When I started the program, Nurse Cindy thoroughly reviewed my health history, and weightloss goals. She provided me with diet and exercise recommendations which fit smoothly into my busy lifestyle. I feel like the medication provided gave me a boost of energy, and really helped me to stay on track. I lost 12lbs the week after my first visit. I never missed my weekly appointments. Over the weeks and months, Nurse Cindy provided me with tips to navigate the roadblocks to my success. When my weightloss stalled she coached me to stay focus and made recommendations that helped me continue to lose. I think it helped to have someone else to be accountable to. I appreciate that she is a true medical professional, and not someone just passing out pills. I began to look forward to my weekly weigh-in. I am currently maintaining and I continue to visit because I find the medication curbs my appetite, and also has a positive effect on my hair, and skin. It was not easy, but it is so worth it. I have struggled to lose weight for several years and I am so thankful to finally find something that works for me! Cons: The location looks sketch, but it's safe and well-lit. I never had any problems. Also, the office is not currently open on weekends. I work in DC and it can be a challenge to get to the office on the days that it is open, but I have made my health a priority and I get there. Great customer service and the rates charged are very fair. Nurse Cindy is very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I trust her with my health and I highly recommend this business.

The 2 young ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and friendly to everyone who arrived. I was asked to fill out the necessary consent forms. I was taken back to a room where I was put on a body analyzer scale which measured my weight, my BMI and my BMR(body metabolism rate). I was told various things to do to increase my weight loss chances, the medical assistants were very well informed and my 1st visit was detailed more detailed than I expected. I was very impressed! I purchased some of their supplements called Triple Threat it's an appetite suppressant, fat burner and energy booster. I got the lipotropic injection on my 1st visit and at my second visit I was down 2lbs, I have never tried anything like this, I believe it's working, however, I must say that I exercise at least 4 times a week and I try to have a balanced diet but fall short a lot with my diet. My 2nd visit I was told that I could get both the B12 and the Lipotropic injections together which I did because I needed more energy. My next visit is next week, I can't wait to see if I lost more. I will definitely make this a part of my weight loss program.

In the past 4 years, I had gained 40+ lbs due to some special medicine I was taking (and probably some overeating of hamburgers too haha). I tried EVERYTHING to get rid of it. Juice cleanses, special diets, pills, multiple private trainers, you name it and I had done it. Unfortunately, nothing stuck. Knowing my wedding was just around the corner, I had to do something to get the weight off for good. I wanted to feel confident on my wedding day! I found Lindsay through a quick yelp search and was intrigued. Let's get this straight. This is not a special fad diet or some strict eating plan, its a way of life! Lindsay gives you the tools, skills, and mindset to make a long lasting change in your lifestyle. During the course of the 6 weeks, I lost 8+ lbs and now (more than 3 months later) I'm still continuing to lose weight by following what she taught me. I plan to be at my goal weight in the next 3 months (in time for my wedding!) And most importantly, I feel fantastic!!!!! I feel like a whole new person. Yes, it's a monetary investment but it was worth every penny :) do it!!!

What I appreciated the most was her accessibility. She would review menus of restaurants I was eating at or provide me with customized recommendations. In fact, I was surprised (in a good way) by how much of the program was centered around mindfulness and balance. Even though the program only includes 4 sessions, I felt like I was in constant communication with Lindsay and she genuinely cared about my progress. She frequently sent email updates and checked in, and when I had questions, she was never more than a text away. I am excited to see continued progress. I would recommend Lindsay to anyone!
