The second time I went to this location, I tried the custard croissant again and it tasted stale again. My boyfriend ordered a prosciutto and cheese croissant. They toasted it, but they burned the entire bottom part of the croissant. We took our order to go, so we didn't notice until we got home. I'm sure they noticed because it was visibly charred. We are Italians and live in the neighborhood so Rosetta is always a handy choice. Although food quality is good, management has to get rid of all the flies on the food. This is very unhygienic and dangerous. Customer service could also be spruced up a little. Had a bad experience with Rosetta today the cashier (Soza)was in a bad mood and began to be ironic when we order orange juice. Consistently loving this place for the bakery. The selection is just enough without over doing the options leaving me satisfied with my choices each time. The coffee is not really for my pallet way too bitter for my taste, in Miami I'll stick to the Cuban or Colombian roast. With that said the decor is beautiful, open and clean great way to start your morning or stop in for a mid-day break. For those on a budget it can be a little pricey but definitely worth it also it's in the middle of brickell so that helps the pricing. I ordered a sandwich and coke. I asked for a cup of ice. The lady at the counter would only give me a tiny paper cup. The restaurant had a slightly larger cup but refused to give me that size. The first time I had a very bad experience in Rosetta (824 s miami, brickell). I am a Brickel heights resident and a rosetta customer for several years. Scarlet (employer) was super rude, offensive in a very bad way, practically forced me to say thank you and you're welcome on several occasions. We are regulars at this location but last two times that we visited the coffee was terrible. When I asked for more milk, the employee a bit upset told me that I had ordered a Cappuccino and that was supposed to have two shots. Very sad because I love their pastries but an Italian bakery at a minimum should have amazing coffee as it was before. read more

Very disappointing! My husband and I purchased a Cannoli and a Bombolone at this location for the first time. The shell on Cannoli was soggy and tasted stale. I love Rosetta, but this is easily the worst location. They are stingy on the ingredients and my favourite item, the berry parfait is never filled like it is at other locations. At the beginning this place had a spectacular quality in its products and they took great care of the quality of their ingredients, last week we went to eat and the truth is that all the products that were on display were very disgusting, the prosciutto looked brown, the mortadella had a slimy and dark appearance, hopefully someone makes the right decisions and they have good quality products again... read more

Bad service. Was waiting in line and the first employee I encountered completely ignored me and started helping the people behind me. After a few minutes another employee asked if I was being helped and when I said no, she asked what I wanted and proceeded to pick the burnt tiny edge of the focaccia. I asked if she could give me a different piece and she rolled her eyes and huffed. 3rd employee wasn't any better than the first two. Was very much of a NEXT CUSTOMER type of interaction, but what bothered me was when I asked if I could get an iced coffee, he didn't answer me. I assumed he didn't hear me so I started to ask again and he abruptly said YES YES WE CAN. I work in hospitality and I know it's standard to have a few disgruntled employees. But you know there's definitely something wrong when you have 3 negative interactions within 5 minutes. read more

I came in this morning because I was in a rush. I usually don't go here because it's over priced but nonetheless it was the closest place to my job. I pointed at the sandwich and asked the woman what was in it she only specified the ham and cream cheese. Once I got to the register the screen said WALNUT bread. She never said anything about that. When I let the cashier know I have an allergy. She scoffed at me and proceeded to defend her coworker sayin that she always lets ppl know about allergies. SHE DID NOT SAY A WORD. Which is okay like we all make mistakes. The fact that she was so rude to me and literally pointed at her ear saying that I didn't hear correctly. As if the interaction with her coworker wasn't literally less than a minute before. I wasn't even going crazy I literally just asked for a different bread. She made it seem like I was just supposed to pay 10$ for a sandwich I can't even eat. I am from Italy and I can tell you that this place reflects what I would eat in a top-quality bakery in Rome. absolutely delicious... the Hazelnut croissant or the Linzer cookie are amazing. the Italian donut is filled with cream or Nutella 3 times more than average. price is fair and the bread is amazing. read more

This bakery looked very clean and bright from the outside. They also had nice looking croissants and pastries near the window. The two tables right outside the window were occupied so I couldn't take a good look at what they had. I had to go inside and ask the woman at the counter about what they had. Everything looked really good and was well organized. I was helped right away and the woman working the front was very friendly. I ordered an apricot croissant. The croissant itself had a nice taste and was crispy on the outside. The apricot jam inside was a tad bit overly sweet, but not too bad.
