Consistently loving this place for the bakery. The selection is just enough without over doing the options leaving me satisfied with my choices each time. The coffee is not really for my pallet way too bitter for my taste, in Miami I'll stick to the Cuban or Colombian roast. With that said the decor is beautiful, open and clean great way to start your morning or stop in for a mid-day break. For those on a budget it can be a little pricey but definitely worth it also it's in the middle of brickell so that helps the pricing. We are regulars at this location but last two times that we visited the coffee was terrible. When I asked for more milk, the employee a bit upset told me that I had ordered a Cappuccino and that was supposed to have two shots. Very disappointing! My husband and I purchased a Cannoli and a Bombolone at this location for the first time. The shell on Cannoli was soggy and tasted stale. The cream filling was gritty and tasteless. Not at all what a Cannoli should taste like. The Bombolone had a weird chemical aftertaste. We realized afterward it was the oil that was rancid. I love Rosetta, but this is easily the worst location. They are stingy on the ingredients and my favourite item, the berry parfait is never filled like it is at other locations. Bad service. Was waiting in line and the first employee I encountered completely ignored me and started helping the people behind me. After a few minutes another employee asked if I was being helped and when I said no, she asked what I wanted and proceeded to pick the burnt tiny edge of the focaccia. I asked if she could give me a different piece and she rolled her eyes and huffed. 3rd employee wasn't any better than the first two. Was very much of a NEXT CUSTOMER type of interaction, but what bothered me was when I asked if I could get an iced coffee, he didn't answer me. I assumed he didn't hear me so I started to ask again and he abruptly said YES YES WE CAN. I work in hospitality and I know it's standard to have a few disgruntled employees. This bakery looked very clean and bright from the outside. They also had nice looking croissants and pastries near the window. The two tables right outside the window were occupied so I couldn't take a good look at what they had. I had to go inside and ask the woman at the counter about what they had. Everything looked really good and was well organized. I was helped right away and the woman working the front was very friendly. I ordered an apricot croissant. The croissant itself had a nice taste and was crispy on the outside. The apricot jam inside was a tad bit overly sweet, but not too bad. So it was not a busy lunch time, andsat on the outside tables. After finishing my meal I was about to get a dessert from Rosetta but then a manager/owner/worker came and lashed out on how I was not supposed to be sitting at the table. Granted I was finishing food not as I was short on time my work lunch hour, and was going to grab dessert on my way back the office. He didn't even tell me nicely, it put me off so much that I took my time and got up to leave. I work in Brickell, and am going to relay to everyone I work with and know to not give this eatery any business, as I wanted to give it a shot but the service was basically bullying, and I was dressed very casual as it was Friday. If I dressed my usaly work attire I wonder if I would have been spoken to in the same way...The quote, "Sorry, this is not a [fast food] estabishment. " He said it in such a demeaning way, like I could not afford Rosetta's prices...There is no reason to speak and belittle customers, there is a kind way to do it and you don't know who can refer you customers. read more

This is really a great place, my spot. I usually stop in a few times a week after the gym to grab a coffee, and a couple of times I pick up some pastries as well as their baguette to take home for dinner. The quality and the freshness is just fantastic. Its a happy place, all the employees are really friendly, ready to go out of their way to please you, and mind you, they are busy and especially now when good workers have become such a challenge to find. Angeline is wonderful, friendly, keeps the place running, I can see her smile under her mask even when they are at their busiest. Their coffees are just beyond, always on point and a real treat, if you sometimes want to slow down a bit and have coffee with a friend or just indulge, they actually serve real cups and saucers and spoons for your coffees, which is so much more civil and classic (not hating but honestly puts the Starbucks to shame) read more
