NO OUTSIDE LINES. There was a 7/11 right around the corner. I waived and left. I am a 66 year old disabled veteran with same license plates who has a hard time walking. It appears customer service is lacking at least at this store. I will never shop there again. read more

I have came in here and spent a lot of money on clothes through out my pregnancy. But this morning my fiance and I went there so I could get a top for my baby shower. We walked in and went straight to the maternity section, where a lady was actually working, and straight to the counter and got accused of stealing a watch. I was told with being pregnant you get profiled but profile me all you want I would never steal a $5 watch from your store or anything for that matter. I won't ever be back to that store. read more

From its opening many years ago this store has been a dilapidated dirty mess with items scattered and stacked and dumped all over the store along with a serious lack of professional employees. I was in it once many years ago and made the vow never to shop there again. I lived up to that vow until this past Christmas when I needed a very last minute gift for a family member, specifically socks for my son on law. It was late in the afternoon Christmas Eve so I stopped in again as this store is very convenient to my home and I decided to give it a try once again. The search for the socks was surprisingly successful and as I walked down an aisle of clothes to the register I noticed a very nice looking top on the rack in my size. With the lateness of the hour and the huge crowd milling around I decided to just forgo trying it on and purchased it thinking I could always return it if it did not fit. As it turned out it did not fit so I put it back in the bag making sure the receipt was there also. As always the holidays were busy and to add to delays getting back to the store there was the responsibility of taking care of my husband who was recovering from surgery along with my own illness with a cold so I did not get back to the store until today where I was told I only had until January 24th to return this item and receive my money back. This was garment which was not a specific Christmas item. I respectfully asked if they could just return my money since this is not a usual shopping spot for me and therefore a store credit was not useful to me. But no dice. A store credit or keep the top which I couldn't use/didn't want. In the future I will continue with my ban of this terrible store and shop in more sophisticated establishments like hmmmm-lets see - Target and Kohls! read more
