If I'm not in town, they ship pieces to me wherever I am. The level of service and attention they give their clients is exceptional. They had small low tables spread out with assorted clothing and accessories with a fitting room in the back. The sole store employee assisted my wife and was very friendly and professional. I did notice that there was not a business name on the front of the store. The employee was chatty and explained that the owners are in the process of changing the name of the store to an undisclosed name - well oddly she did not reveal the new name even after a lengthy discussion - maybe she was under a gag order, not really sure - maybe a big reveal date. I put a dress on hold to pick up later during a sale they had and called to confirm that i would pick it up before driving there, and all was ok. When my bf got to the store to pick up the dress after we confirmed that the dress was on hold still, the manager didnt want to honor the sale after we previously confirmed over the phone. It was a total waste of time , and seriously it wasnt even about the money at that point , it was about the waste of time and the fact that the employees dont even know what they are saying, they contradict themselves deceiving the customer big time. Never buying again from them they lost an excellent client.
