After putting $20 bucks into the machine, I headed into the market for something close to drink. To my chagrin, I did not find the cold drinks I wanted to be cold. Looking through drink after drink, I finally found the apple juice to be nice and cold. It was the best two $2.00 I spent at that moment. The cashier was friendly, but it looked like he would rather be somewhere else on a nice hot day like this. If the store has been selling a lot of drinks today, cool. I can understand why all the drink I came across were warm. If the refrigerators for the drinks are malfunctioning, get them fixed. Aside from that, my experience here was good.

Came by today to get an emissions test (twice actually if you count my morning trip)…read more Was super excited to see they opened at 7; so I swung by at 745; but their sign said they didn't do state/emissions inspections until 9; so I went to work. On the way home stopped by and was helped by two gentlemen who were super polite/friendly and easily helped me with my emissions test. I was expecting quite a wait; but they said about 15 mins and I was probably already back in the car in that amount of time. Next time I have a car issue I'll be back to get mechanically work done if I needed. January 2023 update: called to see when their emissions bay closed and was told if I made it in the next ten mins he'd help me. I rushed here as fast as I could and they were happy to help. Turning customers away right after I pulled up. Super excited to see this place is still having excellent customer service!

My daughter had a horrible experience just trying to get a refund on a faulty overpriced usb cable…read more The employee didn't believe the cable didn't work, tried to get her to exchange it for another cable, then when she said she just wanted to get a refund, he laughed at her and called other customers up. Made her wait, while he assisted other customers, instead of just doing the refund. Wasting 20 minutes of her time just to get the refund finally taken care of. No respect, just because she is a young woman, like her time is not just as valuable as every other customer.

This is a hostile environment frequented by violent and aggressive lower class people riled up by an rude proprietor. The area around the pumps is very small and confined, preventing smooth traffic flow and requiring patience to move through the place. The operator is rude, aggressive and impatient, causing patrons to react to his hostile energy. I waited for 7 minutes to just pull through and finally was able pull alongside the pump lane but not out. Since my vehicle had been at the garage there several days I needed to clean the windshield so I pulled over as far as possible and got out to clean the windshield. The convenience store operator came out almost immediately screaming for me to move, even though there was no place I could go. His actions increased stress of those waiting, resulting in an assault ob me. The Garage mechanic told me this happens every day there. This is not a good business and the owner? Operator fuels the aggression.

Every single visit has been a positive experience. No matter who's working, we're always greeted with a smile and treated with kindness. It's refreshing to find a place where great customer service is clearly part of the culture. A special shout-out to Wonder Woman, AKA Jackie! We recently needed a tire installed, and she was absolutely phenomenal. She carries herself like someone who truly runs the place. It's obvious that her coworkers respect her, and for good reason: she knows her stuff! No matter what question or unexpected issue came up, Jackie handled it with confidence, professionalism, and a smile. Her bubbly personality, knowledge, and dedication to taking care of customers are a huge part of what makes this Exxon stand out. As long as my family and I live in the area, you've got loyal customers. Thank you for consistently providing such outstanding service! And no matter what, if you call or go in-person, ask for Jackie!
