Yummy berry torte

Happy to see this place was unchanged from my last visit a couple of years ago. One of the few options in the area for gourmet grab-and-go food. In addition to traditional Italian pizza/focaccia, they make good pastries and a fresh yogurt parfait with homemade granola. They also have fresh-squeezed orange juice. Nice environmentally-correct wooden utensils. Place has a sunny open feel to it.

Beautiful looking food, everything looks amazing. It was tough to choose only one thing from the menu! Decided upon the prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich. It was stuffed very well, the cheese to meat ration was perfect 50/50! The focaccia bread though is the real winner here. Perfectly bouncy and crisp in just the right spots. Rosemary flavor was tasted throughout. Staff was very nice and kind. Place was busy when I arrived around 3pm. Places to sit inside and outside. Would recommend this place for a quick, delish bite to eat!

Although I liked my experience, Rosetta has a lot to improve on with their food. Service was great from start to finish, we interacted with a lovely girl who took our order and then a gentleman at the register to pay for our food. We ordered two sweet croissants - nutella and pistachio. The fillings were good, but the croissants themselves were just soggy and dry. The prosciutto croissant was much better since it had been toasted, just enough to get the croissant crispy again but not enough to melt the cheese. This was hearty and tasty, but a bit more time in the toaster would be nice. My absolute favorite was the vanilla cookie. I don't actually know what type of cookie this is but it was simply amazing. A crumbly, crispy, buttery cookie sandwich with slightly sweet vanilla cream in the middle. When they say simple is better this is what they mean! I also really enjoyed my chai latte with the great spices or mixture they use. I'd love to come back on my next visit to Miami to try the other pastries and pizza!

It is one of the best bakeries in New York. I was waiting for a while for this spot to open, and they been expanding all over New York. There are many different things to choose from once you enter the bakery. Many of these are items with bread, such as a variety of focaccia, pastries, baked goods, and sandwiches. All looked good to eat, so I wanted everything but instead opted for the pepperoni focaccia. It was tasty, and the ends with the Crispy crust were extra good. Try the cannoli, or apricot croissant too and it goes perfect with a cappuccino.

We love this place always! Service is nice, the food is perfect! nothing better than a fresh prosciutto and cheese

I had the best iced matcha of my entire life here -- super creamy, perfectly balanced, and without that typical bitter aftertaste. It was insanely smooth and flavorful. The pastries were also excellent: fresh, delicate, and full of flavor. Rosetta Bakery never disappoints ,definitely a must-stop in Miami.

Now with thirteen locations and a pair of pop-ups, with more likely to come through franchising, Rosetta self-describes itself as "The Italian Bakery," a dubious claim though the location on A1A in Miami Beach is consistently busy. Located in a string of Restaurants, the rustic-chic interior completely packed at 9:00am on Sunday, it was after several minutes wait that an order was placed with difficulty thanks an odd lay-out plus a lack of labels and staff's unsteady grasp of English. Priced appropriate to the area, IE expensive, best bites come from Apple Cake that is dense and moist while the Sfogliatelle falls miles short and oddly comes from a refrigerator case that leads one to believe it is pre-made and thus texturally compromised.

Came here for some coffees and dessert. Their tiramisu was SO yummy. I was also surprised they had pizza on the menu -- it looked great. Would definitely go back for the dessert. Their location was a convenient walk from our Airbnb and the interior was cute! It was nice to be able to sit and look into the kitchen while we ate. Employees were friendly and welcoming

Had to stand in a bit of line this Christmas morning. Was it worth it? I'd say yes for the most part. It's hard to decide on just a couple items because everything looks delectable. I went with their frittata and Nutella croissant. Both were good but didn't blow my dress up. The hot matcha latte was also good but on the sweet side. I'd come back to try other goodies. Service was nice.

