Just brought this house and she found cockroaches due to the previous owners never cleaned. Ana gave me a great recommendation on what to get to get rid of them. They cleaned my whole kitchen, cabinets, closets, bathrooms, bedrooms, windowsill & blinds, got the bugs out of the lights, wiped the fans, vacuumed and cleaned the hardwood floors. My realtor paid $360 for ANOTHER cleaning lady to come for 7 hours and it didn't even look like she cleaned my house. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone! We used them because they had done a fabulous job on it when we moved in. They said it took 8 hrs and it wasn't that dirty. Charged us $525 which would be $65 an hour. That's just too much! We should have been given an estimate. They also did the property we moved into and said they did all the cabinets, but when I went to put things away I found that they did not. When I asked, they said it was cleaned. They did a great job on the frig and floors, but I'm very disappointed on the finished work and the cost.

I usually get my whole home cleaned bi-monthly but my usual lady has been closed due to Covid since May so I thought I'd try another place out. The booking process was very easy-I grabbed one of the available dates and paid my deposit online. I was assigned Kristen for my scheduled clean. She came in, with a mask, and explained the procedure and was very friendly/professional. You do have to pay for the service up front. In 3 hours, she cleaned only the kitchen and stated that she ran out of time because my cabinets were tall. They are tall, however, the rest of my kitchen wasn't "3 hour deep clean" dirty. I would say just the stovetop had some cooking splashes but nothing else in there was severely dirty to require that much time. In three hours, she did the outer cabinets, stove top, outside of oven, outside of fridge, outside of cabinets, sink area, outside of microwave, range hood, fingerprints from the door and the island top. This took 3 hours...I know it was only one person but time management could have been better. She did do a good job---one would expect with that much time. I was hoping for her to at least get the kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms cleaned in that timeframe. My original cleaner deep cleaned my entire house in 3 hours and did an exceptional job and when my husband came home from work, he would KNOW she came by. He didn't notice a difference this time since the kitchen wasn't a disaster to begin with. The work from Sharon's cleaning company was good, but not something I would go back to, hence the two star deduction. I hope she ends up hiring more people to commit to the deals and hours that she puts out.

"What if the only businesses open in 2020 were the ones you've written a review about in 2019? Would your favorite businesses be open?" -Yelp Hampton Roads ELITE NEWSLETTER ... I was very encouraged and just had to take action! After looking over the motivational BINGO chart "A BIZ THAT MAKES YOU CLEAN" (meaning housekeeping, dry cleaners, etc.) happened to be the only business that I haven't reviewed. The real question is, what would businesses do without commercial cleaning services? I mean think about it .. these experts know what needs to be done in order to ensure a clean and safe environment. For example when a business owner delegates cleaning service for a law firm with office staff, the owner not only wants to assure the cleanliness of the work space but to also maintain a health morale. Allowing the workers to do what they do best and leave cleaning to the experts. Hiring a cleaning service is extremely important and will install confidence in the office staff immediately; employees become more productive in a well-kept surrounding.
