After a quick Google search for the highest rated waxing studios in the area, I discovered this gem of a business and decided to check them out. Fortunately for me, they had appointments available that same day. I booked immediately! Booking was so easy. Their website is aesthetically appealing and incredibly user friendly. Once I booked my appointment, I received a follow-up text message which included detailed directions (and a short video) on how to find their location. We love attention to detail over here! I found the facility with no problem at all and when I walked in, I was blown away. From the music, to the decor, to the beautiful room fragrance they've selected, the whole vibe is very much "luxe wellness". It's the kind of place where you immediately drop your shoulders, unclench your jaw, take a deep breath and relax. Naijah was the consummate professional. Minimal discomfort and no irritation to my skin whatsoever. In addition, Nita is attentive to client needs & satisfaction; which was a standard of mine while searching for a new waxer. I need spotless wax results with minimal to no pain - she consistently delivers that. Examples: 1.) Upon removal of the strip, she immediately applies pressure. 2.) She doesn't apply too-hot wax directly onto the skin. She lets it cool a tad before application. It's still too warm? One can express that and she will readily adjust. This has cultivated a healthy client-esthetician relationship where I'm trusting of her services, comfortable, and content. Lastly, the wax studio is clean, organized, private, and peaceful.
