The portions are large, the Restaurant is always clean and the Staff is friendly. We always try to eat at Rosi's when we are in Scottsbluff. The food is delicious!!! My favorite is the Kung Pao Chicken. All the food is spiced nicely. Stop in and try their delicious food! You will not leave disappointed. Wish we lived closer. read more

The Owner has a terrible & unprofessional customer service approach. Been coming here for years and never once had a problem. Got food poisoning, and when I told the Owner about the issue, he did not care or acknowledge the problem, nor did he consider a solution. Instead he wanted to yell in front of many customers and make it a point and laugh saying "there's nothing he can do" to solve the situation. I came calm and relaxed in hopes the owner would be more professional and a better business owner and care for his customers and their experiences but he 100% did not have any type of sympathy or care for that. Fresh! Tasty! Friendly! So clean! I love this little gem in Scottsbluff, NE. I stayed in SB for a month and tried many Chinese restaurants in town, this is by far the most fresh and tasty food I've had! My favorites are Mongolian beef and vege spring rolls. This isn't your typical fancy Chinese cuisine. But if you're looking for some quick pretty decent Chinese food this is your place. That's not to say the food isn't full of flavor by any means. Prices are very fair and portions are large. Crab rangoons here are a favorite of mine due to the amount of cream cheese in them! Plenty of options to choose from on the menu and service has never been bad here over many years. Location is great and seating is open. Parking lot is a bit limited. read more

There are 3-4 restaurants that serve Chinese food in Scottsbluff. I would say none of them serve authentic Chinese food even some have Chinese chefs, but Rosi is the most hygienic place. Food is fast and affordable in a big portion. I highly recommended this place if you are in hurry and wish to have simple and taste good Chinese food. read more

I really really appreciate Rosi's for making any dish vegetarian. Like all Chinese restaurants in this area, the flavors are not pronounced and the fried rice is disappointing. It is just colored rice with one or two peas or carrots. But it isn't fair to remove a star for that as every single restaurant I have been to in this area that serves fried rice serves it like that. A five star here is a five star for the area. Rosi's has generous portions and they are not skimpy with the cashews in cashew tofu. Their kung pao tofu is nicely spicy. I have visited all (I think) Chinese food joints in town and Rosi's is our favorite because they are generous and flexible They have a brisk takeout business too and that is what we usually use. The inside is clean but not fancy... sort of like a spacious subway/gas station diner with formica tables. But if you are traveling through town and need a place sit for your meal it is clean. read more

Will never eat here again!!!! I ordered sweet and sour chicken for my baby and I to share. Sweet and sour chicken is the only Chinese food I'll order so I never even look at the menu. When my tray was handed to me with sweet and SPICY chicken, I nicely asked if it was sweet and sour. The man said "you didn't order that, you ordered sweet and spicy." And I explained to him I wouldn't order anything spicy for my baby so I know I ordered sweet and sour just as I always do. He continued to argue and said he knew what he heard and refused to refund me so I could just eat somewhere else. I later also realized he charged me for extra food that I also did not order and continued to blame me. Awesome place to eat. Best Chinese restaurant in town, large menu and big portions. The staff really has a passion for what they do. And it truly shows in the food. Not like a typical Asian restaurant where the staff does it just because they know it and it's easy. They want to serve and make great food and they do.
