Time for an update! Though my review remains 5 stars (because it is well-deserved)! Roseda Farms has been doing burger/beer nights every few Fridays at their farm. They partner with a local brewery for the beer and of course sell their delicious burgers. I think the last time I had been to the farm was actually around my last review which was in 2020 and I have raved about their burger since! I came with a couple friends. There is space on the farm to bring your own chairs and spread out, or they had seating inside the barn if you did not bring your own. My husband and I both got burgers and shared some fries. It's really a burger that speaks for itself because it doesn't need a lot of toppings/condiments to spruce it up. I love that we have the farm so close to our house! Having been to the farm and knowing the quality of their meat, I always get excited when I see Roseda beef at local Baltimore restaurants. That's when you know it will be good!

Ever since I moved to Baltimore, friends and neighbors told me I NEEDED to try this place. Well, I finally tried it! If you're reading this review, you NEED try this place. Friendly staff and super fresh beef! You will not be disappointed! The texture and taste is better than most high-end steakhouses (without the steakhouse prices).

Roseda farm has simply the best beef around the Phoenix, Maryland area. My family loves the quality they offer.

We came for breakfast, but couldn't resist the Corned Beef Reuben's, so we both ordered a sandwich and a side of breakfast food. I had a blueberry pancake & my daughter had a side of French toast. I was eager to peruse to see what tasty treat I could grab. Parking was plentiful, but busy. I suggest you go as early as possible to secure a hassle free experience parking and market wise. Upon entering, the convergence of scents hit at once: desserts, bbq, popcorn. I wasn't mad at all. Our first stop was the bbq kiosk where we purchased a rack of ribs and wings. They have a variety of mini markets and food vendors in the building: bbq, seafood, spices, bakery, pickles items, clothing, furniture, butcher, handmade crafts, fresh made pretzels, etc. They also had an area to sit and enjoy your food purchases. We also picked up a half of a coconut cake, a slice of strawberry cheesecake, some apple butter and blackberry jam, and as we exited we got the glazed almonds and cashews. This place seems big, but it is manageable to walk around and check out all of the vendors. Upon tasting, our ribs were good: perfectly seasoned and fresh; the wings were rotisserie roasted and were good as well; the cake was just ok for us fresh with coconut flakes held on by white buttercream; the strawberry cheesecake was just ok; the glazed nuts were good as well. All in all, a nice market to visit for fresh, homemade food and unique crafts/gifts.

Half the people don't get numbers - despite the many signs saying to take a number, accompanied by arrows point at the numbered ticket dispenser...but I digress, let's not get wrapped up in philosophical debates on numbered tickets and existentialism...if nobody takes a number does it even matter? Does the machine exist? Wait, I said "let's not discuss this." Anyway, people standing around waiting eventually realize they need a number and take one. This works to your advantage if you know you need a number from the get go, as you get to skip the line a bit due to people being unaware. While waiting for your number to be called - you did get a number ticket, right? If not, this is going to be a loooong day for you - you can peruse the window and see that they have The Meats™! So many preparations of animal carcasses of all type. Do you need tubes of meat for breakfast? Or sage style? Or with apple? Or maple flavored? Or maybe a combination of two or more of these? You've come to the correct venue. Do you need slices of pig fat and sides for breakfast? Or maple? Or several other flavors? They've got your bacon needs covered. Oh you don't like pork bacon!? Well they've got turkey, too...again with several flavors. If breakfast meats aren't your thing then they've got tons of cuts of beef and chicken, lunch meat, hot dogs, sausages of other types, and the most coveted of PA Dutch treats: mother freaking ham loaf. Get yourself a ham loaf, shove it in your mouth hole, and enjoy. That's an order, soldier. Staff here is always friendly, as you can generally expect at the market. Prices are good for what you're getting. Ham loaf is more expensive in the stores up in Lancaster. One last reminder: TAKE A FREAKING *NUMBER*!

There are many things to love about Wegmans. Ultimately, the reason I find myself there on a…read moremonthly basis, is their price, vegetarian selection and cakes. First, the price. I find Wegmans to be one of the cheaper grocery stores in the area. They offer a lot of their own brand items which are very reasonably priced. Their vegetables and fruits, frozen items and fresh bread are all things I find to be competitive (if not better priced) with other grocery stores. Vegetarian selection. While other grocers have gone away from their own line of vegetarian/vegan items, Wegmans hasn't. They've got super reasonable vegan nuggets, chicken patties and spicy chicken patties. The nuggets come in both regular size and family size. Baked goods. We get my kids' birthday cakes at Wegmans. The ordering process is easy, they will do half chocolate and half vanilla for us and the icing is not as overly sweet as other places we've tried. They have done a decent job and, the one time they gave us the wrong flavor, they fixed the situation. There is a lot of other things I like about Wegmans. But the cakes, vegan/vegetarian options and prices stand out.

I answered no, and the manager quickly scolded me for putting the items in reusable bags. As the manager was checking out all the items, the manager was having a personal coversation over the phone.
