Kunes Buick GMC of Oak Creek - Art

Kunes Buick GMC of Oak Creek

(20 reviews)

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership in March. During the test drive, we raised a concern…read moreabout tire pressure and were told it was likely just low air. Prior to purchase, we also reviewed the Carfax and the Wisconsin Buyers Guide, which indicated there were no issues with the entertainment system or warning/gauge systems. We paid a price that was consistent with similar vehicles of this make and model in the area, relying on the accuracy of the information provided and expecting the vehicle to be in comparable condition. Within 24 hours of purchase, we discovered the radio was not functioning. When we returned to the dealership, we were informed that all four tire pressure sensors needed to be replaced and that the radio required replacement as well--resulting in an estimated cost of approximately $1,500. These findings appear inconsistent with what was represented in the Buyers Guide and during the sales process. We brought these concerns to the dealership in good faith and asked for assistance with the unexpected repairs. They declined to provide any support. Additionally, communication after the sale was extremely limited, often taking several days to receive any response from sales or management. For a $23,000 purchase, discovering significant undisclosed issues immediately after the sale is concerning. While the vehicle was sold as-is, we expected accurate disclosures and clear communication regarding known conditions. Based on our experience, we have concerns about transparency and post-sale customer support. We would encourage others to carefully review all documentation and independently verify vehicle condition before purchasing.

Very helpful. Didn't sell me stuff I didn't need. Answered…read moremy questions about my vehicle. Even gave me a discount on the service I had done. Clean and comfortable waiting area. I will continue to have my service work done here.

Sucks. Don't waste your time, they charge you to walk all over to find your part is not there,…read morethey Don't know. HA get with the times and inventory your crap

These guys used to be better but it seems like their quality has significantly dropped in the past…read morefour years and their employees lack communication skills or are maybe even covertly racist towards white people. Was paying 3 dollars for entry l, the guy behind the counter joked "haha ok I can use this card to pay for the next 20 people?" Bro don't even joke like that when you have someones card. Charging too much for parts: Charged 8 dollars for used sway bar end links I had to spend 20 mins removing in a snowbank. Relatively sure I can buy the same things new for 6 dollars on rockauto. Also 44 dollars for a used stock radio of unknown condition. I'd go 25, 30 at the max for that. Before entry I asked if it was ok to work on car in parking lot away from customer vehicles, like I've always done the past 5 years, an employee said yes, but then at closing( when I was packing up) another employee got snippy with me about how I'm not supposed to be working on my car. "Next time I was going to tell you you can't work on your car" . That's fine, there most likely wont be a next time with how shitty you people are acting. I could leave empty beer bottles and cups like the last customers appeared to do instead of picking up the parking lot like I was doing. I wasn't doing a three-day engine swap, I was replacing some strut mounts and endlinks and planned to be out around 5 PM. Wont be back. I'd lease a new car before dealing with this again

I wanted to be far to this company as the saga did finally come to a conclusion. I went in and…read morethey did the right thing and replaced the tires and only charged me the portion of the tire that I didn't use (not sure if that makes sense). My only real complaint at this point is the fact that when I got the new tires the sound I had been complaining about all along went away! So all these BS and it was a bad tires all along. Now one might say, well then why wouldn't I have got new tires for free? I called and didn't get a great answer to that, but left it alone. The reason I am still giving them 4 stars is because the people are very nice and they really do bend over backwards to make sure you are happy.

I wish I could give this place negative stars and I'd like to give a shout out to Kyle who when I…read moreasked three times who the GM was he refused to answer me until I called him out that he really doesn't know who is GM is on camera and then he finally gave me a name. Paid $500 for sensors two weeks ago and my engine light went on and they told me to come in the next day they looked at the car for a half hour told me exactly what I told them what was wrong that the connector wasn't put on correctly and five minutes into driving it after they gave it back to me a second time, the engine light went back on, and I called and told him I was bringing the car back and they wanted to give me another appointment for the next day where I proceeded to yell saying that it wasn't done right the first time and now the second time and they want me to come back for a third time! They clearly do not know what they're doing and they do not provide their selves on any type of customer service! Please don't go here!
