I only had one day off to get it fixed and these guys did it. The mechanic stayed with the car all day, special ordered the part, and gave me a ride to and from my house. They also gave me a military discount, you don't see that a lot these days. The shop looked very clean and so did the lobby. They also had a small play area for kids and a TV. My car needed so much work that they stayed after hours to finish the job. When they picked me up they also informed me that my intake system needed cleaning and that I should get that done as soon as I can. I was waiting for an up sale but to my surprise, no up sale . Just straight up information. At the end of my service I was highly impressed. I defiantly plan on coming back next time I need any service done on my wife's car... Like the intake system. By the way, make sure to ask for Sunny, he's the owner and super nice guy. The front desk guy, Justin was also really easy going, he was the mechanic that worked on my SUV. Most mechanics won't really talk to the customer or just try to hand you off, Justin was ready to get the job done and help me out. If you need a place to work on your car and a fair price, go with these guys. The car runs great and I got a warranty with the service. I found my new shop.

The business messaged me with a seemingly genuine desire to make things right, but the "damage was…read moredone" and I don't know how they could gain my trust again, if ever. Back in Cali, I started working on my own cars because a) I'd end up coming back to the shop because work not done properly, or b) once I have something repaired, another problem would come up as if the shop did something malicious so I could go back to them. If I had more money, I'd probably go to a more expensive place where there'd be a higher likelihood that it'll get done right the first time. But I was broke and would resort to searching for highly rated places, and choosing the most reasonable quote. Fast forward to now, and having to replace a rack and pinion was beyond what I was willing to invest in time and tools, so I went to a shop thinking that I'd find an honest place with someone whom I can call "my mechanic." But I was duped yet again. My message for any business that wants good reviews and repeat customers is: Just do it...right...the first time...and be honest. If you're going to quote a price, make sure it's a price you're comfortable doing outstanding work for and not bait the customer only to do a half baked job, or charge them extra in the end. (Technically, there's supposed to be a signed work order with an estimated price...and they'd have to contact the customer with any changes before work can be completed) Rosie and the rest of the staff seemed like really nice people, and I would have totally gone back....but niceness doesn't overshadow the fact that I wasn't satisfied with the work. Hopefully this serves as a wake up call for them, and as a reminder for other business owners to just do it...right...the first time...honestly, and with pride in your work - knowing that your reward isn't just financial, but that there's satisfaction in knowing that your customer is happy. For now, I'm going to have to go back to fixing/maintaining my own cars , and saving up for any major repairs so I can send my car to a reputable shop with a high number of positive reviews. That, and/or replace my car with a more reliable one with fewer major issues.

If it were not for the great response and upper management here, we would be taking our business elsewhere, but they did an amazing job and we have chosen to stay with this shop. I know the team will do better in the long term! My husband has been coming here for over 2 years and hasn't had an issue really. But sometimes ya just can't. We waited nearly an hour to get the oil changed... sitting almost complete with our oil change the employee next to us doing another car somehow ended up squirting oil all over the side of my suburban, on my husbands arm and a drop inside the truck since the front windows were down. We had coupons and my husband is a veteran we usually use our coupon and his Va discount... today the "manage" gives $25 for our "inconvenience" but will not give a VA discount or let us use our coupon with it. Lost our business because we still have to go back through a car wash to hopefully get the oil off the side of the truck.

Support small and local businesses! Come here with your vehicle!…read more I've been taking my 2008 Mazda3 to David for years- For the longest time ever it had a clicking sound and every time I took it somewhere I felt like I only received temporary solutions that worked for a few months and then it would come back. My husband takes his RAM to David too (bought it just last fall, but tired of dealership nickle and diming him.) Our neighbors around the corner also take their cars to David! He's definitely building a reputation for himself in the neighborhood. David definitely knows what he's doing and he's a perfectionist. I can tell he takes a look at the problem in it's entirety and he's the absolute opposite of the mechanic that will try to do a quick diagnosis just to get you in and out. I just visited him again today to drop off my car (we're going out of town for the holidays) and he asked if the work he did 2 years ago was still good. I told him absolutely nothing ever came back and he had this satisfaction from hearing that. That enabled me to write this review (which I probably should have done 2 years ago). David will put in the effort to really get to the bottom of the issue and resolve the root cause problem. He will provide a series of solutions (and respective price ranges) and provide the expectation with the solution. E.g. You can pay $XXX.XX, and it'll work for the next 3 years. If you pay $YYY.YY it'll work for 10 years. To be honest, I think he's one of the rarest mechanics that provides options at all. He also breaks the car talk down to lamens terms so people like me (who don't know much about it) don't feel overwhelmed, which I appreciate very much. I've referred him to friends in the area and I hope if you stumble across this review you can read that bottom line: David knows what he's doing, he's an honest man, and you'll get more out of your vehicle than you ever thought you could.

He even quoted me before he started the repairs. He kept me up to date during the process and finished early. He was extremely fair with the price for labor and could have charged me more. On my first visit, someone behind the counter acknowledged me after about 7 minutes and the second time I was there none of the waiting folks were acknowledged. ~ They appear to be short staffed up front ~ Customers are not really made to feel like they are special or that their service is valued. Basically on a scale of 1 - 10 the customer service is a level 4 THE GOOD ~ The lines may be long, but that is because each customer is taken care of individually with care. They make sure to answer all of your questions and make you feel comfortable and satisfied before taking your keys. ~ The person who assisted me also helped another guy and he "took" his time with the guy to make sure that the guy was comfortable. The person was not yet ready to pay that much money for the service and requested a print-out. He was given the printout and from where I stood noticed that he was treated fairly. When It was my turn in line, the person also took their time with me. At one point, I was hesistant because of the cost and the guy said "well take a few minutes and let me know". He didn't rush me or anything. After about 5 minutes I said, "Sure go ahead and do it". ~ There is a waiting room but I didn't check it for cleanliness [I opted to go home and wait] ~ I received good service for what I paid for ~ The person who came and drove my car around was pleasant and appeared knowledgeable ~ I didn't wait for my car, I went home... within 45 minutes, I received a call that my car was complete. I didn't have to call them. ~ I received fast service [I bought two new tires and also got an alignments] ~ I came back the next day after my initial service due to an issue that I noticed. When it was "finally" my turn, they took care of my concerns. Not with a smile but they took care of my concern. ~ I had a special request with my service and the person assisting me wrote my request on the paperwork. OVERALL I will definitely use their services again. I'll just make sure to have the mindset that I may have to wait in a long line before being helped, but once I am helped they will answer all of my questions AND take their time with me. Their service was good and I will use them again.
