I'm currently walking across America visiting 420 different dispensaries, and today I reached my…read more50th stop. Out of all 50 dispensaries I've visited so far, this was by far the worst experience. The security guard was incredibly rude and immediately told me to leave without any respect or professionalism. As someone who used to manage a dispensary myself, I can honestly say if an employee treated customers like that under me, they would've been fired instantly. It's disappointing because this journey has introduced me to so many amazing people and shops across the country, but this place completely missed the mark. I would never recommend this dispensary to anyone.

Andre was super kind and helpful, showed us different options, and gave solid recommendations. Denise took her time with my partner and helped her look through options. Both of them made the visits feel chill, easy, and way more welcoming. 10/10. We've had a different tender before who didn't seem as friendly or eager to help, so Andre and Denise definitely stood out. Overall, still a great spot and one we'll definitely keep coming back to.

When I asked about current deals, the young lady appeared unfamiliar with their own promotions, reflecting a noticeable lack of product knowledge and customer awareness. A business should prioritize informed recommendations over aggressive upselling. The store was also clearly understaffed, with only two employees assisting customers during a busy period. -- The entire experience felt rushed, impersonal, and poorly managed. Management should invest in better customer service training and adequate staffing, because no amount of quality inventory can compensate for customer service that leaves people feeling ignored rather than valued.
