December 2020 Visited this specific Kohls because when I clicked "return" on my Amazon app to…read morereturn an item that was supposed to be shipped to someone else .. not me.. I found it interesting my usual UPS Store didn't come up. Rather, Kohls at Redd Rock Shopping Center was my only "free return" option. I was going to be at that side of town so I decided to click "Return at Kohls." I checked their hours and I was positively impressed to see that on Sundays they are open all the way til 11pm, it was then when I knew I had made the right choice. When arrived their parking lot was roomy. Inside Kohls was nicely decorated for the Holidays, not crazy full and clean. I headed to their front registers and they were busy, I took a moment to make eye contact with an employee and asked where costumer service was at. The employee naturally saw me with my amazon package and explained where in the store is their amazon returns kiosk. The amazon returns Kiosk is all the way in the back of the store, while walking there I was able to eye ball cute items at great discounts, when arrived at the kiosk no one was there and it is not a self serve kiosk so I had to walk all the way to the front of the store to tell an employee that I needed help, then to walk all the way to the back of the store to wait on someone when someone else was now in line. Bummer... Kohls was genius to create this kiosk and allure you in their store. Once I completed my return I was give a coupon for 25% any item in their store for the next 10 days. It all makes sense now. I cannot deny I loved what I saw in Kohls, and with their store hours I will very likely come back. Yup, yup, yup, yup!!!

I also wanted to smell the Yankee candle fragrances so yes, I do have an account with Yankee canceled where I could order online at a significant discount, but sometimes you have to smell their new fragrances in person because Well sometimes I mean like once I got one the name was intriguing, but it smelled like my dog's bathwater, you know what I'm saying so I'm a little more cautious these days. Now we have two and one of them (this one) is an outlet. This H&M is an outlet... what does that mean to you? It's messy. But everything is always on sale, always! Every time I've been here, I see how they're trying to be organized, how they're trying to group together all similar blouses and slacks and jackets and such, but it just never works out. In the women's section I'd say only the center display actually stays organized, but in my experience even that section doesn't always have the proper signage or the right prices on each item. The good news is this, the price will never be higher than the listed price, but on a good day it'll be lower. I just went yesterday, found this gorgeous coat, was expecting to pay upwards of $60 with tax and walked away only $26 lighter! That's a deal if I've ever seen one. But again, it does tend to be messy so be prepared to spend a while going through rack after rack... it's worth it though. And if I had to guess why it's so messy, it appears as though when other H&M stores should be taking certain things of the racks, it gets send here. Needless to say, great selection. I love that the clothing is great quality. I have shirts, sweaters, purses, and more that all have yet to show signs of wear even if they're a year or two old. The clothing is also true to size, meaning this is perfect for anyone that struggles to find the right size jeans or dresses or shirts because they're tall, short, skinny, or any other thing one can be. Me personally, I hop between two sizes at H&M depending on the build, but I'm always able to get what I want in the size I need. Great place to shop for the whole family. Great prices. Always having sales. Huge selection. My preference when it comes to H&Ms in El Paso.

The one they offered was $40 which I wasn't too keen on spending. The employees were friendly and since it is a small store, it was very easy for them to greet us and offer any help. It was also fun to navigate the store with their shelves of goods. Perhaps it's because I'm just not savvy enough to understand the value of certain vintage items but I would see a different priced shirts from other stores go for $40 but then this My Chemical Romance shirt for $80. I didn't even realize MCR was already vintage enough to be $80 but it is what it is. I honestly just love looking at stores that offer fun relics like this store and gave me big time nostalgia.
