We bought a beautiful light from a local store who handles their products and it had installation issues because of high technology that proved beyond the capabilities of our local supplier or of electrical companies they consulted... long story short, Finesse sent advice and parts repeatedly and after locals couldn't grasp it, Finesse sent a VERY EXPERIENCED and excellent serviceman from Miami to our home on North Hutchinson Island, about a three hour drive, to make it right. We couldn't have been cared for any more graciously had we been actual royalty. As retirees from multiple professional careers with wide contacts and experiences, my husband and I agree that Finesse faced their service in a fashion we thought literally unimaginable. We have so much respect for the values reflected in our care that it's hard to say enough... maybe, Thank you Tammy will cover it- do business with stellar quality owners. The interior cordons off the wallpaper book "library" to the back where staff help consult shoppers like me looking for inspiration. But each time I've been there, it usually takes *several* minutes for someone to help and the staff have been more helpful than not, however English language skills are a lacking for some staff. This was less an attitude problem than a language thing. Anyway, I'm giving this a three star rating which might seem harsh, but that's exactly what I think makes sense: One Of A Kind stocks lots of wallpaper and interior textiles, with books available for research and product available for order, but it's not above-and-beyond.
