This location is absolutely disgusting. Like all standards just blew right out the window.
I've been a life-long Ross shopper and never have I ever been in a location so nasty and dirty. The fitting rooms look like something straight out of Silent Hill. Doors falling apart, (what Im assumung are) pee stains on the floor, door "locks" broken, walls falling apart, probably hasn't been vaccumed since opening day. Everything was absolutely filthy. I needed a long hot shower after trying on 1 dress. The fitting rooms need to be deemed "condemned". Now on to the restrooms....I felt like I should have worn a hazmat suit upon entering. Had my toddler not needed to pee asap, I wouldn't dare enter this restroom. This restroom makes truck stops look the restrooms at the Bellagio. Piss and terds on the floor, lovely overflowing piles (yes multiple piles) of colorful bloody and poop covered napkins. Poop smears on the floor. Each stall was grossly overflowed with dirty napkins. I understand it gets busy during Christmas time, but this restroom clearly hasn't been cleaned all day. Disgusting and a health violation. The carts were BROKEN and falling apart. My son cut his hand on the push handle where all the plastic is cracked and crumbling off. Seriously??? I can't really comment on the messy clothes and disorganized placement, because come on....its Ross. But again I have been in plenty of Ross locations across the US and even then, never seen one such a disaster as this one. But they COULD at least try and be consistent with their pricing. They have the same tops listed for different prices. Have fun with the "treasure hunt"! Meanwhile next door at Marshalls, their store looks like Pier 1 compared to this Ross. Ross, I like your stores and your massive discounts on name brand clothing, but when people say they don't shop at Ross because they can't get past how dirty it is, THIS is what they're talking about. I'd rather pay an arm and a knee cap at the mall than put myself in danger like this again. Thanks. read more
