I have always been a die-hard Walmart fan, but this Target may have me switching teams. Compared to the local Walmarts in the area (the one on 41 and Immokalee being the most depressing), this Target is bright, modern, and flawlessly immaculate everywhere I look. The market area has fresh fruit and vegetables for days along with an impressive charcuterie, deli, and in-house prepared dessert offerings. Walmart may have a wider seafood selection, but I'll gladly give up my stuffed clams for a more pleasant shopping experience. The grocery area is vast and has everything one might need but, oddly, lacks anchovies- or maybe I just couldn't find them... Great pet food department and fun holiday department in the back if you have a second to breeze through. I have yet to explore the Men's clothing department- possibly programmed to avoid after Walmart's? The home decor department is very nice but not nearly as fun as treasure hunting in Homegoods! Sadly, I had to deduct one star because there is no garden center- a crucial element to a five star shopping experience- I mean, what shopping trip is complete without ducking into the garden center and finding an awesomely priced plant to add to your garden? I would like to give a huge shoutout to cashier, SHELLY. She was an absolute delight and made my shopping experience one to treasure and, hopefully to repeat, week after week. Thanks, Shelly! If I didn't live right here and it wasn't conveniently located at walking distance from my house, I would never visit this store. Items are out of stock more often than not or expired. Ok maybe as of January 2023 there is some sort of shortage and I can blame it in that. However, I have never gone to a supermarket with so much expired merchandise. One time they had on the shelves milk well past beyond the sell by date , for days. I'm giving it two stars for the location , which is convenient, other than that it's a one. Target/CVS at Coconut Point Mall in Estero, FL is awful. Twenty plus cash register and if you are lucky maybe two maned. The expectation is to go through self check out where the lines are long. CVS in this Target is awful. Never the same people working the counter. Does not open on time. No personal care of customers. Yesterday December 1, 2022 my husband argued with the employee regarding is insulin. He did not receive the same number of injectors as he did pens therefore unable to take his medicine. The pharmacist said he could not give out injectors regardless of numbers. Finally he was able to get through to this employee that he was depriving a patient of a medicine needed to survive. If the argument was not enough, my husband trip and falls in Target. He has a busted lip and possibly a broken nose. NO ONE helped him. Not customers or employees who saw him fall. read more

Just bought a new car. When I came back from my shopping, I noticed employee with carts too close to my car for comfort. When I got home I noticed damage to the front grill of my car. Got estimate for 2500.00. Contacted Target Security requesting to see video of their parking lot as I referenced to seeing employee with carts super close to my vehicle. Target Security stated that a court order by a judge was required for me to have video reviewed by police. I thought Target would have assisted. Instead, they resisted. Love this Target! Selection is amazing, and the staff is super friendly. They have a Starbucks in the Target, like most, but there are 2 others in the mall if you forget to stop there. This review is for the Starbucks. It was very painful watching my drink being made and the entire interaction. The girl who took my order was wonderful. The young man who made the drink I have a complaint about. While ordering I noticed several times he kept touching his face, specifically his nose. I said nothing because I was shocked and unfortunately not surprised. I ordered a Venti PMF crème based. The girl forgot the F so he started making a PM but to my shock he couldn't even do that right. I let it play out hoping she would correct him. He pumped the syrups and filled the cup with milk and ice. I let him know I ordered a Frappuccino and he dumped the contents into the blender and added the base but all of the #s of pumps were wrong. For Frappuccino's it's less pumps than lattes. So it was made poorly/unhygienic. For a drink that's 7.30$ I would not come back. I love a Super Target. We only have one up in Nashville and it's technically not even in Nashville. I had to run to the Apple Store here in Coconut Point & we decided to stop in Target and look around. The store is huge. You knew that though because it's a Super Target. They've got more of a grocery section than a normal Target. This includes a full service deli & bakery. I'm a clearance hunter, & I didn't notice too many clearance items marked above 30% off. Oh well. You cannot win them all. Unlike the Targets back in Tennessee, you're about to buy wine here. Ugh. I wish I could do that back home. We didn't stay but about ten minutes. We didn't buy anything because we'd already shopped around. After shopping here recently, somehow a bag got left behind. I didn't notice it right away as I didn't get around to unpacking these bags until a little bit later. Call the store and reported the missing bag. Although they couldn't find it at the store, they told me to come back in with my receipt and they'd get me the things previously left behind. The customer service were nice, helpful, and left me feeling very thankful they were able to address my concern. I'm 100% happy with them. This store has always been clean and well organized every time I've gone into it. I've never found anything I was shopping for out-of-stock, and all my interactions with cashiers and others have always been polite and positive. read more

