Neither of the three acknowledged me for several minutes. Finally, the sole black worker looked at the useless receptionist and then back to me. He asked," May I help you?" I said Id like to get an oil change. He told me it will be a 3 hour wait. I said ok. He looked at the "receptionist and called out her name. She, only then, looked up and asked for my car keys. So here I wait, aggitated already, at being ignored, writing this review. So far, I guess customer service isnt their priority. They told everyone that came after me about the 2 to 4 hour wait. The regular oil change is $20. Is the wait and the treatment of disdain to a paying customer worth it? No. Next time I will go elsewhere.

I asked the guy how much it would cost, and he joked saying "one million dollars." I laughed it off and asked again... he never gave me a real answer. So I figured okay, putting on plates shouldn't be that much. Then I asked how much for brakes, and he tells me $1600 for front AND back Immediately I'm like yeah... I'll call my mechanic. By the time I said that, he had already put my plates on and then says it's $30. I asked if he takes tap or Apple Pay, and he says "cash only." Mind you, there's NOTHING posted saying cash only. When I said I didn't have cash, he goes "you can't even give me $10?" Sir... I don't have cash OR cards on me, and there's literally a tap pay sign on the door, so what are we doing here?? At that point I told him to take my plates OFF, and I went to another mechanic. Whole situation felt shady and unprofessional. Prices all over the place, no clear communication, and then switching up to cash only at the end. Honestly, this place is a scam. They try to take advantage, especially of females, and he clearly got mad because I didn't let him play me. Just posting to warn y'all -- DO NOT GO HERE ZERO STARS I AM FORCED TO RATE YOU LOW LIFES

I explained my situation. After taking the car for a test drive, he hooked up my car to a simple, hand-held machine that looked almost toy-like (think Leap Frog). After the machine was hooked up, he spewed off what was wrong. Seeing as though I had paid money for the "diagnostic" test, I expected some type of print out. Ted stated that he didn't have one because he had just gotten the machine and hadn't plugged it up to a printer yet (red flag! then why are you using it, if you can't produce a receipt?). After looking a few things over, Ted told me that everything would cost $450. He scribbled three things that I needed on the back of a card and handed it to me. I looked at the card, a bit confused, and proceeded to ask for a written/or computer generated line-item estimate - something any reputable auto repair shop should be able to produce. Ted proceeded to ask me if I could come back to get one. The next day I and was told by Ted that the receptionist was the one who draws up the estimates, but she wasn't in, but to call back. I did as instructed, but was told by the receptionist, "A line-item estimate???, good luck getting that. Plus my computer and everything is down." I thought the remarks were beyond unprofessional and proceeded to ask for Ted. This went on for practically two weeks, every other day - I would call, Ted would tell me he would fax it, but it was never faxed. He would tell me to come by, but there was always an excuse as to why there wasn't one (one time when I went in, the receptionist said to Ted when asked where was the estimate he wrote up, "Oh that scribble on the piece on paper? I thought that was trash and threw it away!"). I was beyond dumfounded and puzzled as to why someone in business would expect a customer to pay $450 for service, but not give anything in writing on what they panned to do and how much it was going to cost, AND then, to repeatedly give someone the run around as if they were going to. DO NOT go to this business or you will find yourself in some shady customer service!

This shop is incredibly unprofessional and, frankly, predatory toward women. My wife brought her Jeep in and was charged $1,000 for "electrical wiring" issues. They claimed they ran a full diagnostic and confirmed there were no other problems. ​One day later, the Jeep broke down again. When she brought it back, they suddenly claimed she needed an entirely new transmission--something they conveniently "missed" during the initial diagnostic. It felt like a blatant attempt to take advantage of her. We had the car towed to another shop where we received much better service and a significantly lower quote. Do not bring your vehicle here, especially if you are a woman. They will exploit your situation and overcharge you for "fixes" that don't work.
