It honestly felt like we had the entire place to ourselves due to the low traffic. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was peaceful, calming, and incredibly inviting. We were greeted with slides to wear, changed into cozy robes, stored our belongings in lockers, and then relaxed in the adorable tea room before our appointments. They offered a selection of teas, light snacks, and comfortable lounge chairs, which was the perfect way to unwind. We both enjoyed a facial and a massage, and both services were wonderful. The staff was warm, professional, and made us feel completely cared for throughout our visit. After our massages, we took turns enjoying the infrared sauna, which was the perfect finishing touch to an already relaxing day. If you're looking for a quiet, boutique spa experience where you can truly disconnect and recharge, I highly recommend Spa Sudeva. It was the perfect mother-daughter day, and we'll definitely be back!

The space itself feels like a retreat--thoughtful, serene, and grounded. The front desk director was absolutely amazing and truly set the tone for the entire experience. Warm, welcoming, and deeply knowledgeable, they made me feel cared for and present from the very beginning. That level of hospitality makes such a difference and carried through the rest of my visit. I had the Yin and Yang facial with Brittany, and it was hands down one of the best treatments I've ever experienced. This wasn't just a facial--it was a true mind-body experience. Brittany was intuitive, skilled, and incredibly intentional in her approach. Every step felt purposeful, balancing relaxation with deep restoration. I left feeling relaxed, renewed, and completely aligned. Spa Sudeva is more than a spa--it's an experience, and I cannot recommend it enough. I will absolutely be back.

From start to finish this was an amazing experience. I need regular Chiropractic adjustments and…read moremassages, so I gave in to my wife and we went to her favorite place in Florida Shangri-La. My wife and daughter go frequently and I thought it was a lady thing, boy was I wrong. This body scrub was amazing. I did the soak in the hot tub for about 25 minutes and then went to the cool water (Freezing asz cold water) OMG! then back to the hot tub where I and my testies were safe. I was called into the body scrub where from head to toe they scrubbed me removing tons of old skin (you'll know when it's done to you) 90 minutes was my tour in Nirvana. Then back out to shower off the yuck and into the hot tub, followed by Korean food & drinks (extra). There are mats to take a nap or heated rooms like a salt room etc and other treatments, but I was good this trip. I will return soon.

If this hadn't been recommended to me by someone I trusted, I would have thought this was a *wink…read morewink nudge nudge* "massage parlor". The outside (and inside) is old and run down, and let's face it, it is named Shangri-La. However, my bestie and I decided to give it a go, and it ended up being awesome. The front counter person was amazing, and explained everything in detail. Separate women and men sides, separate locker rooms, separate hot tubs and saunas. Then a communal room with small restaurant, small pool, salt spa and clay spa. You can use everything for $33, or you can pay extra for the whole body wash, facial, hair wash experience, which is what my friend and I did. The system is as follows: pay upfront at the counter, and women are handed a pink outfit to change into, and a key to your locker. My friend and I dropped off our stuff, then went and soaked in the hot tub for about 20 minutes. Then we were called for our scrub. This is the part that was unlike anything I've ever done. You are doused in warm water, then every body part is scrubbed hard with a loofah and scrub salt until there is not an iota of extra skin anywhere on your body. Then oil is put everywhere, all the while laying there with a fresh cucumber mask. It was definitely a "hurt so good" experience, and even days later my skin is the smoothest it has ever been. After that we dressed in our pink outfits, and went to the communal area to sit in the salt spa for a while and to grab something light to eat. This is the only area you can have your electronics with you. There was only one man doing everything in the restaurant (cooking, order taking, etc.), so our Korean pancake took about half an hour to make, and many others waited quite a long time to even place their food order You definitely don't come here for the ambiance, but my friend and I can't wait to come back, as this really was such an wonderful way to pamper ourselves.

The robes and slippers were cozy and I loved being able to see out of the sauna. We relaxed in the lounge while waiting for our couples massage. Our therapist came right on time (12:15) and took us to the room. I loved that we were able to share the common spaces and experience the couples massage in the same room. The therapists reviewed our information and confirmed which services we would be receiving. The SOHO works package was 90 mins and we enjoyed that. We also added foot reflexology. The facility was clean, it smelled great and there were a variety of options for beverages and small snacks in the lounge. There are also lockers for your personal belongings. My only suggestion would be to have multiple sizes for the robes. We traveled in for this experience and it worth every second!

Before and during the procedure, I specifically emphasized several times that I did not want the treatment performed at low settings. I had previously experienced an ineffective RF microneedling treatment elsewhere and wanted to avoid repeating that experience. I've also had three successful RF microneedling treatments in the past, so I'm familiar with the procedure and recovery process. After those treatments, I experienced noticeable redness, swelling, tiny puncture marks, and some scabbing over the following days, followed by visible long-term improvements. This time my face returned completely to normal within just a few hours, with no signs of having undergone a procedure. While I understand that recovery varies and visible downtime does not necessarily determine effectiveness, the difference from my previous experiences was significant enough to make me question whether the treatment was performed at an effective intensity. As well as I was told by the person performing the procedure that my face will get worse over next few days. The spa contacted me the following day to ask how I was doing. I explained my disappointment in detail. They initially responded and offered an in-person follow-up appointment. I explained that I was happy to discuss the situation over the phone and could provide photographs documenting my recovery. Unfortunately, I never received another response. For a treatment that requires a significant financial investment, I expected better communication, transparency, and customer service, especially when a patient raises legitimate concerns.
