However, it put a bad taste in my mouth when they only had 2 registers open and their was a line of people waiting to get checked out. We waited over 10 minutes to get to the front of the line. This location also has two exits; an elderly couple wanted to get checked out on the other side of the store where the exit was, but the staff told them they needed to go to the other side of the store to get checked out, even though they had a register on this side but nobody to staff it. When I used to work retail we would go out of our way to help customers that were elderly because it was not a short walk. To see At Home not even care and have the minimum amount of staff working at the location was really disappointing. With Home Goods and other retail stores being in the area, I'll likely not be back.

I have never dealt with a store that knows so little about their own merchandise and gives an attitude when you have basic question. It's laughable actually, as they act surprised that you expect them to know something about what they sell.
