She seemed either unprofessional or frazzled or both and also mentioned that they don't get paid off as much from Groupon's. Mentioning that to me seemed highly unprofessional and unnecessary. After the massage it was very awkward and she did apologize for the mixup however I could tell she did not want to be there. The environment itself was not very relaxing either because I could hear the cars go by outside in the room as well as people talking outside of the door. When I left that evening there were also several stray cats wondering in the parking lot and that was not attractive. Needless to say I will not be going back and would not recommend this place.