We were on Lincoln Road for the Sunday antique show. We asked someone in one of the stores where were the best place to go to get coffee and maybe a piece of quiche she told us about this place and we're really glad she did. We had a piece of quiche, which was very good and also a apple cake which tasted like your great grandmother used to makethe staff was lovely. She was very helpful. I couldn't make up my mind so she was telling me about all the bakery cakes and buns, which was very helpful to make a decision which is almost impossible they have tables inside and out if you're in the area I highly recommend this bakery. I heard there's a few of them all over Miami.

This little mouthwatering gem of deliciousness caught my sweet eye when leaving the Nike store! The baked assortment of options left me indecisive, so I splurged on more than we "needed". Don't worry - absolutely nothing was wasted! The place offered both inside & outside seating. And the service was quick. They offer coffee too, but I didn't try any. Next time!

We had heard a lot about this place, and this is my second visit. It's a great spot for a quick bite while heading to the beach if you are in south beach. My first visit was excellent, but during my second visit, I felt the quality had declined while the prices seemed higher. I haven't tried the other bakeries along the strip, so I'm not sure if their pricing is similar. Staff in general are polite and quick. They have outdoor and indoor seating, first come first serve. They do offer fresh orange squeezed.

It was 9pm and they had an hour before closing but again, I just wanted a single espresso so I figured it was enough time. No greeting when we walked in. Barely a word spoken as we ordered. I saw they were about to serve my espresso in a paper cup and I asked for a ceramic cup since the paper changes the flavor. They said they couldn't do that because they were closing. There was still 45 minutes to go at this point but they said they'd rather refund me the $3+ dollars for the ounce of coffee. They ended just giving in. It took less than 5mins for us to eat the 4 small tarts and me to drink the espresso. They proceeded to get an attitude and mock me on the way out. None of the employees like their jobs or people. None of them want to be there. They are rude and disrespectful. I get it, its work. Ive been there. But I will not support or spend my money again in a place where everyone exudes "we hate you and this job". There's plenty of other options.

The white macadamia cookie was also mid but maybe a little better? I think the cookies are mid because they're meant to be eaten with ice cream? The staff is beyond friendly and attentive, often stopping by and not only checking on you but also to simply converse about your meal, opinions on the food, or chat about whatever you want to bring up. That is a level of personalness that just doesn't exist in most restaurants or even the service industry. The decor is soft and inviting; intimate; it has a soft, yellow lighting and the rest of the environment is meant to contrast the lighting. It's a nod to not only the owners' backgrounds and roots, but also to the old school fine dining environments. It set the stage perfectly for what was to come. The tasting menu is 10 dishes and is served in 4 courses (apps, small plates, entrees, dessert), served in a 3 plate course until dessert which is 1 dish. Each dish is unique in its own right, yet contrasts from the others so you don't get fatigue from a single flavor or style. For example, the app course that I had was a wahoo ceviche, a shrimp and green papaya salad, and an endive and sharp cheese salad (served in wrapped endive leaves). They all worked together, but offered vastly different textures and contrasting flavors while feeling like an orchestra working together in your mouth. This experience continued through the entrees and I cannot opine on the dessert (rum cake) because I took it to go because I was so full... which has never happened to me in a tasting menu before. Paya is not only worth consideration in a saturated market of fine dining in Miami, it is one that should be prioritized and experienced as an indulgence of senses and flavors. While it may seem expensive in a vacuum, it is 33-50% cheaper than a slew of other tasting menus in the city and offers more courses for that cheaper price.

Amazing menu. I enjoyed the roti starter as well as the scallop dish which had great presentation and flavors. The papaya salad was also a hit. For the miami spice starter I tried the ceviche which has great presentation and quite flavorful. As for the main, I got the fish in curry which was a table favorite! The rum cake was his signature dessert like in Mamey... however, unlike Mamey they didn't pour the sauce at the table and mine felt a little lacking something. I think the table pour was nicer and had a little more generous pour. Overall I'd recommend and return.

Kadayifi Nuts: Lots of those thin pastry noodles so it's almost like a soppy nest on the bottom. A bunch of pistachios on top for some crunch and protein. Pistachio Dolama: Like a bunch of pistachio paste merging with phyllo in a wet pasty roll. Not as much texture contrast as everything else, but tasty.