I like to put target in the same category as Publix all targets are the same there is no target that is better than the other or no target that is worse than the other. The stores are always very clean and very neat and there is always an associate insight to help you find what you are looking for. I love how they have these buzzers that you can press whenever you need help and there is no associate around once you press the button the associate will know which all you are on and they will help you with whatever you need. Target is pricey more pricier then Walmart and Publix but you get the most bang for your buck and whatever item you get is guaranteed to last longer. I've never had a bad experience in target I've never had an associate be rude to me or anything like that everyone is always the same no matter which target are you going to no matter where the location is target will always be the same and that's what I love. read more

This Target seemed larger than the ones I'm accustomed to when I walked in. Kudos to Best Buy for being closed otherwise I never would've visited. I'm sure they'd be just fine regardless but opening at 8AM rather than 10AM helps business tremendously. Also really love Target because despite the different location I still knew my way around. Electronics in the back, tools over there on the right, Starbucks is bound to be to the left of the entrance. Take the side route to the back because toys are in the middle and no one's trying to spill coffee on an innocent toddler. Got what I needed and was in and out in 10 minutes, even with the two employees in electronics talking about how hungover they were from the night before. For the record, sorry to disturb your conversation but I had to make my hourly too and I can't just walk out with a Roku, it had that security thing on it! Not a bad thing to say but a question. Why is there no music in any Target?! It'd really distract from wanting to mow over new moms who can't figure out where to park their carts when browsing moisturizers. I like Target. The merchandising and displays are so freaking logical. It is superb for kids' clothes. I come for the decent selection of pet supplies, along with a random need to stock the kitchen from the fresh produce section. A pizza concession is co-located here, near the front door and with its barren tables bolted to the floor. I always see someone buying fast food there, but have never tried anything myself. On the plus side, free WiFi is announced. Though the pizza people encourage you to login, they apparently don't want you to walk out - - with their tables. The floors around those funny tables have to be a pain in the butt for the staff to clean, too. Speaking of clean, do not venture into the bathrooms at this Target. Maintenance in there is entirely off the radar for management. The doors to the stalls don't close because they are either out of alignment, or announcing a sink hole. And wwww, just not clean otherwise, if you get my drift. read more

Last night ...Saturday...Now I remember why I stopped going to the specific location. Upon arriving to the store this evening, they only had two registers open and only one side of the self check out. I understand the precautions during the pandemic it makes sense. But when the lines are actually sticking out so far that they're blocking isles and people are actually waiting in some isles just to check out, there's an issue. Not to mention when they finally had a third cashier jump on, it was quite funny watching her figure out which register she wanted to go to while she ended up picking the one with the light that didn't work so people didn't know she was open. We actually had to go up to her and ask her if she was available. Her personality was nice and she was very polite. At the end though it was a bummer, I was hoping That my kiddo would get stickers like he normally does at the other locations that we go to weekly. Nothing at all. So it was time for me to grab my receipt from the cashier, we made eye contact and she acknowledged me as she watched me stand there with my wallet open waiting to grab it from her. I do not understand why people that work in this store do not get customer service. Today the 15th at 2pm in the afternoon it was the deli counter. Two people working and no customers. We approach and the lady points to the young man and says he will help you. We walk down to him and are standing directly in front of him and he totally ignores us. He was stacking deli into a refrigerator and never looked at us, never acknowledged us - it was like we were invisible. After a few minutes of us watching him work I signaled the lady again and she calls out to him to help us and he tells her to do it. Our son wanted a specific Dino zoomer for his birthday. This specific dinosaur was out of stock at most location on our area because it was 50% off with Target app and after calling several targets we finally found this store that had one left. A sales associate named Johnny took the time to locate it and hold it for 15 min while I drove to the store to pick it up.
