I've been doing business with these guys for a while now and they've always been great to work with. Bought my wife's Honda Rubicon from them a couple years back and Matt just helped me a couple months ago with purchasing my yxz 1000. Their parts and accessories are reasonably priced and their service department has kept everything in great shape, definitely recommend them after the questionable experiences I've had with customer service from other dealers in the area, and I've been to all of them within an hour or so.

Overpriced invoice

Waited over a year for my JETSKI. Left a deposit over a year ago, and they tried jacking the price almost $10,000 more than manufactured pricing. Ridiculous. Absolute dirtbags. I understand charging full market value with no discounts but this is stealing! Will never do business with these scammers.

Check out this 2018 grom with 1,300 miles I got for HALF the price you clown a$$ mf's tried to charge me.

Zero out of zero stars. Bought a 2012 sled that was supposed to have been gone through enough for…read morethem to put a 90 day warranty on it and the sled was not even looked at. Had a laundry list of issues. 1. Was about to be loaded into my trailer with NO Carbides at all 2. Plastic hood would not clip on and would have fallen off 2 minutes down the trail due to the other plastic not adjusted correctly 3. Air box assembly missing all Velcro straps holding it to the frame At this point I took it back to them and they said they would go through it again and make it right. 10 days go by and it's UNTOUCHED. Waiting on parts they claim. I order the parts from river raisin power sports and they come in within 3 days. I take the sled home and come to find these issues 4. When handle bars are turned right, brake fluid pours out of the reservoir, lid screws were loose 5. Speedometer was not functioning, wires pulled out of a connector 6. Fuel gauge said full and was less than half tank..sending unit not correctly installed 7. Front shocks on completely different settings, one on 3.5 the other on zero 8. Non functioning brake / tail light, harness UNDER fuel tank unplugged and a burned out bulb in the tail light socket (service tech claims it was working when it left) IMPOSSIBLE! 9. Dry rotted hood straps that were ordered January 12, lowers came in top ones were wrong part ordered still haven't got the correct ones 10. Spark plugs had a bout 90 minutes left on them not 90 days, surprised the thing was even running with what it had in it. 11. Missing 2 springs on the exhaust, one holding the pipe to the muffler and the other holding the muffler to the frame. Upon further review, the sled having been in a accident all the bolts used to put it back together were installed with lock washers instead of the factory lock nuts. Over time would have vibrated loose and started falling out one by one. The upper shock bolt of the left shock has about two threads on the nut holding due the bolt being not long enough. The sled was a death trap waiting to happen if the shock would have came off running down the trail at 60 70 80 mph could have been shot off the trail and straight into a tree Go back and tell them I don't trust that thing to go riding in New York this weekend, take it back on trade and I'll buy a brand new unit off the floor, sticker price, cash sale.. ANSWER WAS NO FOR 2 DAYS! Owner would not even come out and talk to me about the situation. Get a call saying they will work with me I said ok what's the numbers and they had none to give me ? Waiting on February incentives ? your a dealer how can you not sell a new sled when some one wants to buy one. Went to river raisin power sports in Monroe and got exceptional service and walked out with a 2017 ski doo mxz 800 blizzard with a handful of free accessories and great discount on all other items purchased. Bright could have gained a customer for life but instead chose the other direction to go with the situation. To add to the lack of service from the service department, had an arctic cat f5 in at the end of November that hadn't ran in a few years to be check out and tuned up.. go to start it and pull pull pull till you turn blue. Go to pull the plugs and the brand new plugs they installed which still had no carbon on them.. were able to be taken out by hand.. no wrench needed..tightened them up and fired up on the third pull. Unbelievable what they send out the door of the service department.

Now don't get me wrong, that was about as dumb of a decision as is humanly possible on my sister's part. But come ON, it's like they wanted me to come Yelp them and give them one star.

So this updated review dates back to 2021 when I bought my bike from here...... My experience with…read morethem has gotten progressively worse. The good - Terry was amazing during the purchase of my bike. He was attentive, answered all of my questions, and didn't try to push me into a sale. He followed up every step of the way and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The only part that surprised me about buying the bike is that Dick Scott's wont throw any extras into a purchase. No jacket, no free first service, no gloves, no bartering. I got a freebie leftover T-shirt from their last "swap your swag", a couple of coozies, and a 25% off coupon for my first service that I had to negotiate for! For comparison, I'm considering trading my bike in for something bigger. My new dealer is willing to give me $2500 over bluebook and throw in a free $500 sissybar!! The bad - where to start? I've had an issue every time I've brought my bike in for service except for the last time. Refusing to honor IMC issued coupons, trying to charge me to diagnose a check engine light on a bike with 500 miles that they just did the break in service on, not reflashing my bike with the stage 1 tune after they had to reflash my ECU to clear the check engine light, and the list goes on and on. I decided to part ways with Freedom Powersports for my 5k service and went to a different dealership. The difference was night and day! The other dealership is very customer oriented - help yourself coffee, water/pop fridge, and snacks, the owner is constantly on the floor shooting the breeze with customers, and riders go there just to hang out! The icing on the cake is that during my 5k service the, new dealership found an issue with my forks. I asked them to check them out because they were clunking pretty bad and extremely harsh. Dick Scott's "fixed" that same issue last April per an Indian service bulletin. Come to find out, Dick Scott's installed the parts wrong and now my fork seals are leaking. The whole job needs to be redone and one of the fork tubes might need to be replaced due to the mess up. Luckily the service bulletin will still cover the parts and labor for the redo. My advice is to stay clear of here. I honestly wish I'd done more research before buying my bike from here. It really is a shame because they're relatively close to my house, but I'd rather ride twice as far for the better experience from my new dealership. Update: The last time I had my bike there in April, they did the kickstand recall and installed my stage 1 air intake. I now have a rattle coming from the intake - something obviously wasn't tightened correctly. On a side note, if you don't ask for your stock parts back, they keep them and list them on eBay. Interesting that they raised their labor price and profit again off of your old parts without compensating you for them.
