Well after reading a few articles and checking Google, Lord and behold found them! When you get service from them, you get a history of family traditions of great service, quality products of meat, and personal interactions. I drove from Parkville taking the tunnel to get here. When I entered I was so hapoy to see my buddy, but it's been awhile and forgot his name. It was so great to see that they still have great meat bundles. Also here, you can get not just meat but seafood. I told him that they have the best prices when it comes to meat bundles. I got the Economic Bundle. Most of these bundles I can break down into meals that can last me and my husband for a about a two weeks or more. I highly recommend coming here for great service and meat and now fish/seafood!!!!

I find their sausage, even as a salty food lover, very much on the salty side. However, since I use their product in my Italian dish preparation, I work around it. What you need to know is that you will be getting the FRESHEST sausage you will probably ever buy, unless, perhaps you make it yourself. I imagine the typical sausage you buy from the grocery store is probably already almost a week old. Here, you can get sausage made that day!! They have a little more than a half dozen options plus uncased bulk sausage. The prices are about $3.50/lb and discounts for volume purchases. They close kind of early, so it would behoove you to call ahead to make sure they are open and have what you are looking for.
