I wanted to be encouraged to eat and led in the right direction, not to be scolded for not eating. To clarify, I did not have any in-person appointments. I only exchanged emails and had a phone call with them, but decided their resistance to flexibility in the pace of treatment was too intimidating for me. I hope this helps others and maybe changes the practice's approach for fearful potential patients.

But the reason I'm writing the review is because they treated me and took my money $300. This is problematic because for IVF once you start Intralipid therapy you must do it weekly. If I didn't start the therapy, the clinic would have removed it from my protocol but because we started and I am an out of town patient there aren't any other places that do this for IVF patients. I thought everything was worked out because they treated me. But to decide after the fact puts me, my doctor and my cycle at risk. My doctor was upset because they did the first drip and took my money and then decided AFTER THE FACT that they didn't want to treat me. He said they should have never treated me. Caitlin did not ask any questions regarding her concerns... did not give me the opportunity to speak. This was very personal and unprofessional. Could possibly ruin this cycle. I called my doctor personally to confirm I am working with them. But I honestly felt like as a black woman they felt that they could treat me in such a dehumanizing manner. Nurse Nikki was amazing. She is a gem. Caitlin seemed to have a personal problem and needed to be right instead of running

He's been so helpful every time I've been sick or had some weird medical issue. His staff is wonderful, no one is hard to reach and it's never difficult to get an appointment. I found Dr. Saedi because a colleague (who is very picky about medical care) recommended him and I am now having my husband and family go to him as well. He's a walking encyclopedia who is kind and attentive!

I was told by her she was jealous of my strength and that's why she became critical of me. When confronted a therapist she told me she didn't say that and began to gaslight me. She would reword everything I confronted her about trying to make m seem crazy and confused. No accountability whatsoever who can trust a therapist with no accountability and blames you for their actions and your past. Sad you put your trust in someone for 2 years and they're just like everyone else. Some people don't need to be a therapist because they care more about themselves and their reputation than a clients mental health. The therapist harmed my mental health couldn't get a sincere apology or explanation and was terminated for holding her accountable asking for answers after two years. I got terminated over the phone couldn't even get closure. Very selfish for her to get closure and leave me with questions after two years of therapy. Be careful who you trust.. You would think the clinic would like feedback to work with the therapist so this wouldn't happen to future clients but the supervisor only provided referrals and was weird. I'm writing this review because this was very traumatic for me and it seems like there was another review here with same issue. I don't want anyone to be harmed like I have. She needs to be held accountable. This is no okay. Clients deserve a safe space and are already judged and criticized out in the real world. You shouldn't have to pay a therapist to do the same. Sad you can't even trust a therapist these days. Be very careful and tread carefully here! Good luck!

He does spend a lot of time typing into a laptop, but he is multitasking - listening and talking while he does the typing. In emergencies, he will confer on the telephone during off-hours. The office staff are unusually helpful and courteous. Wait times used to be a little long, but since he has associated his practice with MDVIP, that is no longer a problem.
